Anyiah was very helpful, and kind, friendly, and the food was great, they have a new rewards program that she explained, I think I’m already a member from before, but I’ll check it out. I enjoy the pick four or whatever they call it now, probably some sort of a slam, where you can pick four items for a pretty decent price. I like that they provide a pot of coffee for each table.

Husband and I are in town for his work. Decided to have lunch here. Wrong idea first we were sat at booth that hosted had to clear off to seat us. And she used her hand to just whip off the table. And the food I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The fries should have been thrown out. They were old and cold. The sandwich was overcooked. My husband ordered pancakes,scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, hashbrown. He said pancakes were ok. Hashbrowns outside part was cooked but inside was raw . Sausage was under cooked. And the first bacon was overcooked cooked (he had ordered soft )but the waitress fixed that before it came to the table. He just had to wait. We did not say anything at the time we paid. We had been on the road for about 6 hours. We just wanted something to eat and get to back to the hotel.

Apparently, you are only allowed one review per business, so I had to "edit" my last review. (The one where the sausages tasted like some kind of fuel)
Anyway, we ordered two meals. On one of them, we added a side of French toast. Climb in the car and notice they are not there. Go back inside...get the French toast after waiting 10 minutes. When they added the missing item to the bag (that was cold by now) they added the condiments bag (which was also missing the first time around) Get home, notice the Bourbon sauce is completely smooshed inside the chicken and fries container, and spread all over the bottom. I should add that the restaurant was basically empty, and there was no reason items should be shoved into containers in such a hurry, and to forget things that are clearly on the receipt. Lazy or not paying attention to detail? Who knows...

I said hey you forgot the toast she said I will be right back with it 30 minutes later she shows up with the bill and I said you never brought the toast and like I would of liked another drink and then my food was also cold when it came out she acted like she could care less and in addition to that I could see the employees on the line and hear the conversations and it was less then desirable and then paid full price for my meal as well which wasn’t much total bill was 40 bucks but still believe you should get what you paid for

Was there on Mother's Day with my mom and my dad for lunch. I had a huge stack of pancakes with lots of fresh berries on top, my dad had a Grand Slam breakfast, & I believe my Mom had some type of grilled sandwich. We were all very pleased with the timeliness of our food being done, the taste was fabulous, we had such a nice experience too but most of the credit we agree goes to the awesome Server we fortunately had named "Whitney". She was the most pleasant, friendly, & professional Server I have had in many years. She definitely deserves acknowledgement for her hard work & great attitude she has! Two weeks ago upon arriving at Denny’s, my party was greeted by Kathy the hostess. Kathy went above and beyond, accommodating our requests and showing extra extraordinary care. We were then passed off to Whitney, who showed the same amount of extraordinary care and customer service! Today (2 weeks later) we came back and to our delight, the amount of care and compassion was matched by every single employee that we encountered! I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we asked the server for an update, they responded unprofessionally, using slang and repeatedly saying “five minutes.” Despite their assurances, our food never arrived on time.

To make matters worse, I noticed another table that arrived approximately 10 minutes after us received their order before we did. This clearly suggests our order was either forgotten or mishandled. The server did not apologize for the delay or provide any explanation, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable, and I feel that my time was completely wasted. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
