This Culver’s is pretty good, but not the best one in the area. The staff does a nice job of keeping things moving, and they usually get food out quickly, even when it’s busy. I like how they make the most of the space they have here.

I’ve never had a wrong order at this location, which I can’t always say about other Culver’s nearby like Mount Horeb. While it may not stand out as the very best, it’s still solid and dependable.

I've been going to Culver's for frozen custard since before it was a chain. Wisconsin pride was lost at Culver's Verona. I'm not sure what part of frozen was lost in definition by this particular restaurant. Don't go through the drive thru for a cone unless you want the contents running from their window all the way into your car. Two days in a row, and you'll get a deserved review like this one.

Two drive through orders in a row that they messed up. First time, failed to give us cheese curds. Second time, no salad dressing. Called about the salad and was offered a coupon for a concrete mixer. I asked for a refund on the salad and was told the owners Adam and Jami Porter don't let them refund orders messed up in their drive through over the phone. Manager got a bit rude when I refused the concrete mixer as a way to correct having to eat a dry salad. The Culver's in Verona needs better management and perhaps better owners.

Went for lunch. Pretty easy to tell the onion rings were not made fresh. Even the burger Patty's were apparently made for the lunch rush. It was a to go order and we ate it in the lot. Overall pretty disappointed. We were visiting from out of town and this was n't usual quality food at a Culvers. Nice place, friendly cashier but the food was not real good that day.

I have been to several Culver’s in several different cities and states from Sauk City, WI all the way down to various places in Florida and this Culver’s is the best. My brother and I have come here for years. We love it. It's a super family-friendly restaurant. You see lots of little kids here and people coming in to watch sports.

Mostly, they have meat dishes, but you can get a few vegetarian dishes like grilled cheese. Or a salad without meat. I believe they also serve veggie burgers as well.

You see a lot of people coming in for their ice cream. They do have really good custard, and you can customize it to your liking as well. Great place to take the kids for a birthday party.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience tonight, I feel I need to.

After a long, exhausting day, I stopped at this Culver’s to pick up food for myself, my partner, my partner’s roommate, and my younger brother who lives in a group home nearby. I placed a large order (about $50): two double cheeseburger value baskets, a single cheeseburger basket with onion rings, a mushroom Swiss burger, a strawberry field salad, a concrete mixer, and drinks. When I picked it up, the receipt looked correct, the bag seemed full, and I trusted that everything was there.

I then spent the next 20-25 minutes driving around, dropping off food to everyone. I dropped off my partners food first because his roommate had the concrete mixer and I didn’t want it melting. I hadn’t eaten yet, I hadn’t even left my car, but when I dropped off my brothers food, I looked at what was left in the bag, at the same time I got a call from my partner, and realized 2 items from the order were missing. My double cheeseburger was missing, and the only food left with me was my strawberry field salad, fries, and a soda. He had his single value basket with onion rings, but not the mushroom Swiss burger. Everyone, except myself, had started eating their food.

I was honestly really frustrated, but mistakes happen, so I went back to Culver’s with my partner to have it corrected.

When we explained the situation, the staff seemed apologetic at first, and again I was super polite about it. But then the general manager came over and immediately questioned me, asking if I had the missing food with me. I explained that I didn’t, I had dropped off all the meals before realizing the mistake, and showed her the only item left untouched, my salad, some cold fries, and my lukewarm soda. Instead of understanding, she said they would “take care of it this time,” but next time I should “bring the food” because “people try to steal.”

After spending $50 and over an hour and a half of my night driving between my house, Culver’s, my partner’s, and my brother’s group home, and then back to Culver’s all without having even touched my meal yet, being treated like a potential thief was completely inappropriate. I have enough going on right now preparing for finals and finishing my degree this week, I didn’t need the extra 30 minutes added to my already overwhelming night, sitting hungry and hot in the car before it’s about to storm outside dealing with an error that was not my fault.

At the very least, the store should have fully corrected the mistake, apologized properly, and either refunded the missing meals or offered coupons for the trouble. Instead, I was made to feel guilty for something I didn’t do.

I haven’t gone to Culver’s in a long time and wanted to treat myself and my brother and partner and I absolutely won’t be going back, especially to this location, any time soon.

I’m going to be brutally honest, the only products (beside the ice cream) that I enjoy at Culver’s in Verona, wi are the fish on Fridays. Pound for pound culvers fish fry competes with some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m a life long resident of Wisconsin so I’ve been lucky enough to have enjoyed some of the best fish fry’s there are. The other item is the Reuben. Same as the fish fry. One of the best Reuben’s I’ve had are at Culver’s in Verona. I Also love a cheese burger. I’m not picky about burgers. They are usually good to go. The burgers at the Verona location, not so much. I wouldn’t give them a nickel for any of their burgers. In my experience, the burgers there are dry and overcooked. The toppings for the burger are scattered and just thrown on with little to no care. If they are on the burger at all. Just slapped together like the McDonald’s of old. Very disappointing is the Culver’s burger scene in Verona.

I originally wrote a negative review that was related to the portion size and presentation of food items. At the time it was unacceptable and I was deeply disappointed.

However, I am here to change it given how well it was handled. The general manager reached out the next day and asked detailed questions about the issues and assured me they would be resolved. Awesome staff and great fresh food! Our daughter (just under a year) decided to toss my wife’s crispy chicken sandwich all over the floor. Good at Culver's is always very good and consistent compared to other fast food options, and the Verona, WI store is no exception. I've been to the Verona, WI store 4 or 5 times, and I have always been very impressed by the staff there. The Verona crew is polite, happy, and obviously want to be sure that service is very good. This even applies when I've showed up just before closing time, hoping to get some good quality carryout. This location is probably the best of the many Culver's locations that I've been to through the Midwest.
