A group of 4 of us went in 9/27 around 10:30 pm for drinks, food, and games.
The bartender could not have made it any more clear that she didn’t want to be there. Seemed miserable. Asked for the cauliflower, she told me they were out. Asked for the Brussels sprouts, and she told me they were out. At this point we were waiting 15-20 mins just for drinks. Asked the manager for Brussels, and they came out, but were cold and mushy. She continued to ignore the side of the bar that everyone was sitting (other groups) not a good experience at all.

They will not honor ticket for prize trades. If you win big here, don't expect to be able to use your tickets for anything.

Worked to get over 13,000 tickets through several big wins, tried to buy a prize that was worth 10,000 tickets. Took almost half an hour of waiting around for them to tell me they're out, and to try in a month.

A month? Why even have the prize up there if you've been out for that long?

I tried to request a similar prize that was the exact same, but just a different color, but they refused. They said nothing could be done about anything.

Please don't put up prizes with tickets that you won't honor or don't have. Borderline scam. Definitely will not buy tokens/chips to play from here anymore.

If you ever want to feel like you are a burden to servers, come here. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come to the front to help us, after 10 minutes of being ignored by the bartenders at an empty bar, I decided against a drink. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will not be back.

Also half the games are broken in some way that just make it so they eat you credits.

This location is In a very busy shopping area. The environment is nice, but it's a smaller location than many of the others we've been into. The arcade area is quite a bit smaller than some we've been in, but there's ample dining and they were able to seat our group of about 20 people with fairly short notice. The place is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. All in all it's a good stop.

We went to Dave and Buster’s and told the waitress it was our first time there. She explained the eat and play and said we would save money by selecting an eat and play package. They seemed like a good deal. We splurged and did the 90 minute unlimited play. We asked a few questions, but everything seemed like it was straightforward. All of our food came and was good. When we went to play, we quickly learned the rules of the “unlimited play.” Unlimited play means you get to play 1 game per minute on any game that doesn’t have a purple ring around the card reader. Purple games aren’t included at all. So, you get 90 plays if you’re able to play one per minute. You also don’t earn tickets while playing. You’re given a static 1500 tickets immediately. Very misleading from the advertising. While they had some cool games, the rules of the card we were given were restrictive. What’s the point in limiting the number of plays if you’re given a static number of tickets?
Also, if you’re sensitive to loud noises, bring your ear plugs. It was very loud!

The kids had so much fun. We played games first. It was half price Wednesday. It's $40 each lasted them a couple hours.
They had a blast winning ducks.

We even start back a second time. That way the kids could be a human claw.

All the staff members were absolutely helpful and nice.

We had a variety of food. I tried a little bit of everything. And it was all delicious. Philly cheese egg rolls, cheeseburgers, cheese sticks, flatbread pizza, loaded French fries! 🤤

I have been here 3 times. Each time they have been very accommodating to large groups last minute. Most recently I called to book a group between 35-40 people. YMCA gymnastics Nationals was going on, and we wanted to go last minute as a team. I called to see what they could do to help us. Heather Holland in customer service was amazing and helped us get set up. No one could really put down a card for a party, so she helped us get reservations for this number of people. It was on a Thursday night, so not incredibly busy. But still, there was a huge event with about 1800 athletes and their families in town. We were able to reserve and the team had a great time together bonding.

I ordered the quesadilla burger as in the pic on the menu however I received sliders which were all bread and extremely thin flat hamburger discs. The waitress offered to put in the correct order. I declined that and ate the sliders due to having to wait while everyone else in our party would be eating.
I asked for a 2nd Corona beer. Our waitress came back and said they were out of Corona. What? Someone didn't manage keeping the bar stocked.
I expected a better first experience which in the end cost $230.00 for a party of 5. I will return however, I will be sure the waitress repeats my order back to me before submitting it.

My husband and I went for a date on May 19th. Several of their games didn’t work, but didn’t have signs so they allowed you to swipe your card even though you can’t play them. We brought this to a managers attention, he came out of the kitchen when the manager out front was busy. This guy was extremely rude and extremely inconvenienced by us, though it was their lack of notifying customers of their games not working. Very unprofessional and made that interaction very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The bartender lady working was very very nice though!

Highly disappointed, I haven’t been to a D&B in a few years so I was excited to have a date night out. I should have known what I was in for the minute I walked thru the doors. We went on a Friday night (May 2nd) and We were greeted with kindness by the staff when we walked in and he had helped us to purchase tokens on our card to play the games. What I didn’t know is more than half of the games are either out of order, shut off, or are just plain broken. We tried Mario Kart first, I couldn’t even select my character or turn the right direction on the track because the drift was broken. Whatever, stuff happens, so we finished the game and moved on to another. My fiancé when to spin the big fishing wheel and the handle wouldn’t even move up or down, it just spun on its own. Which didn’t know it could do that considering you have to pull the crank to even get it to move usually so now I know that game is a scam. Went on to try some claw machines, I’d hit the button and it wouldn’t even go all the way down just grab the air and end the turn. We got to this location at 8:50pm on a Friday night, we left at 9:20pm. We live over 2 hours away. I would have just saved my money and stayed home or just went out to a restaurant instead. Our whole plan was to play some games, get some food and have some drinks after a long weekend. We didn’t even get to the food and drinks because we were so disappointed with how everything already was going. I would have mentioned it to the staff if it was just one or two games we were having problems with but it was at least 1/3 of the floor that the games were either off or just broken. We Definitely will not return to this location until D&B decides to send some macitence help.
It was just a waste of money, gas, & time.

