Been going here a while and they (not exaggerating) ALWAYS hand me soupy custard in the drive thru. Even when it’s the only thing I order. I really do not understand how hard it is to make the custard closer to when I receive the food. It makes more sense to me because I’ve worked in a restaurant with both hot food and ice cream. I know it’s just custard but the whole point of it is to be rich, creamy, and to have that perfect looking scoop. Do better.

If you order curdside pickup you may as well go in and get it yourself when you get there. Two visits in a row ( and multiple times previously) you will sit there 30 minutes plus and they will never bring your food out. When you go in there are food runners standing there with nothing to do, and the food is cold amd gross because its been ready and sitting there forever. Why even have curbside pickup if you're not going to check if there's food to take out? Or when you see vehicles in that spot waiting? Make sure you check your entire order every time because 90% of the time it will be wrong. This place used to have great customer service and now its definitely not worth the frustration and wasted time for the prices they charge.

I’ve had a handful of bad incidents at this location. I’ve been given a mini concrete mixer after I paid full price for a medium and the add ons, and while getting a two scoop of chocolate custard I’ve been given vanilla multiple times. And they almost put Reese’s cups in the custard when I didn’t say anything remotely close to that as I have a severe peanut allergy

If you are literally just looking for a quick bite this should suffice but dont expect quality. Our food was definitely frozen and just reheated so nothing was fresh. We were on vacation just trying different spots and if we ever come back to the area we probably won't stop here.

Not sure what happened to this place. Last time we were here we ordered custard. The girl that dropped it off asked if we had ordered custard (we had our number sitting on the table). We said yes and she proceeded to slam them down on the table for whatever reason. The custard was mostly already melted and not good.

I always rated Culver’s higher, but the new chicken sandwiches are not as good as the previous version. Seems more like crunchy breading with chicken instead of the other way around. The spicy sandwich is very inconsistent, with barely spicy one day, and burn a hole in your throat the next. Wish the old version would come back.

Underwhelming Experience at the Home of Culver's

Finally gave Culver’s a try in its home state of Wisconsin, expecting the experience to live up to the hype—but I walked away scratching my head. The food was, at best, mediocre. Nothing outright bad, but nothing memorable either.

The burger lacked flavor, the fries were forgettable. Service was friendly enough, but it couldn’t make up for the underwhelming food.

Maybe it’s a matter of taste, but for a place so widely praised, I expected more. Disappointed to say it just didn’t live up to its reputation.

Culver’s has some seriously great food and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. The butter burgers are juicy, and the fresh frozen custard is a heavenly treat. But let me tell you about my experience with the girl who took my order—wow, she really dropped the ball!

I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just didn’t care, but she mispronounced my order and added way too many items without even asking if I wanted them. It felt like she was just throwing things on the screen! I ended up with a mountain of food I didn’t ask for, and it’s frustrating when you’re trying to enjoy a meal.

Culver’s, you have fantastic food and a cozy vibe, but please, do something about your order-taking process. It shouldn't feel like a gamble every time I place an order. Fix that, and you’ll be golden!

The boys at the drive thru are extremely rude. Wanted 1 scoop with extra topping. Got charged for it but clearly nothing but a dusting of topping and when u complain they slam the window in your face and ignore you and this has happened multiple times. Owner must be telling his crew to charge for it but don't give it. Food is extremely expensive nowadays why on earth would I ever come back.

I will first say that I visit many Culver's throughout the State as I travel for work quite frequently. This Culver's seems to always fall short of the standards. Culver's has always had a high quality standard so that is why I frequent these restaurants more than any other burger place. I used to work in the food industry so I know some people are just impossible to please, I assure you, am not one of those people. I just expect a staff that seems to care a bit more and are cognizant of the fact that people pay good money to eat better quality food. After all, this is not Burger King, (standards should be much higher.) I believe this starts with good management. I was just in the drive through and asked for my wife's single burger to be put in a box so it is not mashed down by the time I get it home, that did not happen. I received our fries and they were soggy so I asked for fresh fries, which I was willing to wait for. They had me pull around and wait, and after TEN MINS, I went in the restaurant only to find out they completely forgot about me! This is not the first time having food and service issues at this location. They really need to better train their staff!

Play used to be a two star downgraded from a four star. This place is now a one star. Expediters aren’t taught how to place food properly to go bags. Don't bother putting in an on line order here. I put in an order for after work, pick up set for 10pm. I was in the large drive through line by 10:08pm and told them I was there for my order by 10:18pm. Upon arriving at the window I was told that they had no record of my order. I showed the page from the website showing my food payed for, at this location, for 10pm pickup with the order number. At that point I was told she "didn't have my order, and didn't know what she could do for me." So I asked for a manager. A shift leader came over and was eventually able to tell me "came too late and we through it out"...... I was less than pleased and did eventually get my money refunded at least. Having not eaten prior to that point in the day though the cash was a bitter consolation to just having my food ready and waiting like one would think an on line order would be.... have had some issues in the past with service here, but this was another level of low...

Just went to to the West Bend Culver's on Washington. Went in and placed an order for a single scoop of vanilla custard. After passing the 10 minute mark, still waiting. Several young associates standing around talking with each other. After 15 minutes, I had to go, cancelled my order for a refund.
