Brought my son here on Sunday and we were greeted by Freddy who really was the best there is. Very friendly and made sure we left with smiles on our faces. Even the man (sorry didn’t get his name) who was on the mic during halftime was super nice. Will be definitely be coming back another time

After spending 400.00 in game cards for my granddaughters birthday. I was done with my games and told everyone I would be in the restaurant getting a drink until they were ready to eat. They were finishing up in the store using their game cards. I sat down and no one came to take my order. Then all of a sudden a girl with short blond hair came over and said ... if your not eating you need to leave. It's not fair for you to sit here and not order food. I explained that no one came to take my order and we were all going to eat as soon as they were done spending their game cards. She very loudly said you need to leave now. She was so rude to me. I was in shock. Never have I been treated like that ever. There was only 2 other tables occupied so it wasn't like they were crowded and needed my table.

Went to dave and busters recently. The food was mediocre, I got a ribeye I got it medium well came out rare, sent it back they sent out the same steak recooked, it was awful. the server didn't seem to know th menu, and most of the games were broken. Front desk was very strange, offered me a 10 dollar play card to make this post so that's what I'm doing.

My partner and I went to play games (we didn't get food), and had a good time. However, many of the machines weren't working properly. For example, we played Mario Olympics, but one of the sides hardly worked - I had to pound on the buttons. We also LOVE Dance Dance Revolution, but they don't have it.
The employees were very sweet and greeted us when we came in and said bye when we left. Will return.

Was instantly greeted at the door, the man was very nice and gave us ducks. We sat at a booth in the bar. 15 min went by and no one came to us. Kept getting looked at by the bartender and server in that area. Sat with my 10 yr old for 15 min until I went to ask the host if we could move to the dining room because clearly we’re not being helped. Then he said someone would be over. Clearly neither the bartender or the bar server wanted to help us. They said they didn’t see us but I looked at both of the workers multiple times. Being in the service industry for 20+ years and working at a place just like this one I could tell it’s 330 they’re shift ends at 4 and no one wanted our table. We asked for plain sliders, and guess what?! They came out with everything on them. No check backs just “you ready for the bill” , that was all. My kid was excited to come here so we gave it a try. just shitty when you can’t get helped for 15 min, the food dosent come out corrcet, the drink my son ordered had no cheery or lime like the picture, just kinda a horrible experience. And it sucks

Spent 126$ on the recharge...

Went to play the SpongeBob card game put in like 250 credits in... not even 5 minutes later it breaks... the guy who fixes the machines didn't even fix it all the way so it broke again... I asked him if he could put the credits on another game.

Let's do some math...

250 wasted credits on a machine that just broke down endlessly.

He takes me to a machine that's plays for 7 credits and gives me 6 plays.

6x7=42. 250-42=208 credits wasted and over 20$ robbed from what I spent.
At this point I felt scammed and depressed.

Thats not even close to what I wasted. So then I feel like I'm being robbed which isn't a legendary time at all....

I went to the star trek machine.
I got 3 cards out then it crashes with 75 of my credits still im the machine.

At that point I was done and no one was around and just wanted to give my cards back and ask for my money back.

It was a horrible time.

It was our first time at Dave and Busters. To be completely honest, I had very low expectations for the food. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were excellent. The smash burger was also very good. Our poor waitress seemed to be new though and seemed to be running the place by herself until 4pm. Very friendly though. We would certainly return.

My family goes all the time! Games are amazing to play and they all work! The workers are very nice! Food is great every time. What made me write a review was that I brought my family and parents on easter Sunday at 2pm. I did not plain on coming on easter but it rained and I wanted my parents to try the new top gun game they have. We got their and everyone was super nice! They had an easter egg hunt and my son got lots of candy! In lots of the eggs they gave out free food. We got a free meal and a free appetizer. I can't thank all the workers enough for such a fun time. Thank you. It's definitely a must go place if you have not been their yet.

I don't usually post bad reviews, but today I am compelled to. We went to D&B be cause it was convenient to another stop, and because I had a coupon from the Bucky Book. Those were the only two saving graces of the meal. While we did not expect a fine dining experience, we got much less than that. We were seated right away. My better half ordered a raspberry ice tea and I a Diet Coke. My drink was fine, but hers tasted nothing like raspberry ice tea. When we mentioned it to our server, I will not be mentioning his name, he showed us the bottle of syrup from which he added a flavoring to regular ice tea. Regardless, it still did not taste like raspberry ice tea. He did offer to replave tea with a diet coke. He took our order, one crispy chicken sandwich (no lettuce) and one smashburger with cheese and bacon. About 20 minutes later, our meals arrived. Mine was fine but my wife's was a spicy chicken instead of a crispy chicken. She can't do spicey. The server admitted putting in an order for the wrong sandwich, and re-ordered the correct one. So I was almost finished with my meal by the time her meal arrived. It still wasn't correct because it was covered in Shredded lettuce, which she removed. When she finished, we were presented with an incorrect bill. It still had the former sandwich and the ice tea on it. When I pointed that out, server said he would correct it. I gave him my debit card, but never did see a corrected bill so I have no idea if we paid the correct amount or not. BTW, there was never any offer to comp or partially comp my wife's meal, or any visit by someone who looked like a manager, altho we saw someone who seemed to be in charge talking to staff. I'm willing to write off the wrong sandwich to the noisy atmosphere in there, but the server never used a pad of any sort in taking our order. I'm wondering how often miss-orders happen. I seldom tip less than 20% these days because I have a great appreciation for wait staff, but today our server got about 10%. BTW, food was ok.

