I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing young woman working the drive-thru last night around 7:45/8:00pm— she had a septum piercing, beautiful makeup, and the kindest spirit. 💖

I had just finished a comedy set that honestly didn’t go the way I hoped. I was feeling kind of down and questioning everything, until I pulled up to that window. She looked at me and said, “You’re really pretty,” and it genuinely made my night. I don’t think she even realized how much that meant to me, but in that moment, it was everything.

Her kindness turned my whole mood around and reminded me that people do see you, even when you feel invisible. That kind of energy? You can’t train it, it’s just pure light.

I just recently graduated the local tech college in rapids, but this place kept me thriving. Most of my lunch breaks I ended up stopping by for at least ice cream/custard (which was made fast and tasted phenomenal). They have a great variety of food and give plenty of dietary options that aren’t disgusting. Their food is amazing and I can say that this place fueled my soul through every grueling 10 hour day and half hour to 45 minute lunch during my program. The staff provides exceptional customer service. The workers I most had contact with were James and Elizabeth (as well as a shoutout to the rest of the staff), and they were the most friendly and bright people I’ve met in a while. They were always bubbly and polite, very patient as I tend to run a bit on the slower side. Not your typical fast food place, but more-so tasty food to fuel the soul. 10/10 recommend. I’ll miss not stopping by this place as often. 🥲

I'm visiting on business, from SE WI. This Culver's makes my local one (Sussex & Hartland) show me just how bad I've got it. Here the service started as I entered, as a young lady running food greeted me and held the door. The gal that was ringing up sales told me someone will be with me shortly and immediately someone else stepped up to take my order. She joked about the flavor of the day with me.

As I went to get my beverage, then head to an open booth, I sat down and heard my name. I looked up and my food was being delivered. You'd think with how fast it came, it must not be fresh. Nope! Hot and delicious.

The old woman at the register was rude to us while ordering. We stood back, out of the line to look at the menu but struggled to read the board. The woman told us twice in a sassy tone shes ready for us to order, when we clearly were not. Then my partner who has eyesight issues struggle to read the tiny print for the milkshake flavors (only choc and vanilla) and asked the old woman the flavors. Instead of telling my partner the two flavors, she said “they’re on the board.” Also the food was nasty and flavorless, nothing compared to other culvers I’ve been to. The brownies in my concrete were chalky and tasted weird, maybe stale/old, and they didnt even fill the concrete to the mark they are supposed to. Lastly, it was dirty and unkept.

It's always something. Today my banana split didn't have any strawberries or whipped cream...or a spoon. They always seem to mess up something. They don't put the sauce I ask for in the takeout bag, they forget to put the cheese on my chicken sandwich (but don't forget to charge me for it), don't put the side of soup in my takeout. Love being given the choice to order it like fast food at the counter or at the table like a sit down restaurant. My favorite is the Cod sandwich. Not your McDs fish filet, this is a chunk of cod, breading is light, fries are great and the onion rings are awesome. Just moved to Wisconsin and it's easily becoming my favorite place in town.

Update: Still my favorite place to go. With dietary restrictions, I've enjoyed the chicken sandwich and tenders. Sweet tea isn't Southern sweet but sweet just enough. Drive thru is faster than I ever expected with the amount of cars we've seen in line. Curdside pickup is also a great way to get your food. Husband enjoys the things I can't. He's all about the burgers and cheese curds.

The Culver's in Wisconsin Rapids is my favorite, and yesterday was no exception. I ordered a Single Butterburger with cheese & a Large order of French Fries. At the payment window I saw a special for a $2 Root Beer Float, so I ordered that after I paid (my side mirror concealed it). They weren't thrilled about my timing, and told me I should ask about daily specials before I place my order.
The French Fries were hot & cooked perfectly. The Butterburger was fresh, and the meat was relatively thick (exactly as advertised). I've received thin, crunchy, half burgers; and hard-cooked french fries from other Culver's restaurants, but never from here.
For the record: I don't blame the workers for disliking checkout addons. Every Culver's runs these checkout window specials, so that tells me it's Management or higher doing it. I think they should post specials at the order board, or not at all. Also, the marquee sign is so busy, I can hardly determine the flavor of the day, in the busy traffic.

Amazing experience every time, even when things go wrong!

I ordered 16 (2 8-pieces) buffalo chicken tenders recently, they accidentally gave me 8 instead of 16. I was a little disappointed because I already drove home and my house was too far away to turn back and fix the order. I called and told them what happened and the manager was happy to send me a coupon. I didn't really expect anything besides coupons to get the chicken I was missing, but they went above and beyond and gave me two value baskets of my choice. They even gave me a handwritten letter apologizing (wow!) and the coupons arrived in just a few days.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the amount of effort that goes into this business. It's a wonderful place with delicious food, and they always have your back if things go wrong accidentally too.

Btw, if you love salad, this place serves the freshest/most reasonably price salad in town. I've tried salads basically everywhere in Wisconsin Rapids (including small local places) and Culvers is still the best! Get the Strawberry Fields Salad whenever they offer it, it's a seasonal salad they have sometimes and it's amazing.