We came in as a big group, but the restaurant wasn’t busy. We were seated at 12:51 PM. It’s 3:26 PM and our bills still aren’t figured out so we can go. Took forever to even order drinks. Took close to an hour to get our food. Nobody was offered refills on drinks. Game passes were all screwed up for the kids. Food was good. Atmosphere was okay. 2 hours and 45 minutes for just meals and one drink…. Nobody bothered to ask for dessert. Not worth it in my opinion.

Half the games we came across took our credits and didn't allow us to play. Many others were broken/ out of order.. hardly any workers to tell of the broken ones that took our money. To start off, I had my son's birthday party here last weekend, and all I can say is you guys rock! Our server "Rue" was phenomenal, and her energy was enlightening. The managers that were working with us were so helpful with whatever we needed, and accommodating! We can't forget about the kitchen crew either! The kids loved the spread! Made a reservation just in case it got busy. Arrived, got sat after a wait, no problems. That's when the lack of service became apparent. It took almost 20 minutes for a server to even come to the table. (They were not even close to busy. Most tables were empty or had dirty dishes on them). By the time we got our drinks we had been there over a half hour. Without going on and on, it is very apparent that that this place is in desperate need of new management. All of the bartenders/ servers were more worried about socializing than doing their job. The back of the house (cooks) seemed to be on top of their game., and made very good food though. Usually it’s a fun time if you don’t mind every other game not working. But what I’ve recently learned is that if you go there for years, spend thousands of dollars, and finally get enough tickets to get a top prize like a ps5, they will NOT exchange it if they give you one that’s faulty. I just got a ps5 from them that didn’t work from the start, and when I told them this, all they said was “sorry, once it leaves the store it’s your problem.” 3 days after getting it, and 3 days of frustration of having a broken ps5, all I wanted to do was a simple exchange or get my tickets back (160,000 to be precise). Nope, I had to use the warranty on a supposed BRAND NEW ps5 and get it repaired through Sony. I may be able to use it in about a month. Do NOT waste your tickets on top prizes. If it’s faulty they will not work with you. I won’t be spending my money there anymore.

The worst service yet. We dont always get the most prompt service but i have never complained before. Tonight however we were in about 4 so it wasnt very busy. Took awhile for our server to get to us which i also didnt mind. However im 9 months pregnant and instead of walking to the die of the table i was on she mad eme scoot all the way to the other side to take my drink order. From the moment we arrived at Dave and Buster’s, Santana was the first friendly face to greet us. She took the time to explain how the cards worked and made us feel right at home with her warm, personable vibe. It was clear she truly cares about creating a great customer experience.

After playing some games, we headed back to the bar to chat with Santana and grab a drink. My family, being diehard Packers fans, was thrilled when she pointed out a famous retired Packers player nearby. She even encouraged me to ask for a photo, assuring me he was super friendly.

With Santana’s help, I not only got the photo but a memory to last a lifetime and more :) Thank you, Santana, for your amazing service! Next time we’re in Green Bay, you can bet we’ll be swinging by Dave and Buster’s to visit our new friend!

It's definitely a place we keep returning to. This place is great and fun for all ages. Prices are a little high, but they have a nice selection of games to offer. The food is good but isn't worth going out of your way for. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to spend time with friends or family, especially if you enjoy games.

Chicken Tenders were good but quite small and not given that many. My husband said the Chicken Avocado sandwich was really good. Pineapple salsa was lacking pineapple

We waited at the host stand for 7 minutes without someone assisting us, someone was standing at the counter and we asked for service and she told us no that’s someone else’s job and now I used 15.4 credits and didn’t get to play

I have loved this place for years and I was super excited once I heard they were putting one in Green bay :). I was there a couple nights ago and the employees that were fixing some machines didn't seem very happy. I get that it's not the most fun job but I would really appreciate it if they had a smile on they're face. I also know that you guys probably don't control prices but this place is a bit expensive.

I went to get the Thursday wing deal, which I usually can't get to because I work, and they were closed due to a power outage, they said they'd reopen at 9pm and then didn't!! I live in Two Rivers so I drove all the way there for nothing!!

Fun place to go on occasion. Kids love it here but it's hard on the wallet. Many games take 10+ credits and with the cards you use, kids blow through them in no time. Expect to drop a couple hundred dollars to play games and eat a meal here. The vr is awesome too.
