Culvers is my absolute choice for food. Occasionally we have custard of the day as a special treat. Lately there is very little of the "special ingredients" included. Had Carmel pecan and there was Carmel only at the top and one pecan in the entire pint. It was mostly plain chocolate icecream. Picked up a pint of Turtle today and same issue. Special ingredients were very sparse. I would rather pay more and have generous add ins than this. It's just vanilla or chocolate custard with little included to represent the flavor of the day. Disappointing.

Weird day for this location, ordered a burger without tomatoes had tomatoes person is allergic to them so that sandwiche went to waste, also charged the .30 cents for the tomatoes more wasted money, got a 8pc chicken strips with honey mustard they didn't give those so just dry tenders for the kids not happy with that, and lastly took a bit outa of my burger tasted like coffee only the side/corner, and the cheese curds had a hint of fish and one had a mint flavor and looked kinda weird too. Ordered lunch at work and the burger and fries were missing. I called and Lauren told me she packed that bag herself and asked if I was sure it was missing. She said come back and tell them Lauren said if I came back through, they would get me my burger and fries. Went back through the drive thru on lunch, thanked them for being cool about it, got back to work and all that was in the bag were the fries. Drove back again after work, the manager Emily said because it was the same day, they couldn’t give a coupon for the trouble. I pressed it because of all of the back and forth and the driving. She came back and told me the drive thru worker Ava said she already gave a coupon when I came back on my lunch. She didn’t, she gave me a receipt, was a brat, and told me in case something happens again bring a receipt with me next time. Coupons are cards, not paper receipts and I don’t understand how Ava could have given me a coupon when the manager Emily said that she wasn’t allowed to give out coupons if we were back in the same day. Why would I be lying if I drove back 3 times in one day? Would’ve stayed home at that point. That was so ridiculous, I’ve never had that poor of service at a Culver’s before.

I ordered food online. Waited longer then my ticket time was told it would be ready for. A lot of confusion behind the counter, alot of workers just shuffling things about and not really doing anything to get the orders out the door. When I got home (after driving across town) I noticed my food was not in the bag, just my kids meals. Was offered a coupon or a remake. A remake isn't going to work. I was at work on a hot Sunday afternoon. To cool off I wanted to get a cement mixer. I was on lunch for my work.We only get a half hour. Which I thought was plenty of time. I go inside the store. Place my order and sit. After about 20 mins no one has approached me for anything regarding my order. I at this point my lunch is over and just need my money back. The Manager was there, and repeated my order to me and said “we don’t do refunds. You can either wait or grab something from the freezer” I did not want anything. She repeated the freezer bit and said no refunds. I could not wait any longer getting back to work so I had to donate 6 bucks to Culver’s. I was waiting there so long another customer asked if they forgot about me. Even another customer said something to me before the staff did. Do not go there on Sunday afternoons and expect good service. And really don’t go there if you have a short lunch for work.

I bring my Handicap Uncle to this location quite frequently. Culver’s is his absolute favorite. We’ve always had amazing service each time we go. Today we went and the service was no different, just amazing. But today, one specific employee, Marta, went out of her way to interact with my Uncle. Asked what his name was and then proceeded to use Sign Language to spell his name. She also brought out a chart with what ice cream options so he could point to what he wanted. Which was never done before, we usually just stick 2 a few basics that we know he likes. But her amazing service didn’t stop there she came to our table once to see how our food was and a second time she was vacuuming and he was very impressed by this so she let him try it. He had a smile ear to ear. Service like that is what will keep us coming back over and over.

Haven't eaten at a culvers in a while. Did they change their burgers within the past year or so? They seem much thinner than the juicy seared burgers I remember. I've tried a couple locations and the burgers are like potato chips.
