The last 2 times that I have been to this store the food was awful! The onion rings were overcooked and dry. I had the fish sandwich that was so greasy I couldn't eat it. Also, had the mushroom Swiss. Flavor was good but the sandwich was a mess. Clean up the plating and reduce time on fryer. You might want to clean it more often. This is the worst experience I have had at a Culver’s. My family is staying at Airbnb here and we went to the drive through for ice cream. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with two toppings. This is what a normally order at my local Culver’s. The employee taking the order told me I have to pay for my toppings and I didn’t understand what she was saying and thought she was under the impression I was ordering extra toppings. She was very rude and told me that all Culver’s charge for sundae toppings and they are not included in the price of a sundae. I’m ordering a sundae not plain ice cream! I proceeded to order anyway willing to pay for the toppings, mind you when I say toppings, hot fudge is one of the therm which is not already included in the price. She gets angry with me because I can’t just say hot fudge, I have to specify how many pumps I want because each pump is .75. We go back and forth for a little and I’m still being kind and respectful, apologizing that I’ve never heard that before and I’m not from here. She then tells me it’s like this at every single Culver’s and has been like this for 2 years. At this point I’m so overwhelmed, I just order a concrete mixer. If I wanted plain custard I would’ve ordered that and not a sundae just to be charged for toppings that should already be included. My local Culver’s includes 2 toppings and anything additional is extra. Never have I been asked how many pumps of hot fudge I want. My daughter was in the vehicle behind me and also had a similar experience! This lady should not be in customer service!

We went to support the police fundraiser today. Went in and ordered. No other customers at the counter and about 5 workers standing there. Stood there and waited a good 10 minutes. It did not appear that anyone was working on our order so I walked up to the counter and asked. There was a manager there who barked at me wanting to know what our order number was. I said I didn't know because we weren't given one. She then told me that yes we were amd it was left on the counter. Regardless, we had ordered our ice cream at least 10 minutes before and no one had even started on our order. Within a few minutes, we had our order, but not at all impressed woth the service.

I hate to post a negative review, we come eat or pick up dinner here often and we love the food. But my family and I have had missing cheese curds, or sides the last two or three times we have come for food. Each time we got home which is 15 minutes away, someone of the 5 of us was missing food.

I went through the drive through tonight. I wanted the flavor of the day ice cream cone. It was Double Strawberry. At the window, the employee took the money and said "oh let me rescoop this cone because it is melting". Apparently they scooped it too early. That's ok. After he came back with the rescooped cone, I drove off. As I was eating it on my 20 minute drive home, I couldn't find any strawberries. I finished the entire cone watching for strawberries. Never found any. They only gave me regular Strawberry flavored ice cream. NOT DOUBLE. THERE WERE NO BERRIES IN IT. I was very disappointed.

Just stopped there, The guy taking order couldn’t understand me on the loudspeaker, which I can understand but then when I got to the window, he came to the window, asked me what our last name was, which is fine, but then he seen someone in the car he didn’t like sitting in the passenger! After parking and waiting a lady came out short, long hair, dark colored skin and practically threw the food in my lap and took the tag and just walked away no thank you or nothing no smile actually mean when I got home with my food in the bag of 17 fries and my dinner and five of them were short ones!!!! Well after dinner rush we ordered a Deluxe basket with applesauce, and a concrete mixer. Showed up plenty early, no one at the counter. I asked for my bags, which were behind the clerk. She disappeared for 5-10 minutes and came back with an already melting mixer, a lukewarm burger with shredded lettuce, and a Motts applesauce cup.

Am I crazy or did Culver's serve warm applesauce? Did the picture not show at least leaf lettuce? Toasted crisp buns? What's a joke.

Just stopped at Culver’s tonight and ordered a 3 piece cod dinner & 2 piece cod dinner with fries ( with no salt) and I was totally shocked that the bill was $ 36.00 with tax included. Got home and I was stunned to see that the 2 piece cod dinner had about 10 fries with it and the 3 piece had just a few more! To make a long story short I shoulda gone to a REAL RESTAURANT and had a much better cod dinner meal with a salad, potato at the same price or cheaper! Won’t be going there again!

