This is a fantastic restaurant! The workers are both polite and quick. The tables and facilities were very clean, food was delicious, and the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Probably the best in town!

Culvers has gotten a bit pricy - $70 for 3 of us. The Watertown Culvers has obtained a bit of a reputation with us for sloppy service - hamburgers missing toppings, having toppings not wanted and items missing from order. For the premium price, its definitely NOT a bargain; I expected better. Not a fan, but there are few choices in Watertown......and I have complained before on Culvers website about these things and got radio silence from Culvers management. The only resolution I have found is to discuss face to face with the lead person on-duty but I have no feedback indicating thw messaging gets any further than that as I never get feedback or acknowledgement from above first contact.

I was just recently at Culver's in Watertown for the first time in a while. The man who took my order in the drive-thru was SO nice and helpful! Such a bright attitude that made me smile. When I got to my destination, my food was still piping hot and delicious! Also, it was made just how I ordered it. 10/10. Thank you for making my lunch, and making my day!

Food is good but often made WRONG. As far as staff... Holy attitude. I am not a hard to deal with customer, I am patient and polite no matter the treatment I get back, but I will share my opinion to the community after many visits over all. 10 of the 10 times I have come; poor, ' I have anything better to do then be here' attitude is given at the counter or drive through. Absolutely no manners is in sight. They rush your order, I constantly have to say, I was not finished ordering after ordering every item. They rush you so much. Fine then I'm finished I won't order or buy more, you want me out so fast. The portions are not uniform to ANY OTHER Culver's in the state or dare I say country. How was my double scoop dessert order smaller than a single scoop order? I hope management isn't responsible for the obvious poor morral of it's employees. I feel this place will go belly up soon. Service and quality have been at a constant decline. Shame I've given so many chances to this beloved location for many years. I'm better off driving to the next location or just supporting a different local burger ice cream restaurant. Only good thing at this location is the new construction upgrade. I'll continue to share my unsatisfied opinion for this location as nothing has improved in the slightest. I always am met with an agreement in opinion. Shame. This was a good place back in the day. It's dead now.

I learned that you can get a concrete mixer in the flavor of the day and it doesn't count against your mix-ins. I stood at the counter dumbfounded trying what else I could possibly add to my mint avalanche concrete mixer. The cashier suggested extra oreo-which I also didn't think about-and my mind was blown again. 🤯

I really like the food from Culver’s. However, I have had a really bad experience with curbside pickup (online ordering). I ordered a double deluxe burger and a coke at 7:40pm. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally called and they said “we didn’t see you because you are in the wrong parking spot”. I was in the drive-thru spot (which is literally 3 spots to the left of the curbside spot). There were no curbside spots open cause the drive thru spots were overfilled. On the app, I marked I had arrived at 7:40 and even put in the color, make, and model of my car. I asked for something due to having to wait nearly 25 minutes for my order. The lady leaves, gets a concrete mixer coupon, and says “next time park in curbside parking”. Horrible customer service. Definitely the last time I will be using curbside pickup.

We had an amazing dining experience tonight at Culver’s in Watertown, Wisconsin. We would like to give Dawn our cashier a shout out. I hope your manager is reading this because you are a great person with a wonderful warm personality. Who did a fantastic job not only serving us but making fun suggestions for delicious options and Overall providing us with 110% customer service. Not all culvers are alike also not all fast food is alike. We have dined at many culvers locations throughout Wisconsin and we must say that this particular culvers in Watertown Wisconsin had the best food and customer service. I would like to thank the entire staff but especially Dawn well thank you so much. Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed the soup last night, the chili. My husband had a chicken sandwich that was made for perfection, including fries. For dessert we indulged in your flavor of the day which was a raspberry wow simply off the charts and scrumptious. Actually had real raspberries in it perfectly balanced not too sweet not too tart.
Your restaurant was very clean and the staff is amazing. Whoever runs this place is doing a great job. Kudos to everyone. See you soon friends

If you want some drugged out falling asleep 19 year olds making your food be my guest, oh but it gets better, don’t even bother ordering online, THEY PUT YOUR FOOD ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT SIDE, even if you ordered for your stuff to be taken out to you, either wait an hour or 2 until YOU GO IN, or go in and there’s your food. Don’t even try and call out they gotta worker by the trash doing drugs, the workers will dead look at you tell you to shut up, and that your kids will see it one day. My guilty go to is a double Peanut Butter shake. I get at least 1 a week. If my sales have been good, I'll treat myself more. I'm familiar with what they are and how much peanut butter goes into it. After $13+ for 2 so my kid could have one, we got seemingly plain custard shakes. No peanut butter visible anywhere, should be smeared all over the cup from blending, especially after PB as both toppings. Half way through I got a slight peanut taste.
I'm supposed to receive coupons to replace them, but after giving my address to an employee, I'm not confident.

