Usually I don’t give reviews, however there have been a couple times recently where we have visited and our orders have been wrong. The first time they accidentally gave me the spicy chicken on my salad, which did not agree with me at all. The second time my burger was fried to a crisp and it was almost inedible that they had to remake it, and now this last time we ordered two cheeseburger baskets, one single and one double. One meal was supposed to come with cheese curds and one with fries. When we came home we noticed both were cheese curds and one were the jalapeño flavored ones. Yes, our fault for not checking, but they need to train their employees better or start paying better attention to patrons orders. Very disappointed lately.

The manager, Jessica, was extremely rude when a member of our party went to the counter wondering about their order. She told them things could be worse and they could be working a 10 hour day… that has nothing to do with the food order or why it took so long. The member of our group requested the name of the store manager and all the employees said they don’t know who the store manager is. I highly doubt that, they just didn’t want to get in trouble.

Culver's went above and beyond for us. They screwed our order up and when I went back the food was ready hot to go and they offered me a pint of ice cream for the debacle. I applaude the employees at this location.

*edit* 10/25/22 figured everything would be ok as we usually don't have issues with the restaurant. Well tonight there was a kids meal ice cream unaccounted for and a kids meal drink that was filled half way and sent out with it being a root beer there is no ice. I'd assume this shouldn't have left without being full, but it definitely is here at my house that way. Just seems very disappointing after giving a high review to have to go back on it after they made it good last time something happened. Would they do it again absolutely but it's raining and I'm not heading back tonight. In the future just need to make sure it's all there.

Went through the drive thru. Gave away my free scoop token and I was still charged full price when I was giving the token for a 1 scoop that was in my order. Unfortunately that is not great and it really is upsetting. Unsure of what to do about it, but felt cheated.

Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.

Usually I don't have any complaints, but lately Culvers has not been consistent and messing up my order. I went and got a kids meal with bacon. The burger had no bacon and as seen below this was like a burnt crisp and no meat in the burger. I called and understanbly they were busy and was offered a coupon to be sent to my house, just not to receive it. I went a second time just for them to also forget to add bacon to my burgers and the topping were not correct as well.

Recieved a LARGE piece of unknown material in the culvers order I just brought home from the drive thru. At the bottom of my curds bag there was a huge cluster of what looked like an old piece of bread covered in batter and deep fried multiple times. 9 times out of 10, when my husband or I come to get food(either pick up or drive thru) the employees are either rude or they get something wrong. I am someone who understands people have bad days and mistakes happen but the amount of times it has happened is too many. The manager here is great with helping when things go wrong but the attitude of these teenagers working there needs to be worked on. I was a teenager once and never once thought it was okay to act this way towards customers and tonight the teenager who came to my car to give me my food was very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with him and my husband knew who I was talking about too when I told him and he said he has treated him poorly as well. Someone needs to find a new job since he doesn’t know how to act at this one. Very disappointing.

Culver's is pretty consistent from restaurant to restaurant. However, yesterday I encountered my first 'lazy" order, which I totally expect from some other fast food places, but not Culver's. The lesson here is be sure to use the plural for "onion" or you might end up with just one bit of one like I did. At least I got 2 pickles. Another fun fact, this was supposed to be a single, but I got a double. This review is a heads up on quality control at this location.

So I placed an order for a large fry an a single scoop of vanilla. The time was 09:53 pm. The drivthru was empty, only 1 car was ahead of me. You may not know it, but Culver's is a top notch seafood restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is their butterflied shrimp dinner. Welcome to delicious! If you have a hankering for some goooooood shrimp, just stop in at your nearest Culver's. You get 6 golden brown giant shrimp with two sides of your choice so don't just take the fries and coleslaw they suggest. If you order mashed potatoes with butter as I like them, be sure to tell the service person you want HOT mashed potatoes. I like them hot enough to melt the butter. And buttered broccoli! Who'd a thunk it? They actually know how to cook broccoli! So try their glorious Shrimp Dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli and pat yourself on the back for such a great choice!

Friendly staff, however it seems when you make a small change to an order no one follows through on it. I asked numerous times placing an order in the drive through to have my malt with chocolate ice cream in place of vanilla. I even checked at the window to verify that they heard the order correctly. They said yes, and I was handed a vanilla malt with no malt powder, excess of chocolate syrup, and milk added to it. That unfortunately is not the same as using chocolate ice cream/custard.