Ordered a turtle sundae, and when it came to the table, it has chocolate and caramel sauce, but no pecans. Took it back to the counter, and was told by the lady that if I wanted the nuts, I needed to request them when ordering, and they were an additional dollar. Uh... never paid a nut surcharge on a turtle sundae. That is kind of a staple ingredient for a turtle, so why would I need to specifically request you put all the ingredients in? Other Culver's do not do that. Thanks, I will take my business elsewhere.

Jamie, was so rude to me. I ordered through the drive through... asked for NO CHEESE, pickles and ketchup only. Both burgers had cheese on them. When I took them in, was told it was MY FAULT...plain does not mean no cheese. This JAMIE, argued with me about how I wanted my burger. I know to say No Cheese, to get it with no cheese. Se then proceeded to argue with me about this. I asked for a phone number, and was told to look it up. Went in with my boyfriend and asked for a water cup. (I was genuinely going to put water in it.) The worker handed me the water cup. Manager came up to the worker who was helping us and asked if we were wautoma students, the worker said yes. I got the cup RIPPED from my hands and was very rudely told that because I’m a wautoma student I can’t get a water cup. The manager continued to scream at not only me but the worker as well. One of the absolute BEST Culver's I've been to! The elderly lady who waited on me, and checked in on my order was a fabulous worker! I watched her, while dining she was so friendly and made sure everyone in the restaurant was taken care of! The food was fantastic, fresh and delicious! I ate supper there, and lunch the next day before leaving, while traveling thru the area! And the NEW Lemon Berry cake Custard... Don't sleep on that one, it's to die for!

Complete 180. New management maybe? Place was immaculate, food was served fresh, and fast. Guy named Mark took our order and seemed very eager to make our dinning experience perfect. Our burgers were indeed perfect. The first time I ever had a culvers burger in which the bun wasn't saturated and soppy wet. Very different experience from 10 months ago. The whole family was happy- big smiles.

Would love to give 5 stars but the bathroom has an overpowering smell of urine . It has been that way for 21 years. Polite mention has been made in this time to no avail. I suspect that the mop water should be changed more often, perhaps? Also, starting fresh with a new mop head?

Very nice people! We arrived just before they were going to close. They still serviced us, brought our food to our table, and didn't rush us. The food was excellent! My veggie burger was made correctly according to my special request: no lettuce or mayo, extra pickles and onions. The onion rings were hot and had the right amount of crunch. My granddaughter's fries were also perfect: not soggy but not hard. My granddaughter's burger was perfect with ketchup only on it. For us, it was roughly $10 a person. It do know it can be on average somewhere between $10-$15 a person most of the time. My granddaughter had a kid's menu so she took her coupon for a free scoop of frozen custard. She got chocolate; it was the perfect consistency and delicious. I had a lemon ice and it was that perfect consistency, not soupy, not rock hard. The bathroom was nice and clean, but the paper towel dispenser wasn't working right. It might have been out of towels.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stop again in the future.

Jamie did an awesome job taking my order in the drive-thru today. In a day and age where employees are often cutting corners, clearly not enjoying their job, or simply not caring it was refreshing to have the experience I had today.
I wasn’t paying full attention when I ordered my food today and Jamie asked all the right questions to make sure I still got the order I wanted. (Hamburger or cheeseburger, single or double *I ended up ordering a double even though I was only going to order a single, listed the sides options when she asked what side I wanted, listed the soda options when she asked what drink. She asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries and honestly I totally would have forgotten to order it.)
The young boy at the window gave my dog a treat and double checked I got a straw for my drink. The girl who ran my food out called me by name, complimented my dog, and told me to have a great day with a huge smile on her face. Overall it was a really refreshing experience at Culver’s today. Good job guys!

Many times that I have gone through drive thru,I find there is ALWAYS something missing , wether it be a food product I ordered or a utensil, straw, or dressing for my salad this is after I reach my destination.
