I ordered delivery, the crust was way over done, too hard and not easy to feed to children. When I opened the pizza box it was a huge mess. I called to inform them of the appearance so they were aware and the owner and delivery driver wanted to argue about it and kept telling me it's because of the "extra ranch." If you as a company are aware that this problem exists, you should fix the problem because having food show up like this is honestly unappealing and not want to eat it. I cannot believe a company would allow this problem to continue and then argue with a customer about it. I feel as though this is over priced and other pizza places in town deserve the communities business instead. Disappointed..

Decent food. Very bad customer service person on the phone was very rude I told them what it said online and their response was I don't care. As I was just asking a question and I told them that was rude how they responded to a customer who is doing a big order not once did they apologize. They also talked very fast so I couldn't understand what they were saying when I asked them to please repeat it they sounded very annoyed and cocky.

I do NOT recommend this place if you have a group, they BARELY have space for seating. We got placed in a booth with our group of 6 and decided to just wait til someone else left to take over their table. There wasn't even room for all our drinks at the booth they placed us at.

Food could have been cooked so much better, could have done better service. It's like we got forgotten about, then they sent out a kid, got our refills and he only filled them up half way. Like I want my full SINGULAR refill.

Honestly pizza wasn't too bad, also had the mini tacos which were good.

My daughter and son in law always order pizza at another place. I ordered from my favorite and my family praised the pizza!! The sauce amazing, cheese and toppings perfect, but they were surprized how crisp the crust was "even in the middle mom it wasn't soggy!"" I knew this so from now on we are ordering our pizza s here. Also had the mushrooms and cream cheese poppers, they were amazing! And that is why I left a 20 dollar tip on a pick up order i knew what I was getting!! Ordered at 630. They said a 2 hour wait. I called them at 930. No answer. They call me at 1030 saying there making my food. Got it at 11. Hot dog was soaking wet. The rubin had nothing but mayo even though they said it was 1000 island. And cheese cake was upside down splattered. Food tasted good. Resturant is not run well.

A classic Main Street restaurant, even with the dining room open for a couple days/week. The menu is filled with comfort-type food, a nice variety appetizers, and includes pizza & big salads.

We had a group of four today. Service was pretty quick and our food was correctly prepared. The pizza, ham & cheese, shrimp, mini tacos, and the bacon cheeseburger were all good.

First time ordering pizza here. I've had many other Oshkosh Pizzas and this is easily the best yet. Good stretch on the cheese, homemade crust that's slightly crispy yet chewy but never floppy, flavorful sauce. Customer service could use some work... the phone attendant let out an audible deep sigh when we ordered a taco pizza for pickup at 930 and they don't close til 1030. but ill definitely be back, and be ordering more taco Pizzas occasionally. Grumble away little dude!

While delivery was quick, my salad was brown and wilted and had a date tag in it (see photo). The pizza looked as if it were 2 days old. The meat was dried out as was the sauce which looked and tasted like was nothing more than over cooked tomato paste.

This place used to be excellent. I would not even give this place one star for their pizza. Even when you order xcheese there is no cheese on it. Last 4 to 5 pizzas we had delivered were just terrible. Also it is all sauce about 2 inches from the edge. We ordered one from Ratch and Debs it had SOOO much cheese on it. My family all loved it!!!

Food is great and very edible. Let me just state, I'm a pretty consistent customer of theirs through Eatstreet.....or was rather. Due to my building being fairly old (old everything, buzzer, elevator, etc..) I wasn't able to hear my buzzer and the deliver driver got very snippy on the phone when she had to call me. I'm literally paying you to drive 2-3 blocks down and deliver the food and you're getting upset with me for having to call me on the rare occasion (I think within the past 15-20 times ordering they've had to call 2-3, very rarely do a miss a buzz or the building fails to notify me). So due to this bad experience, I'm not very inclined to continue purchasing my dinners from them anymore. Sorry Dr. Benzie's, but being in the customer service industry myself, I value good customer service over good food any day.
