The gentleman I had who served me looked like he lived a hard life but was good at his job. He made sure I had what I needed. That was the best part of the experience. The food wasn’t that great. I eat at a lot of Denny’s and it’s not a five star restaurant but even for a Denny’s I’ve had better.

The food was fresh and cooked exactly as ordered. The coffee was hot and strong and not at all bitter. What made this visit outstanding was the server SHAWNELLE. She was excellent and provided exceptional customer care and then some. I double tipped her and she was worth it. Attentive but not to the point of being annoying. I had to redo my review. I went today and order the Grand Slam which. Im not sure what the cook did but it was nasty as hell and tasted like burned popcorn. I ordered takeout. Ewww. Lost my business. Absolute trash. I returned it without asking for a refund. I only asked that the cook does better and cleans the the grill better.

Waited in excess of 10 minutes between not being seated and having to wait just to get a water. My order was incorrect with no attempt to correct it. The toast i ordered was served cold. Pancakes tasted doughy. . No one bothered to check me to see how bad the food was. There was a bell that would go off every few minutes. The only reason I come back is for the prices which obviously reflects on the service.

Was one of my favorite places to eat until now. Hash browns came out still raw. Server stated thats because the cooks don't listen. Server stated they would remake the whole meal. 2nd time hash browns still raw when asked how they were I stated i'm sorry but they are still raw. Server took the hash browns back to recook, but came back with the outside burnt to the point of not being able to pick up with a fork. By the time i received my food my wife had finished eating. No discounts applied. $40.00 spent on 2 breakfasts that was not enjoyed.

Everything about our trip here was great but what made it exceptionally good was our server Anthony.

Before we even sat at our seat, he saw my child getting a little upset, trying to use the quarter machines which we had no spare coins for, without skipping a beat he took out two quarters for him to use.

Then at our table he was quick to bring my son some goldfish cracker snacks to keep him occupied while we waited. My kid doesn't always take to people well but he was certainly liking Anthony, even talking a little which is uncommon for him with new people.

There wasn't many people in there but he was attentive and friendly to everyone, checking up on us multiple times. I can't think of the last time customer service was that good it had me wanting to go back to a place just for that.
