I had to change my 5 star review down to 1 star because I went to get dinner last night from this location and within a couple of hours, I started experiencing pretty bad food poisoning symptoms. At the time of this writing, the next day at lunchtime..I still can't leave the house. I have to stay near a bathroom.

Ok the burgers are absolute. The Reuben is simply best. There are fries are a little different but always hot and fresh. Ice cream and shakes they have excellent variety and tastes. I feel like a king when I eat there. Plus the absolute cutest girls work there .

On our drive to this Culver’s location my boyfriend was trying to place a mobile order for take out. He got this 20% off coupon that popped up while he was checking out and added it to our total. When he was trying to pay the app just kept saying “unauthorized token” or something along those lines. After our 15 minute drive of trying we made it to the location and just decided to go in and place it in person and ask if they maybe knew why it was going through. The team member went to get his shift lead who wasn’t sure and went to get their manager Garret. Garret was sure either after looking at it but was willing to try and see if he could have the system give it to us on his end and he was! Garrets guest service was great, and we were very appreciative of his willingness to go above and beyond!! We love Culver’s for this reason and will keep returning!

Well, anyone who ever had a Burger from Culver's knows the difference! I need not say how delicious, quality tasting, and forfilling they truly are! Not to mention the Fries, which are the only ones that don't give me an upset stomach. Oh and all other Menu items are great, never forget to get that awesome Ice Cream Cone or fantastic Sundae for Dessert. Yum!

I’m in town for a hockey tournament and we went through the drive thru. The exterior of the building isn’t anything special and looks to be connected to a gas station. Been to a ton of Culver’s, but my double deluxe was everything I’ve wanted a double deluxe to taste like! Just the way it was put together, not greasy, and tasted like no other I have ever had. Phenomenal and my daughter‘s fish was delicious too.

Worst chocolate hot fudge malt I have ever had at a culvers. I saw the cashier that helped us make it and half of the container was milk. When they gave them to us I said I am not taking these runny malts and you will have to make them again. She said yes we will make them. Well, I ordered them with chocolate custard to begin with and instead of remaking them they juat kept adding vanilla custard. I should of tried it before we left cause both tasted like vanilla milk and had no malt, chocolate and fudge taste at all. My husband and I didn't even drink them. What a waste of money and so very depressing.

No reason there should be shredded lettuce on a plain cheeseburger and there’s also ketchup on it.
The lettuce was stuck in the cheese about halfway through the burger,
Very unsanitary for there to be other things on my food, and this is mixed food, which I did not have on my order. Who know I could have been allergic to it.
There is a reason why I ordered a plain with nothing on it because I wanted nothing but the cheeseburger.
This is also known as cross food contamination very very unsanitary.

This is a smaller Culver's but just as busy as bigger ones. Service (even by a trainee) was great, informative and friendly. We received our food quickly and removed when done, but still visiting with each other. They didn't seem to mind our staying for a couple of hours even tho we were finished eating.

I'm not a big fan of Culver's. The fish is bland, doesn't have any seasoning, and their walleye has way too many bones in it. The butter for the rolls is always rock hard and cold. The burgers are smashed way too thin, and if you order cheese on them, it usually comes out unmelted. I don't care for the scripted etiquette by the employees. You can be polite, just talk normal, please. And now, going thru the drive thru, they ask for your name. Which is unnecessary as they have given you a number to place on your vehicle. The parking can be challenging at times with all the designated drive-thru slots. I will say, the restaurant is clean, the custard is good, and the food is fresh, which is far more than the majority of the fast food establishments in the city of Waupaca can say. The atmosphere, they should have left the dining room with the open concept. It's too small to be blocked off with all the walls and booths.

Staff was incredibly friendly, gave great recommendations on what to try, and overall very pleasant. The food was delicious! Definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King. Everything was hot and tasted fresh, you can tell it hadn't sat in a warmer for hours like some places, and was made as ordered. The pretzel bites are highly addicting, warm with a soft fluffy center and just the right amount of salt. Absolute perfection with the delicious cheese dipping sauce. The cod was perfectly battered with a nice crunch, the portions were more than fair for the price. Definitely a customer for life. Also, the restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. You can tell they have a great crew and amazing management.

I easily eat at Waupaca Culver's 2-3 times a week. I always ask for my fish to be xtra crispy BUT it wasn't cooked that way. It was soggy, greasy & truthfully tasted OLD & PAST ITS TIME !!. When paying $17 for a 3pc dinner, it had BETTER BE GOOD! But it was NOT ! Losing my patience with Waupaca Culvers!!
