I.... I don't know how to describe how I feel.... I'm very disappointed in the lack of accountability with this Culver's. I heard two of YOUR employees discussing a highly inappropriate matter. I don't know who this James person is and why they are dating a 16 year old WHEN I HEARD HE WAS OVER 18, but I sure hope there is a fix for this SITUATION SOON!!!! It definitely doesn't bring a great image and really sad for such a great quality in food place to have someone who would do this. I was satisfied with the food and mostly the service, but I don't feel comfortable with this Culver's if this isn't remedied in some way. So I cannot in good faith give this place a higher rating...

Culver's is a nice restaurant for a butter burger some good french fries and a draft root beer. They have good fish fries on Friday. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean. The restaurant is always nice and clean too and they keep it that way.

Culver's is great almost all of their locations. In all the years that I've been a customer; I've never had bad food here. But it's not up to five stars. The service is good, if you dine in. The staff deliver the meal to your table and they are usually pretty friendly. The atmosphere has always been calm and quiet; in my experience.

Culver’s is always a 10/10, and this location is no exception! We can always count on them for fresh & delicious food. Some of our favorites:
- Mushroom Swiss double Butterburger
- Culver’s Deluxe double Butterburger
- Raspberry cheesecake concrete mixer
- Pretzel bites or fries with a cheese cup
- North Atlantic cod dinner (recommend eating in since it can get a little soggy in the takeout container!)

I entered Culver's at 1:10 pm yesterday. Ordered a bowl of chili and decaf coffee. Order #21, after 15 minutes I went up to the counter ask about my order. Woman said she'd find it. Woman standing next to me had also been waiting that long. After 10 minutes went back to ask for my money back. They had my order, but coffee was not decaf. Finally got decaf when done eating. Told server to check on the elderly man at next table who came in right after me. He had ordered a salad and was still waiting. I should have asked for a manager and my money back.

My boyfriend and I visited recently. Atmosphere, food and service great! We both had pot roast sandwiches. I had the combo meal. It was delish, no complaints.
I would like to say and emphasize that Conner took our order and I had other interactions with him during our visit. CONNER NAILED IT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He was VERY polite, attentive and helpful. His awesome service told me alot about his work ethic. Like alot of young people today, he could've acted like I was a bother, but he lead me to believe he was there to please and offer EXCELLENT customer service. Way to go Conner!! They got the order wrong, were rude when I was trying to explain, and then messed it up again. I went through the drive through and ordered a build your own burger with no cheese, I guess because I wanted bacon on it they typed it in as a bacon deluxe. When I got it there was cheese because when they changed it to the deluxe they didn’t take off the cheese. I went inside to get it fixed and I was trying to explain to the guy that I got a build your own but he cut me off and said “you don’t need to show me, just tell me what’s wrong.” I said I didn’t order it with cheese and when he took the receipt he said “well does it say no cheese?” Very condescending. When they wrote the remake order, they wrote it as a bacon deluxe but that’s not what I ordered cuz the guy cut me off when I was explaining I got a build your own, so the new burger had mayo and I didn’t know to ask for no mayo because I thought I was ordering a build your own!!! Super frustrating.

After such a positive interaction with the young man taking my order, then the water feature white eating, it made my night! We've been coming here for years and have always had our food delivered lightning fast. Cashiers are helpful and very attentive, you dont need to give them eye contact, just walk up to the counter and as soon as someone frees up they'll help you. I was initially worried about ordering from Culver’s since I had read 2 recent bad reviews, but everything was PERFECT!

I ordered online, they were fine with me picking up through the drive thru and everything I ordered was there and the modifications were right.

We go here almost every week and sometimes more than once a week the staff is always super friendly and helpful and the food is always delicious. Only one time a long time ago were the fries cold and that day they had a raffle thing going on and they were crazy busy but they were super friendly about getting fresh ones. And they apologized and it hasn't happened since so for a fast food place I would say that they are one of if not the best fast food in the area.
