I’m from out of town, and it was such a delight to dine here at Culver’s in Viroqua.
The team here is exceptionally polite, attentive, kind, and full of positive energy.
A very special thanks to Rylan, it’s been nearly 20 years (I’m 50 now) since I’ve felt this well treated as a customer. You don’t need a red carpet to make someone feel valued; genuine service like this makes all the difference, even if they just talk to you for 5min. I didn’t only feel great for how they received me, but rather because I saw how Rylan and all other team members were treating all people: as if they were the most important people in the world! In English or in Spanish, it just didn’t matter!!
I’ve traveled to several countries and many U.S. states, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade the experience I had here, just buying a simple burger, for any luxury restaurant anywhere else.
Congratulations to this outstanding team! You truly make customers want to come back again and again. Very few people can take the time to drop a note so it’s difficult to know if people notices you…. well WE DO NOTICE! THANK YOU!!

Busy with moving...stopped in for a snack (in mid-May), but didn't want to spend lot.

The chili was featured, so I got that.

After I sat down I realized that I was charged $12.02 for a carton of chili & a soda.

I called the manager over, telling her if they have the nerve to charge that much--the price should be on the overhead menu. (only soup prices was displayed)

She was WORSE help than none at all!
She said I "should have been watching the register".
She said: "we don't set the prices".
Totally unacceptable customer service and business practice.

MANY weeks ago I was contacted by Culver's owner in town(?) ZACH PICKER...offering compensation (in writing) for my meal & overall experience.

I provided my mailing address and have received NADDS thus far. UGH!

This location just can't seem to get anything we order correct, hot or to look like you want to eat it. Mothers Day was the last straw for this family, literally didn't get any straws. Food was cold, no condiments on our burgers or for our fries. The fries or onion rings don't seem to come in their containers/bags, they are always in the bottom of the bag under or next to the burgers. Most of the time they forget the napkins.

Service is good as usual nice workers but I can tell the restaurant is severely understaffed when you wait for your food for 25 minutes in the drive through. My burger today was not good. The buns were both totally soggy and completely saturated with cooking oil and not really edible for that reason. My dogs liked it though. Food is usually decent but not today.

The food was good (not the BEST Culver's but still good quality). Sometimes I feel it's being thrown together a little faster than the other one I go to, and has felt like a smaller sandwich or burger than others, but the prices are a bit higher. The service is always quick and polite, even in the busy drive thru.
My only complaint is when going through the drive thru, they slap the sticky note with your number in it on your side mirror with their greasy fingers. I'm not crazy about that; I prefer to do it myself, as it can move the mirror and smudge it (maybe I'm being overly picky but it's a preference). This last time I visited, I had the same experience; they were not gentle at all, and a big greasy finger smudge on my mirror. Kind of gross.
Aside of that, they manage a very small and busy drive thru quite well.

Israel, a employee of this establishment, was the nicest waiter i have ever had. He is a hard worker and needs a pay raise. I talked to him for less than 5 minutes and I can tell he is a wonderful man. He has 2 kids at home and I know he makes a great father.

Check your bags before leaving the drive through. Went and ordered $45 worth of meals and waited over 20 min for our order. Got all the way home and there is a whole meal missing. Called them and they can't issue me a refund over the phone, but wanted me to come back and either get the food or let the general manager decide if I should get a refund tomorrow. I am unable to come back and wait in Line again for another 1/2 hour due to not feeling good, and simply not being able to go back. Now I'm out dinner and my money.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received today. I have never in my life encountered such rudeness from an employee, and I am shocked that someone like Trinity is allowed to represent your company. The way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable, and I’ve never felt more disrespected in any customer experience. I have always enjoyed your food, but her attitude was enough to make me question ever returning. While I appreciate the meal, I will not be coming back to this location unless something is done.

I went thru the drive thru. There were 16 fries in my order. Over half of them were 1 to 2 inches long. The bag looked ridiculous. No way would they serve that if I went in. Whoever bagged it should have known better. The tenders were warm, and the fries were not. Very poor service. Yes, they were busy, but you would think you would get hot when they are that busy and you wait for it. This only happens in their drive-thru. I guess my lesson is to go inside or go to a different drive thru. Smh

Always a good time when i visit this culvers in viroqua! I highly recommend the double butter burger meal with a cheese cup or two to dip your burger or fries in. It's super delicious, and most people dont think to ask for the cheese cup for dipping!

Now normally, I am a massive fan of the Blue and White. However, I was disturbed and disappointed by what I experienced at this location this evening. For starters, the attendants were rude, abrupt and lacked the common courtesy to communicate in an appreciably pleasant manner. In particular, the douchey looking kid (you’ll know him when you see him) showed zero customer service skills and had the poorest bag hand-off I’ve ever seen (it was literally shoved in my face, making it almost impossible to grab in such close quarters at the drive thru). Now for the food: burnt cheese curds, overcooked and mishappen burger patties, absolutely doused in mayonnaise, and no burger sleeves on the burgers. It is not with any hesitation that I can say this was the worst ButterBurger I’ve ever eaten. We also experienced a much-longer than average wait. This is not normally something that bothers me, as I understand things happen when you’re (normally) riding that thin line of perfection as close as Culver’s usually does. However, we were treated as an afterthought and a nuisance by the staff. Finally, perhaps the worst tragedy of all: as I was having my food bag shoved in my face, I asked if there were ketchup packets in the bag. I was told “ya” and then the window closed. However, much to my dismay, no ketchup was to be found anywhere.
While it pains me to write this review, I do hope that this Culver’s location can perhaps take this as an inspiration to “pull themselves up by their bootstraps” and get thing back in the normally tip-top working conditions that one usually experiences as Culver’s. I hate to say it, but you’re better off at McDonald’s just up the road.
