I live nearby. I've been here many times, and ... other than the missing items, ugh, and occasional slow service (they make everything fresh so sometimes it takes longer) ..., it's a good experience. It's clean, well run and very friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor service. We mostly use drive thru, but occasionally eat inside or outside. I like the salads, especially the seasonal ones like Strawberry Fields salad (summer only). The burgers and the shakes are good as well. They also have good mash potatoes, slaw and fries. You can order fries without salt and/or extra crispy which is nice. I don't recommend the chicken tenders as they are very high in salt.

Its been happening lately that they'll forget food items. So count your items. They also forget condiments like barbecue sauce for your pot roast beef.

I love culver’s but I have celiac disease and tonight I found three pieces of cookie dough in my concrete mixer that should have only had reese’s. Mistakes happen but this is a serious illness and the situation easily could have been avoided.

Never have we ever had this much to complain about. Both my husband and I had lettuce that was brown, wilty, and soggy. Soggy is also a great description of the bottom buns on both the burger and my ck sandwich. And it wasn't from like burger grease or something we could typically look past. It was mushy and gross probably from the yuck lettuce. My sons ck tenders were spicy when we ordered the original 4pc ck strip basket. Do better, y’all! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered $75 worth of food from here to go and went I got to the hotel, the fish sandwich and chicken sandwich were both missing the top bun!!!. I was too far away so I couldn’t go back. I just figured I would write them later and get it fixed. This was about 2 months ago. I originally left this review about a month and a half ago but I deleted it once I contacted Culver’s by email and they said they would send coupons. I thought that was fair so I deleted the review. A month and a half later I did not receive anything in the mail. Really disappointed in their customer service.

I requested Swiss and cheddar for my burger. It was a huge deal apparently to do that and the young lady who was taking my order (poor girl bless her heart) was told I absolutely could not order two cheeses for my burger, even after I said I was more than willing to pay an uncharted. She was perseverant and eventually she was allowed to put my SLICE OF CHEESE on my order. However it was only allowed on the side. This is ridiculous. It's a slice of cheese and if the CUSTOMER is willing to pay an upcharge, there should never be an issue with additions. To top it off the cashier who was more than willing to take my money ( different from who took the order) rudely tells me to move and park. Oh and have a nice day.

Ordered curbside for (4) people. Totaled $80 and change. Website well designed to order a complete meal by person. From there it went downhill very fast. Ordered at 5:11pm. Delivery at 5:18pm per culvers not me. I got it by 5:18pm but the meal was slaughtered. The 4 malts, mixers, shakes were slopped all over the outside of the cups, the tray, the holder and the burger bag. The kid tried to shove the huge bag and the drinks through my drivers side window at the same time. No drink covers on the mixers, shakes, and malts so they slopped all over my passenger side seat. What a flipping sticky mess!!! The burgers were so haphazardly assembled it looked like all the components were thrown in the box. Ketch, mustard, all over the boxes and buns. Burgers with half melted cheese thrown in. Grease saturated the boxes and literally broke apart when taking out so the burgers feel on the table. Cheese sauce containers had cheese spilled all over the outside. The napkins were grease soaked and stuck to everything making the mess worse. From my perspective, Culvers was the upscale burger joint with classy custard. For $80, I expect a little attention to detail. Burgers made with care, packaged with care, delivered with a level of upscale poise. The McDonald formula is fast due to process control but sometimes quality was compromised. Culver’s has neither quality control, process control or attention to detail. What kind of manager cannot know how his servers are working? Is there even a manger on site? The level of apathy at this location must stem from the leadership.

For me, at $80 for (4) people this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous…. Close the doors and save us all the frustration. To make matters worse, my son told me his burger was bloody and mostly raw. I rest my case. Sad part is, this review will not spawn action or accountability. I bet anyone no one from the restaurant will try contact or trace my order back for follow up. In these days of inflation, and very poor customer service, accountability fully absent, I cannot afford the luxury of eating out. For $80 I can make gourmet burgers from expensive rolls and with ground ribeye select steak for less money, better tasting, and feel spoiled. Goodbye Culver’s. You received my last cash donation.

You can usually count on Culver's and the worst I can say is that I got a burger quickly thrown together, barely wrapped, with the wrong add-on during a snow storm once. The fact that people showed up to work and there were still a fair amount of customers says something. The service is spotty, people often complain about the parking lots and I don't care for the atmosohere inside, but it could depend on where you go and how young you are.

I just had the most baffling experience. I took my kids through the drive through to get three single scoops of ice cream. They gave me a number and told me to pull forward. After waiting 15 minutes I went in to check on the order because ice cream doesn’t usually take that long. They apologized, retook my order and told me they would make it. So I went back out to my car and waited 10 more minutes. It was weird to still not have the order so I went back in to check on the order. 25 minutes in to waiting and not only were they still not making the order, but they needed me to give them my order a third time. I waited inside this time and then they gave me the wrong ice cream! And so then I gave them my order a fourth time. And finally after 30 min total and giving my order 4 times we were given our three single scoops of ice cream. 😅 I am seriously so confused how this ended up being such a fiasco.
