I had all you can eat pancakes and they were so good I almost didn't have to chew them, they slid down my throat, my friend had the burger and it looks so good I wanted to have some but I was so full of the pancakes I would definitely go back for some more pancakes definitely. Even though it wasn't many people in there at that time, I love the atmosphere for the fact they was able to get my order to me quick and they wasn't rushing . they were so polite. Thank you all.

My grandma and I stopped at this Denny’s location on our way home one day a couple months ago and we were so pleased with the service and atmosphere, we have been back every Saturday morning since. Hands down one of the best Denny’s experiences I’ve had!

I came in not expecting much just a quick bite but I left seriously impressed. The staff at the Monona Denny’s were incredibly kind and attentive.The manager Noel made sure everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. You could tell they actually cared about giving us a good experience.

The food came out fast and tasted great especially for the price. The pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the bacon was crisp without being burnt (harder to find than you’d think).

What really made this location stand out was how clean and welcoming it felt. It wasn’t loud or chaotic, just a chill and cozy vibe. Honestly, this place deserves more credit. Whether you’re craving breakfast at night or just want a good, affordable meal this Denny’s delivers.

I was meeting a business associate for bkft and it didnt open until 7. Talked in the lot for 15 min. Then host was pleasant and accomodating had bkfst and went on are way. It was disheartening that a bkfst staple like dennys opened at 7 not earlier. But i suppose they know when they get the most businesx. Let’s start here. Was greeted with a smile and seated promptly. 17 minutes later we were finally approached and ask what did we want for drinks. Made our entree order soon there after. Received our dishes within ten minutes but I had items missing. Was told that would be up in about 2 minutes but another 15 minutes passed and the other item sat getting cold. Was constantly asked how was our food even when I still didn’t have my full meal

Stop at Denny's In Monona Wi, service was really bad,I ask for more coffee 2 times never got more coffee. Husband ordered over easy eggs, he got scrambled, my eggs had lots of melted butter on that I has to take a napkin to we pad get the butter off. When I went to pay I had a add from Denny that said $10 grandslam that we paid $16.99 for when I ask about it they show me a menu. I told them that we didn't get one of them, I was told we had to ask for it. So how the hell did we know we had to ask for the $10 menu, they should just give it to with the big menu. We paid $40.47, but if we had the $10 menu we would've paid $27.35.

Whenever we eat here — which is often! — I am consistently impressed by the warm and pleasant atmosphere, the friendly (and speedy!) servers, and the impeccably prepared and mouthwatering dishes. Making modifications to something offered on their menu never appears to bother either the server or the cook, and our orders are usually delivered to our table in record time, piping hot and delicious. The manger is great. Super attention to detail and very kind. We ordered orange juice and he noticed it was super watery and he was like before we give this to the customer could we please change this out. He is observant and takes ownership of his mistakes. Another customer ordered no mushrooms and the order still came out with mushrooms. He had the staff remake a whole new plate and said that was my mistake I heard you say no mushrooms and did not write it down.
This is by far the best dennys and only one I will come too. All staff is super nice and makes this place enjoyable to come too.

Waitress was annoying. Let people eat. Watch their cups & plates from a distance to ensure they have what they need & pay for. Don't come rushing people every 2 minutes, that's a good way to lose clientele making people feel uncomfortable. She then brought the check before we were finished & then decided to leave us alone to sit there for 15 minutes or more. We decided to check out at the front hostess since the waitress didn't come back. Managers need to be watching their employees closely if you're going to hire riff raff to work for them. Last week October 13 my oldest son and myself decided to have breakfast at Denys Monona location.we got our drinks 15 minutes after seating food arrived almost 30 minutes after the drinks ,when food arrived everything was warm and dry ,of course food was sitting on the kitchen window for too long . The entire place is in very bad shape sticky table, between the the seats feels dirty and sticky, bathroom outdated and filthy.the worst part , when we pay at the register the manager just took my credit card, scanned, put the receipt in the counter, and walked away. Is a former Denys employee for over 5 years I don’t know how this passes corporate inspections.

This is by far the Best Denny's in the Madison area! The food is almost always just just right, although there are sometimes the occasional one-offs. Service is excellent. We stayed in there over 4 hours once talking and even had to order more food and they were so patient with us. David and Sydney are so attentive! The young lady, who I believe is David's daughter (but her name escapes me right now), is also an excellent server. She is fluent in both English and Spanish (I think the cooks speak Spanish), so she is able to give the cooks out exact instructions in their own language, so it always comes out spot on! As with most family restaurants, the prices are very affordable as well. I recommend this restaurant and their team!

I went to Dennys in Monona and was so pleased with my experience. The service is something you can’t get anywhere else. Our server Nari was quick, kind, and attentive. The other staff was great as well when bringing our drinks and good. The food was great and fair priced, we even made substations and changes to some of the combos.

The GM Noel was absolutely amazing. You can tell her really cares about his establishment and customers. He was consistently checking in on us while getting to other tables.

Es un lugar para relajarse y pasarlo bien con la familia el personal muy amable nosotros fuimos a las 12:30 de la noche y serraban a la 1:00 de la mañana y se nos hizo tarde salimos casi a la 1:30 ya heramos los últimos y el encargado fue muy amable nunca nos dijo que ya tenían que cerrar espero hasta que nos fuimos sin decir nada 😅😅 realmente fue muy amable fue el DENNY’S de 1201 E Broadway

Hello, I wanted to say that this Denny's is the best Denny's in all of Madison and the surrounding area. The food is always very tasty. Also I love the staff working there, they are always super nice to me and they all work hard to make sure it it a great experience for me while I am there every time. You guys rock! Keep up the awesomeness!

Stopped here for breakfast on our 6 hour road trip and it was worth it! Noelle served us and he was quick, friendly and personal. 5stars to that cool cat!!

I think because it was so busy being the only place open my food was burnt and more oily than usual. I hardly made it to the car and my guts was rumbling barely made it home spent 45min on the toilet afraid to move afraid I may have an surprise if I stood up
