This Culver’s needs attention. The tables, floors and counters are dirty. We had to walk around to find a table that isn’t too messy, but ended up asking for a cloth to clean a table. The gal wiped down our table, leaving it wet and bypassed all the tables around us that were also filthy. I have pictures to back this up!

The service was slow. 18 minutes for 2 kids meals. We watched the guy taking the meals out to the drive-thru vehicles… He walked so slow… no urgency. Saw one driver have to get out of his truck to correct the order.

I’ve been to such better Culver’s. Please do better at this one.

On a positive note… there was one young man who was almost running to get meals out to people. He was doing an awesome job.

This restaurant seems to be going backwards again. We’ve been there three times in the last month, Three times ago I had to go up and get my own food and it was sitting on the counter and they even made comments that needs to go well it’s probably dead food. It’s been sitting there for a bit. Then I had to go up Again because they were waiting on fries and I had to go up the third time because they didn’t bring me the fries and all in total it took us over 45 minutes to get our entire order. The second time it was a very long wait time also not really busy, but not really slow. Than the third time all we got was two ice cream creams and one kids meal 35 minute wait. And there was not too busy. More or less three of the same experiences and less than a month, we would rather drive to Rothchild or over to Bridge Street because this location in red Mountain is up and down constantly, and there hasn’t been any consistency since they’ve opened. Very disappointed… highly recommend driving a little bit further down the road and going to a different location

Out of the few times I have been at this location my order has been messed up everytime. Im always missing something or recieve the wrong items. Its very frustrating because on average we wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes or more to only find out our food is not correct. Its good food if you receive it. I dont recommend this location if your in a time crunch or want your order to be correct. If you do decide to go through the drive thru, make sure to check your bags before you drive away!

If you have to get your culvers fix, you should plan on at least a half hour in the drive through (not an exaggeration). I honestly dont know why it takes this specific location so long to make a milkshake or concrete mixer. There have been several occasions where ive gone inside for a refund and left and right about the time i forget the frustration of the experience, i come back and al reminded of why i usually don't come here.

If you've never had Culver's frozen custard, you NEED to.
I LOVE LOVE ice cream. It's probably my favorite food item so I can speak with some experience when I say, to me, they have the best, smoothest, delicious, amazing frozen custard (and to those who don't know what it is, well, it's a version of ice cream but BETTER!!!).
I only have good things to say about Culver's, their food, their restaurants, and all the employees I've ever dealt with.
I just wish you had Culver's in Washington State, specifically in Tacoma, WA! I only get to have my Culver's happiness when I visit Wisconsin.
I'm going again in late spring, so it's another great thing to look forward to.

Worst experience I've ever had at a culvers.
We had our dogs with us so we asked for 2 hamburger patties Separate to give to the dogs window lady didn't know how to ring them up, so rather than asking she charged us for 2 single sandwiches! $8? Got to the window and posted out even a double cheese is cheaper. She huffed and went and got someone to change it and even then they charged us for a sandwich.. not my first time doing this, I'm normally charged for JUST THE PATTIES. So instead I'm charged full price for an entire sandwich just to relieve 2 patties?...
I go inside to wash my hands after feeding the dogs and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Literally had paper towels stuck to the wall, crap smeared on the toiletseat pee on the floor.. trash allover

Pleasant atmosphere. Service was a touch slow on a Sunday. The food was good, but too much onion flavor for me. Then again, I'm very touchy about raw onion flavor, my threshold is very low. None of the rest of my party noticed. I really liked the fries, good crispy coating.
I had the crispy chicken ranch wrap. For my own notes, I'd have it again, but swap the ranch for something like mayo.

We stopped to grab lunch at 1pm. We both placed separate takeout orders. I ordered a cheeseburger. It took an unusually long amount of time for it to arrive...and it was charred (over cooked). The family member that I was travelling with ordered fries and a shake (after a trip to the bathroom) and they brought her fries but forgot the malt and just set her fries on the counter (not under the heat lamp) for several minutes while they made her malt. I've dined in many Culver's locations in WI and MN and this location and staff isn't their usual well oiled team.

Came at lunch time and it was busy there inside. We ordered inside and they got two of our orders wrong toppings-wise but none of the toppings were wrong just lacking all that I ordered had them out fairly quickly given the time. Took about 3 minutes for someone to take my order at drive thru, they put cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese, and they forgot an important sauce that comes with the shrimp (and I had specifically asked for this sauce to be safe). Small stuff, maybe it was just a chaotic day for the staff. Food service work is rough for the hourlies, I know that. It's just when you pick something up on a road trip along the interstate to eat once you reach your destination, it's disappointing when they get things wrong and frustrating when you have to wait a bit for your order to be taken (I was the only person in line). There are more consistent Culvers along the interstate tbh. Staff were all very friendly and more than accommodating. Just felt like my name was more important than my order, and I couldn't eat my burger because it had cheese. I'd rather management put more of a focus on order accuracy/times than overly indulgent customer service.

Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm incredibly upset with this Culvers location. We visit this Culvers at least twice a week. Lately, every time we do something is wrong. For example, a few weeks ago we got two fish fries, two pieces of fish were missing. I called, spoke with a manager, she was sorry and sent us a coupon for their mistake which was a nice gesture. This past Friday I CALLED the store (as the last order I placed online the week before "wasn't" in the system), got the the store 20 minutes later when they said the food would be ready, paid for my meals, order was in the system, 15 minutes later, still no food. Asked someone, my order wasn't "showing up" even though it did when I paid for it. Another 10 minutes went by, still no food. At this point I'm upset, this is now 25 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready (45 minutes after it was placed). 10 minutes later I finally got my food (55 minutes after the order was placed). Manager acted as if it was my fault that it took this long for me to get my food. I get that at this location there are many young workers that work here, I'm TOTALLY all for that, it's nice to see a younger crowd wanting to work, but the management within really needs to step up and get them trained properly. There are several other instances that I've had a bad experience here, but this one topped the cake. We will be looking for somewhere other than Culvers to dine, and we will definitely be staying away from this location.

Almost every single time I come here, part of my order is missing. I order in the drive thru or curbside, and yet I end up having to come in to get what you forgot.
