It's Culver's just go so you don't have to read reviews about how they taste. It's a popular chain in Wisconsin. If you are really reading the reviews you must be from outta town so just give it a try. My recommendation is the double deluxe or the Reuben.

Stopped by Culver's recently and had the pleasure of being helped by Chimnedum. From start to finish, his customer service was on point - friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants customers to have a good experience.

He handled my order quickly and accurately, all while keeping a great attitude and positive energy. Honestly, someone like him makes fast food feel less like a stop and more like a moment.

Give this man a raise or at least a lifetime supply of cheese curds. He's earned it.

Ordered from table, DOES NOT WORK. 12 minutes after I ordered thy still did not have my order at the counter. Worker had to find the guy at the pick up table and he had to search an iPad for my order, then she went back to the counter and made it.

Plus they overdo the cookie dough. Picture is from 1 scoop after I already ate 10 of them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Tried ordering from the table again and failed again.
Ordered Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch. So they delivered Butter Pecan! When I went to the counter to complain, they said, "Oh, we don't have that one."

Also, lots of annoying people listening to their phones.

2024:
Don't order at the table. They brought just the drink with a cover but no straw.
He said, "Was it just the drink?"
No, I ordered a bunch.
"I just got the drink order."
I showed him the receipt and he went back to the counter. Then came back to the table and said, "They're making the rest."
5 minutes later, the food came out. No napkins.

Moved tables because a guy was playing Spanish something on his phone, LOUDLY! The people next to the new table were listening to their phone; no headphones.

Men's bathroom is clean but cold. Cold water only.

First time ever in Culver's.
I wish I had gone sooner.
We don't have these in Northern Ireland (or even Europe) We are definitely missing out.
I had the sour dough melt with onion rings as a side. My wife went for the beef pot roast value basket with crinkle cut fries as her side. Our son had the chicken tender kids meal.
That sour dough melt was divine. My wife devoured the pulled beef bap, she couldn't eat it quick enough. My son loved his chicken tenders.
For dessert, we all opted for the frozen custard and I have to say one thing about that....

WOW.

The frozen custard was not something I thought would be nice, but I was wrong. Very, very wrong. It is a taste sensation that I cannot describe.

I will definitely be back when visiting the area again and I 💯% recommend anyone to go here. You will not be disappointed.

The food here is awesome. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained. If there any mistakes they will correct it for you. But if you are already home and find out the mistake they will credit you for a value basket if you are unable to go back.

We used their “order at your table” app for 11 people group. Forty min later, no order and they said they never received it. Our app shows nothing in cart so we have to start over. Don’t trust it. They didn’t have any explanation or apology, just treated it as normal.

We go here more than like to admit. Great Culver's staff is always so nice fast and accurate, in the years we've gone and the amount of times I think only had a minor mistake 3x and they were polite and fixed it. We take the bus and they make sure we're able to make it on time, which means they acre about their customers and recognize their regulars.

Their North Atlantic Cod is my thing here. Somehow it comes out juicy like a fresh catch. Some times you want a sweet pick up, too. That mango strawberry icey will do the trick, and it is delicious. Some times I do the meal with fries and drink. Or I flip it for the dinner. Which is some nice hot chicken gravy mashed potatoes and broccoli... they have others to choose from. Ask... it works.

My husband and I came in this evening to purchase two one-scoop cups of custard. We waited about 20 minutes before alerting a staff member that we were waiting on our order. We acknowledge that it was busy; however, people who arrived and placed orders after we did received their orders before we approached the staff about ours. When we did receive our orders, they were not up to standard. The toppings were sparse, and my husband's one-scoop was more like a half-scoop. The custard itself was melty already, and this is likely due to the main reason why I'm writing this review.

While we were waiting, we witnessed Hannah take a cup of custard that was assembled and already presentable for a customer, take the lid off, and dump it back into the flavor of the day container. This really grossed me out. I don't know where that cup of custard came from, nor do I know how long it was sitting out before Hannah put it back into the large container. We figured that the melty custard we were served was probably the custard that she reused. I've worked in the service industry for many years, and I'm pretty sure this would be a health code violation at any reputable business. At a place like Culver's where food assembly happens directly in front of customers' eyes, this seems like a bold move, and I'd be curious to know how often this happens.

