My family and I wanted breakfast, decided to go to Denny's, but out of the Twin Cities. We ate here in Hudson and so glad we did. Tonya was our server and greeted us with a warm smile and was SUPER NICE the whole time. She made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in while we ate to make sure everything was good. I had stopped here to eat and i ordered the classic sampler. I noticed my silverware appeared to be dirty and that sparked a concern about the quality. Once my drink arrived i noticed that the cup was dirty and spotty. I got a water thinking it would help ease my mind but that cup was also dirty. I had eaten only about half of my meal before i promptly had to puke in the restroom. I would definitely not come back to this place at all.

Stopped her at 11am today. Promptly seated at a table that could have used a cleaning. After a 5 minute wait ( the restaurant was less than half full) a server asked about drinks. Passing through the area and wanted to take advantage of the BOGO$1 American Slam special. Prices are a bit higher than we are used to seeing but the food tasted great. Hudson WI Denny's; Our server Taylor was very accomodating for our group. (4 adults & 3 children) He gave the kids the place mats and colors to keep them occupied and interested in coloring and comparing one colored place mat to another. He paid special attention to the details of the kids orders and helped them order their food. He served the food in a timely manner and again got the attention of the kids to make sure they knew where he was and that there food was being placed in front of them. He always had a smile and we all enjoyed our meal.

The service was terrible, the waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing people who came in after us got waited on before us and got their food way before us...we had to 'shout' to get her to wait on us, when we finally got our food it was barely warm, one person I was there with didn't get what she ordered she asked for BBQ boneless wings and got Buffalo which was too spicy for her. The other person I was with had to go to the counter to get her own drink refilled. If I could have given it negative stars I would've...the original idea of getting food at KwikTrip would've been better than this experience...we won't be going back to this one again.

The eggs were terrible, the sausage was terrible, the omelette was missing ingredients. Kids didn’t complain about their pancakes, but they’re easy to please.

The service was… interesting. The restaurant was incredibly short staffed, the good news for us was we were the first ones in to order for the dinner rush. The bad news was we were never spoken to again from the moment the server took our order to when we got our food by a different person. I think there was only was cook.

Some of the food tasted like hand sanitizer, I wouldn’t come here again. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because the French toast was surprisingly tasty.

Stopped by on Friday evening to grab a quick bite. We ordered ice tea was told we are out of tea. Ordered mozzarella sticks which were good. My wife and I was going to share a country fried steak dinner. The waitress brought it out to us and it was almost burned. We sent to back and then decided to leave. Drove two hours just for this dennys because it was retro, probably no, definitely the worst Denny’s I’ve been at. The server was very nice but the food took a whole hour and 10 minutes. I brought my son and my 2 grandsons to this location on Sunday afternoon we asked for 3 kid’s menus and received 2 placemats…no kids menu. We then ordered white milk…they came back and said they were out. So we ordered hot chocolate…came back and they were out. Ordered Mango smoothies…guess what? They were out. Ended up ordering strawberry lemonade and the strawberry “mix” was mixed with water, NOT LEMONADE. 🙄It tastes awful! 😞 the entire time we were here. The food took forever to come out and we literally ordered pancakes, Mac & cheese and grilled chicken. When we asked for butter for our pancakes, they said they were out of butter also so the pancakes were very dry. The grilled chicken came out and there was just a piece of grilled chicken sitting on a plate. It had no sides with it or anything. The server was, nice and very apologetic and give us a 15% discount on our check but when we went to pay, the system was down so we ended up getting our meal for free. Usually, we have great service and fantastic food when we come here, but today has been a literal nightmare for us.

The seats are ripped the A/C never works the building is falling apart the staff is rude and they're always closed due to no staff they need to sell or shut down I won't be going there any time soon 👎💯

This particular location is in need of maintenance. The booths are patched with tape. They were out of ice cream, so they couldn't make shakes. They were out of another common item that my wife asked for, but I can't recall what it was. I just remember being surprised they were out of things for a weekend.

Good food and coffee, always quick and served hot, the servers were busy but everything was done well. Looks like they're in the middle of fixing the seats, the place should look really good soon

Serena was so nice. She made our dining experience a 100 with her exceptional service. Refilled our waters without asking and was on top of any and every request. Never been to this Denny’s before but definitely enjoyed the experience.

They forgot half the order, and of what they did remember half of it was uncooked and half of it was burned. I get that it's Denny's, so I'm not coming in with sky high expectations, so this one star is given with the expectation that the food would be competent, and it was as far as possible from.

Like, the toast from one order was black, and the English muffin from the other was completely raw. No jam, one missing order of French toast, burned bacon one on order, raw bacon on the other, and had eggs that were half liquid.

The only qualification that this has to being food is technically containing calories.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While I have always enjoyed the food at your restaurant, the service I received this time was unacceptable.

Our server barely spoke to us and seemed to avoid our table. She stopped at every other table around us, but she ignored us completely. We had to stack our plates and wait for her to bring us boxes and our check. When we finally went to the register to pay, she suddenly appeared with our check and presented it to her manager.

Despite the poor service, the food was excellent, as always. I am grateful that the quality of the food made up for the lack of service.

I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this type of service does not happen again. I am a loyal customer of your restaurant and I would like to continue to enjoy the food without having to worry about the service.