Went inside to order an ice cream cone and a concrete mixer. I waited for 25 minutes. This happened once before. Customer service always leaves much to be desired. Long wait times. Staff seems disorganized. Seems to cater to drive thru and ignores inside orders. Poor training and management.

Our last three experiences at this Culver's were awful, and we will NOT be returning.
The first time we went inside and ordered a meal to go. We waited ten minutes and then watched a teenage worker with bluish-green hair walk our meal around the entire restaurant looking for the number I was holding in plain view in my hand. She then gave it to another teenager who gave it to the wrong table. The people at the table returned it to the front counter. We asked if it was our meal, by chance. They said it was and sent it back to the grill. It came out a minute later. We told them we didn't want a meal that had been given to someone else. They claimed it wasn't the same meal, but it seemed strange that we waited almost ten minutes to get it, but now had a remade meal in a minute.
Because of the construction being done to update the restaurant, we drove away from our second experience with a sheet metal screw in our back tire. We had to get it fixed the next morning. Not the restaurant's fault, but it was frustrating.
Our most recent experience was through the drive-thru. We made an order for two fish fries and an order of cheese curds. After taking our money, we were asked to pull ahead to a parking spot to keep the drive-thru moving. A worker came out to check what we ordered. Five minutes later, a second worker came out to give us a small bag, which was probably the cheese curds. When we told him the error, he told the order back inside. A third worker finally came with our correct order. We had waited a total of almost twenty-five minutes for our order. Food was good, but not worth a wait that long. Next time we will travel the extra distance to the Johnson Creek location because this location is not well-operated.

Ordered food through the drive food. Once we received the food the food was cold. I didn’t want to go in and have to wait another 1/2 hr to have them make it hot. Came home and put everything in the air fryer to make sure it was hot. This was a disappointment! Fries were gross, chicken tenders were cold, burger was cold. Longest wait I have ever had at a Culver’s. I asked for fries extra crispy and what I got was small broken fries like you would find day the bottom of a bag and not close to crispy. We love Culver’s but this location is the absolute worst. Got dinner the night before we flew out for our honeymoon as a safe meal before a flight. Got home to see the onions almost looked fried and even the tomatoes on our double deluxe burgers which was weird considering they’re normally raw. Something was clearly wrong because we both got very sick and felt like crap the first couple days of our honeymoon including non stop bathroom breaks through the airport and plane! Dec 2023 update. Hit the drive thru, asked if I had the extra tartar sauce, the young man checked the bag before handing it over, said "No", handed me the bags, ran back inside and brought me two more! Bravo! I assume he's a sup or team lead as he was buzzing around inside checking in and helping his team.
The teammates here are always friendly and helpful. They always seem to miss a few items in drive thru, but the manager has always made it right. Don't be like me, check your bag before pulling away :)

Only ordered a pint of custard and had to wait 10 minutes after paying for a staff member to come out to the car and ask what flavor we ordered. Then the custard was melted, like it had been sitting in the restaurant for the entire 10 minutes. BTW there we others waiting just as long for concrete mixers and the car that ordered food and mixers got their order before me. Will not be going back.

15 mins to place an order, drive through worker wouldn’t take my payment to busy on the phone for well over 10 mins, and all employees full of attitude. Every time I come here this place get worse and worse…you lost another customer.

Went through the drive thru to order two concrete mixers. Very friendly help. Always have delicious custard. Quick service. Open late until 11pm during summer which is nice.

Took an hour to get a concrete mixer and a malt in the drive thru and we had to go inside to get it since no one ever came out. When we got it, it was all melted. Honestly I’d rather see this location shut down and replaced with a different food chain restaurant they’re always so slow and the employees are extremely slow and incompetent.

Very poor service. For paying $20 permeal, waited half hour at drive through after order, got the order wrong, missing order, melted ice cream and God forbid getting more than one ketchup!
