This was my first time eating at a Denny's! The waitress was very prompt and the food came out extremely quick, which was surprising considering we were a party of 8. I'll be honest in saying we were very cramped. The food was ok. I doctored up my eggs and hashbrowns. My son loved his pancakes. The crepes.. best part🤌 I also got a really cool mango tea. Sure, I could've made the same thing at home, maybe even better, but we were on vacation

Had been seeing all the "starting at $5" slam ads so I figured we would go. So they give us the regular menu, $20 everything and I can't find one of those specials menus anywhere... So I ask the waitress, she gives me a look, so now I escalate to just leaving. Then she comes back with the specials menu...... I know darn well they are not handing those out like they should be......Shame on that manager for having those girls hose the tourists.

Several missing ceiling tiles, one right above our table, eating with an attic smell is not fun, the waiter quickly changed our table.

Had a wonderful meal at Denny’s with my family! I had the Super Bird, which was delicious, and my beautiful wife enjoyed the Caramel Banana French Toast—she loved it. Our 6-year-old daughter, who has special needs, had chocolate pancakes with banana slices, and our 22-year-old son, who also has special needs, had the Strawberry French Toast. Both were very happy with their meals!

The food was great, and our waitress was amazing—so kind, patient, and attentive. She really made our visit special and made sure we had everything we needed. However, it took forever to pay the bill, which was a little frustrating.

Overall, a great experience with delicious food and fantastic service, but I hope they can speed up the checkout process next time!

Used to love Denny's, but this place is a bit of a joke. It was not very busy, had to wait for the waiter for at least 10 minutes, and a table seated shortly after us got waited on in less than 5 minutes. The food came promptly though. Hashbrowns were burned, toast was hardly toasted. Pancakes for the kids came out with no butter, the syrup bottle had to take the top off just to use it, toast tasted microwaved. The waitress was less than inviting. Wanted to ask for water...however, our waitress never came back by to check on anything. I thought water used to be given at the beginning. Probably will not be coming back and the "15%" they automatically charge for 5 guest or more is not appropriate! Only good was the pancakes.

Establishment is in need of some help. Ceiling tiles missing by bathroom doors. Gouges in wall to the right of bathroom doors. The bathroom doors slam hard enough to scare a baby. That Happened. The service was ok. She didn’t seem to happy to be there. The cook is very very loud. We could hear everything he was saying.Food was good, prepared very quick. You could tell it wasn’t up to dennys standards. It was presented very poorly. Bacon was rubber, almost uncooked in spots it seemed. I know this is a very high tourist spot and you probably won’t see many of the guests again. But first time experience means everything. Especially since it was a 100$ meal and the place was packed.

Not a great experience for breakfast today. Food was out quickly.but had a weird taste. I think it's what they cook the food in. We were overcharged for our waffles twice. When my wife went to the server to explain she tried to tell her it was the taxes. Even though the same item was listed twice. Horrible service, the server that took our order did not even allow us to sit down before asking us what we wanted to drink. Never got the chance to look at the menu, the server then took our order, and brought the sandwich first without any explanation and brought the steak 10 minutes after. If you’re thinking about going here I’d skip it. Waitress did not handle the pressure well and we were one of only a few tables . She actually walked away as I was still noticeably speaking to her . Very rushed service because of the other tables . I asked them to remake our hash browns because they were not cooked through. Only the top is brown and the rest tasted uncooked . We were given the same under cooked hash browns the second time . Bacon tasted warmed up not fresh . Dennys is not worth the price anymore sad to say.

I understand places can be busy. Completely was ready to sit and wait for a little bit. But the host needed help from the waitresses. Our waitress took 10mins to finally greet and take our order. 25mins to get our drinks. We had to go get our own straps. Three tables that came after us got their food before us, tables that had way more people than us. We only had 4 of us. We also ordered 4 adult meals. Two were given kids cups for some reason? Never received drink top ups. We were about to leave and just pay for drinks since it was taking so long. Manager said our food was being brought now and that she'd give us a discount. Well, half our food was cold. And when we tried to pay, the waitress wouldn't give us the discount the manager offered.

What a dirty, disgusting place. The parking lot, the sidewalk, the "landscaping". All unkempt, dirty, graffiti was on various places. The entrance doors and the windows. Yuck. Greasy fingerprints from everyone thats probably ever come into the place. The window at the booth was broken, dirty, full of spiderwebs. Just felt dirty sitting there. It was extremely busy, and we were a party of, so we understand the wait time. However, once we were seated the waitress seemed to rush us through ordering. When the food was brought out, she brought half the tables food, and the other half of us waited almost 10 minutes for our plates. To top it off ALL of the food was COLD. The butter wouldn't even melt on the pancakes. And of course, there was an automatic 15% tip added to the bill. So, for coming to our table to take our order, bring our cold food and then to bring the bill, she got a $25 tip!

Was down in the Dells for the family summer vacation trip and stopped at this Denny's for breakfast one morning. Some of the best service I've had at a restaurant. The waiters (don't remember their names but it was a young man and a woman who helped us) were on top of their work, very attentive and had great attitudes, made for a enjoyable visit. Food was prepared well and was good. Since it was/is vacation season, lots of families were there but no crying kids which made for a good atmosphere and visit also, haha. LOVED the Mango Smoothie, was very tasty 😋.