Every time I order on the drive-thru they miss an item or two. Before you leave make sure you have everything. And this girl on the register threw a ketchup packet at a costumer instead of reaching and putting it on his hand they need to talk to this kids about respect. It's my opinion.

I had a bad experience ordering curbside on 4/17 around 5 pm. We hit the "I'm here" when we got there and the guy brought food out to the car next to us so we figured he knew we were there. We waited about ten minutes and then hit the button again. Another ten minutes goes by but they seemed busy so we were trying to not be annoying. Finally after 30 minutes my husband goes in and the guy said he never got the notification. They both look at the screen right next to him and it says our name right there and the guy just went "whoops" and didn't even apologize. Our ice cream was soup atp. Other food was good although cold, but I wouldn't recommend the curbside.

I visited your drive-thru around last night 10:00 PM on 03/13/25, and my experience was disappointing. While I understood that only cash was being accepted due to a system issue, the service was unacceptable. After waiting a few minutes with no acknowledgment, I approached the window and informed the staff that I had not ordered yet. The young lady rolled her eyes, closed the window, and began goofing around with her coworker. They then asked me again if I had ordered, closed the window once more, and I waited several more minutes before my order was finally taken.

To make matters worse, I was told today that the associate was new and frustrated, but that does not justify the unprofessional behavior I experienced, nor the fact that part of my order was forgotten.

I hope you will address this situation to ensure better service in the future.

The chicken and soda I ordered from Door Dash was good but they never sent a straw or spoon so I had to throw out my concrete mixer since I had no way to eat it. When I called with my concern they said all I could do is contact door dash, but it is not the drivers fault that the restaurant is negligent... $30 for three items that only two can be consumed with trash service is hardly worth the one star I gave to leave the review. This is the absolute worst Culver’s I have ever been to in my life. This location is closest to my house, but I typically drive to Elm Grove if I want Culver’s specifically because of how poor the service here is. The food is rarely correct, the wait is insane, in fact I’ve been waiting for 24 minutes as I write this review (yes, I’m timing) without receiving my food. I thought I’d give this location one last shot today, and regret coming. I can’t even believe I’m leaving this review, but wow, just avoid this one at all costs. Go to Elm Grove.

Was here on a busy Friday night. Dined in. Food came out to table within 5 minutes. Order was accurate and made to perfection.

All workers were extremely professional. One worker even offered to finish clearing my tray while I was already doing so at the garbage.

Was here during Christmas season, they had a tree and village up along with Christmas music playing. Exceptional experience.

I stopped going to Culver’s a while ago because they are incapable of getting an order correct or including all the items. I foolishly listened to my kids and gave them another chance, and as usual they screwed up my order. They put pickles on a sandwich that had no pickles requested and forgot my cheese sauce. Night shift is terrible. Managers always have a bad attitude I believe there isn’t one I didn’t speak to that doesn’t. 2 days ago I got a pot roast sandwich and the meat was so hard and cold it was ridiculous. The fries were so cold and I only drove to my house took me 10 minutes. The cheese curds weren’t even cooked all the way and some were over cooked. Cheese gone. I went inside Culver’s today outnumbered with my infant and toddler because my toddler needed to use the bathroom. As we headed to the bathroom after ordering, Manager Heather offered to have the baby in her carseat stay near the counter and staff would watch her while I quick brought my toddler to use the restroom. Upon our return they had given a Culver’s turtle stuffed animal to my baby and were bringing one out for my toddler. It was such a sweet gesture after a chaotic morning. Their kindness felt like I had a “village,” their assistance is so very appreciated! As always the food was fantastic :D

I never knew ordering salads could be so complicated just to STILL get the order wrong even with the manager stepping. You see what we ordered and this is what we got. I go in to have it CORRECTED. Just for the MANAGER to hand me the salad still wrong without checking to make sure the order was made correctly this time. The most BASIC salads and they still managed to mess my order up more than one time. If I wasn’t there so long I would’ve asked for a refund, this is ridiculous. And then the woman originally taking my order was very unprofessional in taking my order.