Went in with my family on a Sunday. Everything was going fine we ate first.After waiting 30mins for the bill after eating. No one showed. So after looking around I see customers had left their coats and drinks at table. Which left me the impression you pay your bill once you’re done playing games etc. which is true. Having fun playing games. All I hear is , hey!!! I turned around to the front counter person. Saying they thought you ran off on the bill. ppl looking at us. I ask the lady don’t we pay before we leave. She say yes. They didn’t know if you knew that. So I now I am irritated. So I go to the front to pay the bill. So the person who tells me my total.was not the waitress nor the manager. She say total 154.00 and some change. I pay in cash. She walks off. I has to asked for my change and receipt. She take a minute with the receipt ,but she hands it to my wife. My wife says this receipt says 119.00. Where’s the rest of the change. She proceeded to take the receipt and go to the back. Then comes out With one that says 154.00. We ask for the first receipt to compare. Well all of a sudden the first receipt couldn’t be located. Instantly ask for a manager. Manager couldn’t locate the first receipt. Manager knowing something went on with them racially profiling me and my family. She gives me the difference of 52.00$ on a power card. Because she could locate the receipt that had 119.00 But come to find out. The waitress mother is the one who gave us the first receipt and and took the payment. she also couldn’t locate the receipt either.
I was so pissed when I left with my family. To go through this in this day and age should be unacceptable. This left my kids with questions when they should have been able to have a good time like everyone else. Shouldn’t matter skin color. No i will not be returning to here.

The overall experience barely gets to 4 stars because the food is pretty good. We had the pasta dish you can get if you redeem tickets for it and it was delicious.

The machines in the arcade are fairly run down. You can tell they are old. Almost all of them do work, but you find the odd feature of some is they are all kind of dirty which changes how the games play a bit.

The people are fine and helpful and don't seem to hate life while they are there so that's good, but there weren't many of them when we went. We did go on a random Tuesday earlier in the day so maybe that is expected.

Food was great and the games were a blast. Some of them were either rigged or not tuned properly. One of them no matter how hard you pull the lever back it won't actually move past the first spiral.

The server for us literally would not speak to me. He frequently would stand behind my shoulder and ignored me. My wife has bad social anxiety and when we go out, I tend to give both of our orders so she can minimize peopleing. The server literally would stand over my shoulder and behind me and then lean past me to speak to her at our booth. It got really annoying. Other than that it was a blast.

I had a great time at Dave & Buster's! The variety of games was fantastic, and there was something for everyone in our group to enjoy. The food was pretty good, especially considering it's more of an entertainment venue. The drinks were fun and creative, adding to the overall experience.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a bit pricey, especially if you’re planning to play for a long time. Also, it was quite crowded during peak hours, making it harder to enjoy some of the games without a wait.

Overall, though, it’s a super fun spot for family or friends, and I’d definitely come back again for another round of games and laughs!

Worse service I've ever had at a restaurant in my life. Had to shout the length of a the table because the server wouldn't come to the other end. Was never offered a refill on my drink. Food was served cold and it took 20 minutes to get salt. And the place wasn't busy. Maybe 25% of tables were being occupied. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Later it took 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar. If you go, go only for the overpriced games.

Would recommend to anyone in the area we only went to the arcade and got the app so we spent 20 dollars and with the offer got 200 chips which lasted me 2 and a half hours and it was half price game day so I went and sat down at the star trek game and had the time of my life had a few issues with the machine but the amazing Kevin or gavin sorry cant exactly remember but likes d and d he was over in a flash and perfectly resolved the issue made the visit amazing 10 out of 10 expierence.

Food was ok. French fries were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. The service was horrible. You couldn’t even hear the server because she talked so quiet. It took her forever to come back to see if we needed anything and then took 20 minutes to bring our bill after we asked for it. As for the atmosphere the music was so loud that you couldn’t even have a conversation.

Came in with my family for Christmas An employee named Derrick was very rude & Obnoxious & VERY unprofessional with yelling on the phone In front of my family But overall, I had a good time in the food was good. They need to get rid of that guy and they were had a better place for business.

I've stopped in here a couple of times on my way to the SpareTime nearby just to see if anything's new enough to justify giving the place another shot.

Consistently, there are at least three machines out of order, we see few if any staff members, and there tends to be a nauseating odor in nearly every corner of the building. Totally unfortunate. SpareTime on the other end of the West Towne Plaza is in much better shape.
