The coffee was lukewarm, our food was not delivered right away, sat under lights quite awhile. The manager was having an employee meeting in the restaurant so loudly that we could hear what she was saying and to whom she was speaking. The atmosphere was awful due to the employee meeting and is not professional at all. I felt sorry for the employees and do not intend to give my money to them. Their CC machine didn't work on a chip card either.

While I'm generally a fan of Dennys, at this location there was approximately 3 other tables being served when we entered. Despite this, 30 minutes after being seated my party of 4 still hadn't received all of our drinks. We ordered our food, but promptly left shortly after since we couldn't bear the horrible service. There was a nice man working there bringing out food, but the waitress who took our orders was awful and kept walking around aimlessly and braindeadly. After this service, we went across the street to Perkins, which I recommend doing if you think about coming to this place.

We went in and we were sat at a table right away in the corner of the restaurant completely away from the staffs eyesight in a completely empty restaurant an the gentleman who sat us down gave us menus, then was completely forgot about for 20 mins before we decided to leave because no one came over to get our drink order even, completely unacceptable service. When we came in I ordered my usual drink which the server looked at me confused like she had no idea what I was talking about (I ordered a tea lemonade/Arnold Palmer) when I got it...it tasted rancid. Me and the other person at the table ordered the same thing and we sat and watched the server run around like a chicken with her head chopped off for maybe 3-4 tables...not busy. The kitchen called her for orders up twice...about 2-3 orders were up before she went and got them and by the time we got our food it was cold. We commented on it being cold and she asked if we wanted them to remake it...yes we did. We'd been waiting overall almost an hour. When we got the remade food...some of it was hot...our eggs were either cold or lukewarm at best. When the other person at the table opened her silverware...the fork was disgustingly dirty. Usually we love this Danny's, but this experience was horrible to the point where most likely we won't be back.

Ordered breakfast to go. Staff very polite and the food was ready quickly. I had pancakes, eggs, and bacon if I had to write them pancakes five out of five, eggs, four out of five it was just a small portion and the bacon, two out of five mostly disappointed on that there was a really neat to go bagtwo syrups two butters napkins, but no wet wipes. I think that would be a good addition since you’re dealing with syrup, complaint floors were dirty with crumbs on the bench is to sit on and the Bacon just was heated up lukewarm little fatty.

Honestly, I cannot say enough about the service I just got this morning from Julian. I go to Denny’s all across the United States and can honestly say I’ve never had 5 star service at a Dennys until now. He was greeting everyone with a smile and check on each customer including myself several times even though it was busy. Waiter took 20 minutes to bring us our waters, and we had to remind him that we still didn’t have our waters. It took more than 30 minutes to get our food. When he brought out food, he told my brother in law that the hashbrowns were going to take longer, came back and told us the cook dropped his hashbrowns, and brought his hashbrowns after we had all finished our food. When I asked if we could get a discount because of how long it took to get a plate of hashbrowns, he flat out said no. Horrible customer service.

There was probably about 3 groups sat in the entire restaurant and 2 servers, took awhile to get acknowledged and sat down, waited probably around another 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to eat, one server looked like she was running around trying her best and the other looked like she was pretending to be busy, finally ordered and waited 45+ minutes for our food. When we got our food we were both incredibly disappointed, my waffles were cold and soggy, my sausage and bacon were both cold, and I asked for my eggs to be replaced with hasbrowns she informed me there would be an extra charge and I figured it'd probably be an extra $1-$2, it's was nearly $5 (which I do not blame the waitress I should've asked for clarification on the price) but my $5 worth of hasbrowns could fit in the palm of my hand they were very undercooked in the middle. Husband got a burger and he was underwhelmed as well, the meat tasting odd and the hashbrowns on the burger having the same problem with being very badly cooked.
We got the check which had added two sodas which we didn't get (we both got waters) so I'm glad I noticed it because it was like an extra $6 for two sodas. Our total was just shy of $60 we both got a meal and an appetizer to share.
It's a Dennys and I certainly don't expect 5 star cuisine and I doubt anyone else who goes to a dennys goes there expecting perfection but the food should at least be decent with how expensive it now is, and I've been here in the past (maybe a year ago) several times and it was amazing, but it was so awful this last time I decided to leave what is probably my first and last bad review.

Probably the best Denny's I've ever been to. I haven't had the opportunity to try some of the more lunch type items, but breakfast has been above standard. It will cost more than your fast food place as expected, but at exact, to above value of cost. Personally from my own experience the one thing that ruins my dining here, it isn't the amazing staff, it isn't the fact they are open 24/7, it isn't the way they handle every mobile order at it's best, it isn't the wonderful food, it has nothing to do with the gorgeous atmosphere, it is purely the older generation of the local community that come in and can make the entire place uncomfortable for everyone dining. I have seen old and grown persons of the town throw hissy fits because a waitress or waiter keeps overlooking them, because they didn't wait to be seated like the sign says when you enter. This happens more than occasion especially when you go for breakfast or lunch on a weekend.

This Denny's has hit a low point. Have been patronizing for a decade. Have usually received typical Denny's food. My recent visit was the first time I had stopped in about 28 months. I had heard things were getting rough there, but had also heard there was new management and a discount to try them again.

Food was bad, service wasn't ideal, won't be stopping again. I'd recommend the local family restaurant, exit 45 if headed east, or the Denny's at exit 128 if heading west.

My boy friend and I decided to eat dinner here. I got breakfast he got dinner items. The Waiter would not give my boy friend any kid of eye contact and when she needed to talk to him she would look at me or look in his direction but not at him. When she would come to the table asking if we needed anything. Again always looked at me. My boy friend is an average white guy no tattoos no body piercings nothing to make him scary? I asked my boyfriend if she knew him and he said no. Can you say... SUPER SERVER five times fast? Gage did a wonderful job, and I'd highly advise you promote this young gentleman to a management position. This is an underwhelming experience. Took 10 minutes to get seated, then after we ordered it, the food didn't arrive for over 20 minutes!

I had ordered an ultimate omelet and my wife a stack of pancakes. We both had to wait after our food came for the toast, the simplest item! The cooks forgot to put cheese on my hashbrowns too.

Our server was working so hard, and appeared very stressed out, he was the best part of our experience. He did try to make up for the mistakes, and took the cheese off our bill.

Overall, with the price increase over the last few years, I would not recommend this Denny's location.
