I ordered a medium rate steak and 1 it looked old and was barely cooked and 2 the steak was well done. It was a clean environment but it was not what I ordered. When I addressed the waitress she seemed like she didn't know what to do so I took it to go but the steak that was ordered with mine was bigger, rarer, and charred. This establishment is absolutely disgusting in how it treats people. They protect each other instead of protecting their employees. When someone comes forward about being mistreated, they look the other way. The culture here is toxic, unsafe, and shows zero accountability or respect. I used to like this place but, its gone downhill. The two times we went, the coffee cups were dirty, and the coffee cold. My steak omelet tasted a bit funny, I ordered wheat toast and was given white... like, what happened? I won't be going there again. I guess, you get what you pay for and even then, I believe the food is too expensive for what you get but, my opinion.

My husband and I ordered the same thing but paid two different prices! I got the senior item and he got the Grand Slam. Exact same food but he paid $5 more because he didn’t use the words senior menu. It is obvious we are both seniors. Both plates were the same. Go figure??!! Manager was not helpful.

We were seated right away that was the only thing that was good. Two shakes were warm!! They were out of ice tea, out of mashed potatoes. This was 6pm on a Saturday in a restaurant that's open 24/7. One meal came out while us other three sat waiting on our orders which were not complicated. Salmon came out smelling like death did not touch it period!! Most of the food was over cooked.Never will I ever go back to this Dennys ever. Was just bad. Bad food Bad service , and they didn't seem to care all to much. Would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Let's face it. Dining out these days is an expensive proposition, and breakfast is no exception. But at this Denny's location, I experienced friendly and attentive service after an appointment to a nearby hospital. If you're a local, you know the one to which I'm referring. I bring this up because sometimes ypu want a confortable place to unwind after visiting someone receiving care or maybe you or a loved one had a difficult therapy or provider appointment. The staff at this restaurant were warm and friendly as they greeted me and others at the door. The restaurant wasn't very busy, but I've been to more than a few where the staff was disengaging, scrolling on cell phones, and lacking hospitable acumen. But not this Denny's. It was clean from the lobby to the bathrooms. I created my meal and ordered poached eggs, toast, bacon, and pancakes. I was hungry. A cup of coffee that my waitress never let go below half full as my beverage of choice. The food was cooked to perfection, and although I rarely have an appetite to eat everything, I cleaned my plate. The experience, food and dining area were superior compared to all of my recent breakfast ventures. The trip was delightful and complaint-free, and this Denny's has earned my loyalty and pledge of support after future visits to that nearby hospital. I highly recommend it based on the quality of food, service, and overall experience as the best local diner on South 27th Street on Milwaukee's southside.

He's always very attentive as far as anticipating my needs to ensure my order is correct & has everything I requested. He has good energy when it comes to his interactions with the customers & maintains a very pleasant demeanor demeanor demeanor‼️🙂 He's a great communicator to the kitchen specifically for my burger orders as I typically have a few small requests like meat well done xtra mayo etc.. The Men's Room.....Third shift Men's room duty was totally neglected. I notified one of the men staff/crew members. I told him that the bathroom was extremely out of order. He agreed with me. But did nothing about it. I had to walk in standing water, use the bathroom on top of a stopped up urinal. It was beyond gross. It spoiled my appetite. I stuck around until shift change, to see if third shift would be courteous to the 1st shift. NOPE!! Third shift Men's room duty got passed along to 1st shift. That's cold blooded. No teamwork at all. I'm not going back here until they can find people that are team oriented. Now, this reflects on whomever was responsible for that Men's restroom. Unfortunately, Dennys lost this customer for a long while.
