The exterior of the establishment, particularly the front porch, was marred by weeds, garbage, and discarded napkins, giving it an unkempt appearance. Our server seemed frazzled, overworked, and somewhat abrasive. The sound system was excessively loud, making conversation difficult. While the utensils were subpar, the knife was notably sturdy. It's possible that the server's demeanor would benefit from a vacation and some additional training to enhance the overall dining experience.

Hi there! We have known about this new restaurant in town since their opening. Tonight, a beautiful summer evening, we dined in for the first time....I have only one regret.....we waited to long to try.....The customer service was upbeat and friendly from the moment we walked in until we left. The restaurant was clean and the food was great...BBQ bacon burger with sweet potato fries....there were so many food options, we just have to visit again to try more including the ice cream, we were so full! Thank you Dogs & Cream for the best first time visit!!

The lady was very nice and the service was quick and prompt! A really nice addition to the oasis, always nice to grab a bite to eat after work. And the food is always cooked up fresh which I really like. Asked me if I wanted sauces and stuff for my items. It was a very pleasant experience. Even gave me a cup of ice for my water bottle as I don’t have AC in my car haha. Just a good place with a good vibe too it. I’ll be stopping in from time to time on my way to and from work! 💪😊

A very pleasant surprise when you visit the Elkhorn location. You are greeted by friendly voice when you place your order and Lydia greets you with a smile. She talks with you while waiting for your order, thanks you for coming and wishes you a great day and enjoy the freshly cooked food. A huge difference from other drive thru burger places.

Got the BBQ dog with onions and sweet potato fries. Got it to go. The food was hot and good flavor. However, the fries could have been a bit more crunchy. The onions were so oily that the bun was mushy. The lady at the counter was great. Overall not bad, worth giving them another try.

Had a pretzel dog w/bacon and my parents got a vanilla malt and a mac 'n cheese dog. $14.40 give or take a few cents, which is steep but no worse than fast food places these days 🫠 It was all pretty good and service was prompt seeing as it was a bit of a weird hour and winter so therefore it was dead. Vanilla malt was so-so. Honestly wish it was still a BK. There's like none left here and it's so much better than McDonald's 🥲 This is my message to the owner lol. Oh yeah the AI-generated "art" when you first walk in is extremely cringey.

First time here. We had a burger, chili dog and fries. Food was very good. Nice portion served hot and fresh.

People a friendly and the service was with a smile and good timing.

Prices are in line with 2024 prices and food quality and quantity is above the norm.

To begin, I love the restaurant. If you're regular, they even get to know you! It may not be every employee, but it's the recognition that makes you feel welcome, even if it's one person. I ordered a DOUBLE barbecue bacon cheese burger and it was splendid. I loved the option for a double burger! I took the opportunity up the minute I saw it. Overall great restaurant!

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and the place looks very clean and kept up to and beyond standard! The energy in the greeting alone set the mood for my whole experience, which was downright amazing. I ordered only a traditional burger with some fries on the side and it was delivered to my table in quick time. It didn't even taste like fast food. It tastes like a real meal that you could cook at home! One of my top fast food experience ever. Keep it up Dog's n Cream!

The food was subpar at best, which was so disappointing with how overpriced it was, along with it being overly greasy. You could tell the food was frozen, because of how wet my burger was. Also the fries had no flavor and were too soggy. Then the seats were sticky, and there was ai art on all of the walls, that felt so out of place.

Yo! I had a great first time at dogs & cream. The service was amazing! The workers are so nice and welcoming. I looked at the menu and saw that a ‘Macaroni & Cheese Dog’ existed. My favorite food is macaroni and cheese so I decided to order it. Let me say this, it did not disappoint! The item had a good amount of cheese and even some bacon bits on it. The hotdog was juicy and the macaroni was delicious. I ordered a chocolate milkshake alongside the macaroni and cheese dog and oh my goodness was that good! Out of all the milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life (0) this one takes the ‘shake’. I’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy their food, service, and last but certainly not least, their atmosphere.

After finishing my meal that consisted of a vanilla milkshake and a hamburger with fries, I have came to a consensus. Both the hamburger and fries were delicious! The fries were soft and easy to digest. The hamburger was juicy and cooked to perfection. Last but certainly not least, the milkshake was… shakin! All in all, the food was good and the service was great too.

Food was not good, we tried multiple items as a family of 5 from burgers, brat and hotdogs. We also had different sides that were far from impressive. Even the lemonade wasn’t good. I will say the Hispanic lady that took our order was very nice and did her job well. But in the long run we won’t be back.
