Culvers used to be really good. But lately its been awful. Last week I went through the drive thru and my order was missing a hamburger, this week my order was missing an order of fries. I shouldn't have to empty the bag in my car to see if the order is complete and I don't want to have to go back in the store and stand in line to fix the problem while my food is getting cold and my ice cream is melting. And my hamburger was so over cooked that it crunched when I bit into to it. I'm done with Culver's for awhile

This location is extremely predjuice against minorities and people of color when they are serving minority for people of color, their attitude is very nasty and rule is the Customer Service is very poor. The food is never cooked properly. It’s either undercooked or extremely overcooked and they purposely mess up the orders and then when you bring it to their attention and show the receipt they act as if it’s an inconvenience that you’re not getting what you’re paying for and they have to adjust whatever that is needed to be adjusted. Extremely unwelcoming atmosphere would not recommend at all. Definitely needs new management and cultural diversity training for staff.

They are friendly here, but I have noticed the last several times that when I order kids meals for my kids for pickup, we always get shorted the free scoopy coupons. It's my understanding that that is factored into the price of the kids meal, and one of my kids always gets forgotten. Almost every time I go here whether it’s drive thru, online order or call in something is always forgotten. The last two times I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy as a side and both times they gave me mashed potatoes with no gravy. The custard is always melted when I pick up. And when I call to tell them they always send coupons in the mail that never actually arrive. So frustrating. Aside from that the staff is always friendly & helpful and the food is always good as long as you actually receive it.

I went to order a sandwich on 6/22/25 at 3:44 pm. Just a single butterburger with cheese, grilled onions, and mustard. I received a sandwich what was falling apart and butter burger with bacon and the works. I called to let them know I got the wrong burger and was told I'll be give a refund since I paid with card. After a few minutes someone else got on the phone and said they can't do that and I could only receive a new burger ( i live 20 minutes away). So I wasn't going back. I was annoyed because it was a basic burger and I could tell whoever the 2nd person was that got on the phone did not care they made an error. He could've offered me a meal certificate since I had to drive back and didnt even do that. Horrible service and meat crumbled like dog food. Im over culvers and won't be back. Its always about the principle with me and wasn't even about the refund.

We swung by this location last night (5/25) maybe half an hour before closing time. Service was fast, but they forgot one of our burgers. We were on the highway by the time we found out, so we had to turn around and got back there a few minutes before closing time.

The staff and manager were understanding and quickly got us our burger, which we really appreciated.

Our burgers tasted a little weird, maybe greasier than usual or something. One of them also had a spot of lettuce in it even though we didn't ask for it. The fries and soda were fine. We get Culver's often back home in Madison, and this was a disappointment compared to the burgers back home.

Maybe it was because of how late in the night it was? We're open to revisiting when we're in the area again to see if this wasn't just a fluke.

I've been coming to this location for years. Their drive-through staff are always so happy and make the ordering experience peasant!

I'd recommend the basket, with a Double Deluxe butterburger, make the fries large, and instead of a drink get a large concrete mixer (it's custard!) with the flavor of the day with double oreo toppings. Their cheese curds are a must-try, so you could sub those for the French fries. When I do takeout, I like having the fries with Chick-fil-A sauce.

I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're visiting Wisconsin and want a great burger and custard!

We received our mushroom Swiss burger and when we get home the burger had no mushrooms on it, it was smashed and didn't look aesthetically appealing. I asked for extra pickles on my hamburger and did not get any. My hamburger was also completely disheveled and unappealing. I'm a regular Culver's customer, everywhere I go. For sum reason I always have probs with their cod fish sandwich at this Culvers. The sandwich was crispy but warm. It was a bit mealie and bland not sure if it's the cheese or the lettuce.. I usually avoid this culvers location, as constantly my order has been wrong and this location promises to send you a coupon instead of a refund....but they definitely won't be sending that coupon.

Today I placed my order online thinking it would help. Added the sauce in the option with the chicken strips, tomato on a burger, family size fry. Unfortunately I get home and they've forgotten the fries, the ranch sauce and then just to add insult to injury they didn't add the tomato to the burger. 🙄🙄🙄 I know not to even bother anymore. This is my final time going here. Multiple times had to go inside to inquire about a curbside order after waiting for an extended time. Both times see people getting orders filled within 30 seconds of coming out of the drive thru. This particular time I was told to come back for my drinks on this curbside order instead of just walking with me with my drinks since they were supposed to bring it out in the first place. Also, they shorted me my cheese curds which they gave me when I told them. I checked because they have shorted me before on side items which I had to go back for. With the time involved going back for these items from home , one might as well say that it cost me $50 for a medium size bag of fries. For these incidents to have happened to me here on so many times, I'd have to say that it is a very mismanaged restaurant and have to wonder what other type of unseen issues are happening here.

The food is THE BEST for a fast food burger restaurant. Burgers are made from fresh, NOT FROZEN beef, and are made fresh. You can taste the difference.
