I'll always find time to go to Culvers. The parking lot and drive through were full and saw someone just pulled out and I got a spot. This "rush" of hungry people, didn't stop my order, my fish sandwich deluxe, from being served a short time later. Boy, was it good. It sure hit the spot. I can always count on a good meal.

Poor customer service from manager. Two customers are at the registers, both entered at the same time, and both registers are open. Customer on the right places order, customer on left is waiting. The manager walks in and asks the customer on the right, "How can he help?". The customer response is "no, but the guy (pointing to his left) does need help." Manager says "sorry he cannot help." What was the purpose to ask if the manager was going to snub the customer on the left? Customer on left was waiting for 5min or more to place an order. They left once snubbed by management.

Extremely disappointing visit, I got a single cheeseburger and a large strawberry shake. The bun for the burger was smashed and stale and the shake was completely melted, not to mention way smaller than it was very recently. It also took close to 10 minutes, when they were nearly dead, to bring my food to me in the drive through. That must be why the shake was so melted. They claim to be open until 11, but I wouldn't ever visit later than 8 or 9 again.

For a fast food chain, Culver's is among the best. This location seems to always have very good and friendly staff. Under normal work loads they are competently efficient, however their success is also their caviat. This location is often very busy with a drive thru line backed up to the street and the lot and inside packed with people. Alas this is a good problem to have for a business but it would be nice if they figured a way to relieve the congestion with smoother rush time service. As for the atmosphere, it's perfectly fine for fast food, but it won't be winning any style awards anytime soon. Clean environment and bathrooms. Superior to the majority of the local businesses.

Service has gone downhill over the last year. Not just at this location but at others as well. However this last visit was so disappointing I don't think I'll try this location again for a long time. Seriously lacking in value.

I don’t generally like to write bad reviews, but it seems like the staff just isn’t trained properly. Twice I have ordered a “mint chocolate chip milkshake” and have not gotten it. The first time they gave me a vanilla shake. Yes, a vanilla shake. So I went in from the drive through to let them know and they looked confused and asked “do you want me to remake them?” Yes, yes I would like you to remake them. They came back with mint flavor added to the vanilla shakes. Whatever, we drank them. The second time (tonight) we asked for the same thing, “mint chocolate chip milkshakes”. This time, we got chocolate shakes. So I said “sorry, this isn’t what i ordered” and told them what i ordered. They came back with the same shakes with mint flavor added. These ones actually taste bad, so we didn’t drink them.

Anywho, I’m not sure if the staff didn’t care or management didn’t train properly? I’m just disappointed I guess. I spent money to enjoy something and now I can’t.

I've gone here for years in fact most of my life and it's amazing. The service is fast and the people there are incredible. The food is top notch and gets to your table fast enough for it to taste hot and fresh. The atmosphere is great there's local schools uniforms or football jerseys and it's not incredibly loud or crazy. I'd like to add that the place was very clean and you wouldn't see a mess just sitting anywhere.

I come every Friday for fish fry and a small concrete. The last two weeks have been incorrectly made, this is very frustrating as I look forward to my Friday fish fry every week after a stressful week working with my hands and body outside. I called and voiced my frustration and concerns with Jacob D., and he went above and beyond and decided to mail me a coupon for a free fish fry, that I am looking forward to using to on a future Friday when received. I did an online order and waited for my food. The staff gave me my custard a little early and it started melting before I got my food. A manager or important person noticed I was waiting a while and had it remade. That attention to making it "right" was so appreciated, especially my kids who were excited for custard. Staff Very friendly and professional. Every single time we have ordered Lettuce to be added to something the Lettuce does not look and/or taste fresh and there's almost none on the sandwich. Concrete Mixers should be blended all the way. It's disappointing when literally the entire bottom half is just Vanilla custard with absolutely nothing else and there were 3 toppings/add ins requested but only on the top half. Customers should not be charged for Tartar Sauce...it's a condiment just like Ketchup or Mustard. Some people can't eat Ketchup and/or Mustard. Please take this into consideration. Lastly... when you send vouchers because of your errors please at least send enough to cover what was originally spent and then when we try to use them and order the exact same thing we're told we have to pay extra for the tomatoes. C'mon guys. We really do like you guys and come here at least 3 times every week. Just seems this past year we've experienced errors more often and Food prep not up to par. Please don't make us start going somewhere else. We also LOVE your Pretzel Bites.

The last couple months this location has gone down hill. I always go through drive through for convenience and bad odors inside. There’s been multiple occasions that workers forget things or have wrong items in bags. Then by the time the sandwich comes out the fries and rest of meals are cold.

The last time I was at drive thru, the kids were laughing so hard through the headset that we couldn’t hear through the speaker. They didn’t turn the headset off so I had to wait half of a minute for them to calm down before he was able to take the order.

Tonight I paid $22.00 for a basket and kids meal. The kids meal burger had part of the top layer missing. Looks like it was shaved off. The bun was soggy and the photo shows how the burger was served with the meat not even on the bun! They couldn’t eat it!
At this point I want a refund without going into the store or having a hassle around their errors.

I am a long time supporter of Culver's. I have traveled the US and as Culver's branched out, I was always excited to have my hometown favorite. As time has passed, and Culver's has grown, it has become obvious that upholding the brand's quality has started to go to the wayside. The further from Wisconsin you get, the worse the food and experience get. Because of this reason I am really holding this restaurant to the highest expectation and putting them on notice in an effort to prevent the degradation from occurring here at home.

The attention to detail and getting the order correct has failed for me on multiple occasions now. I pay for bacon, I expect bacon. I specify add ketchup, I expect ketchup. We wait in line at this sometimes overburdened location and pay top dollar in terms of fast food, only to get home and find a bag full of disappointment. Retrain, realign your staff to your vision, and follow up frequently. I've been disappointed by this location too frequently lately. Please fix.

And frankly, the responses here directing people to your corporate website are patronizing and offputting. You are a hometown franchise, act like you are part of this community that supports you and reach out to people.. don't just treat them like a drive through number posted to the side mirror. Please don't respond to my review in the same manner because I will not appreciate that less than personable copy paste job. You have work to do.
