From the time we arrived (party of 2) to the time our food arrived it took 26 mins on a Sunday mid morning. This was a lot better than the Dennys located in Brown Deer WI. We went there first and was told it would be over an hour to be seated. It was if the Brown Deer location didn't want and business. It wasn't my first time at the Brown Deer location withe VERY POOR customer service.

I stopped by Denny’s recently for some breakfast-for-dinner, and I was really impressed with the service and how the staff handled a previous issue I had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by several friendly hosts who made me feel welcome right away.

I asked to speak with a manager about a missing item from a past order, and both Tanya and John went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they replace the item that was missing, they generously replaced the entire order. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated!

My food came out quickly and was piping hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Double Berry Banana Pancake Slam, and it hit the spot—fluffy pancakes loaded with berries and banana, perfectly cooked eggs, and crispy bacon. It was comfort food at its best.

Big thanks to Tanya, John, and the whole team at Denny’s for turning my visit into a great one. I’ll definitely be back!

The server didn't put in the right order. She didn't get a single thing right. Then I waited for her to come back around so I could get syrup for my pancakes and a refill on my soda. This has got to be one of the worst Denny's. Their food is normally just okay, but if you dare order through doordash or any delivery service, you can be guaranteed that at least every other time you will have an item or two missing. My 13-year-old autistic grandson, Wade and I visited this location on Father's day. It was the first time he spent it without his dad.
We ordered what his dad used to order with him. We own our business and came in shortly after we finished up for the day.

We were hot and tired, he was very sad. I cannot describe to you how wonderful & happy to be of service to customers reflected by your staff.

It was pure joy, kindness, professional, you name all the great things one comes to expect and openly embrace, especially in these trying times.

We were able to inform your staff of my grandson's situation and they showed the utmost empathy and reflection.

He left feeling so much better than he had the entire week. BTW we truly love the blueberry pancakes as always! The sausage not so much but that's not the point of this message.

If you could just thank the ladies there and I apologize I do not remember their names. I think one was Tanya; she's a little bitty thing all smiles & happy. The other was much younger showing the same level of kindness and professionalism. We even spoke to her on her break, she didn't Huff or Puff, she smiled and showed immense care to my grandson who she acknowledged was having a tough time.

Autism can make the person often feel disconnected because people especially teens can be mean. My grandson is a wondrous spirit and filled with such kindness, empathy and acceptance. Him being shown a reflection of who he is reinforces there are far more wonderful entities in this world and the City then we may realize.

For this we shall forever be grateful for lasting memories.

So the misses and I came to the city for the weekend and this is the last time we come to this location. This first night in the city I ordered country fried chicken dinner and the chicken was slightly burnt and I told the manager thinking maybe the grease was bad but he informed me that it is changed every Thursday and that may be the cook fried it a bit too long. Our third day here in the city we decided to do lunch and it was horrible. The waitress had to be summoned twice for coffee. When I ordered I asked for seasoned fries and got regular, when I informed the waitress I wanted seasoned fries she said okay to which another waitress came to tell me about the extra charge for seasoned fries which I said I was aware and okay with it. Waited and waited for it and finally decided to eat the rest of my food which by then my sandwich was cold and never got the fries I wanted and still got charged. So I took my wife and son to Denny's after church today and went to the Denny's in the City of Wauwatosa. Off of North avenue. I've had bad experience with other Denny's like the one on South 27th Street in Milwaukee . So I stopped going to Denny's for a while. My wife wanted something to eat so we made a quick pit stop decided to stop at this Denny's in Wauwatosa. We had no regrets. The food and service was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. We were Greeted by staff with smiles. Service was quick. Location was clean. Definitely gave the server Olivia a good tip $25 and my thanks to the manager for a good experience. Also spoke with the manager and let her know how happy I was. And I definitely would come back there.

I visited this location this evening to collect my food; however, upon returning home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. Unfortunately, I received items to which I am allergic. I contacted the restaurant to inquire whether I could return the wrong order this evening and receive the correct one, but I was informed that this request could not be authorized and that I would need to return it tomorrow. Service is aweful, but I go there to eat and the food at this Dennys is great every time I go. How your food taste is way more important than getting a refill

Very rude and unprofessional people! We waited over 30 minutes before a rude person yelled & told us that they aren't seating anyone! Staff back there swearing as well.
