This place has seriously gone down hill. The place is empty but we’re completely being ignored at the bar. 19 minutes later we were asked if we want drinks. Still no chips out. Forgotten again, has to ask for our drinks. Ask for a menu, didn’t get one. Another 10 minutes and finally got drinks. Still no one asked if we wanted food, even though I asked for a menu. Decided to leave. This has happened more than once from here. Service has turned to absolute garbage. Will never go back

Absolute closest to West Coast Mexican Cuisine. I had the Packer burrito that was literally 15 to 18 in long and about 4 in wide, chock full of premium ingredients. I couldn't even finish it but also had a genuine fried ice cream from here too 😋. Extremely fast and polite service

Stopped in this afternoon for lunch. I had the porky burrito and my dad had the classic chimichangas. Both came with rice and the chimichanga came with beans as well. The burrito was huge like it could've fed both of us. I can eat a lot but this plus the rice would prove to be too much! The pork, chorizo, and fixings were absolutely fantastic!! All the meat was tender and had a great flavor. I added some of the green hot sauce as I like heat. The rice was wonderful as well very tender and flavorful. My dad said he loved the chimichanga, beans and rice as well. The waiter was very friendly and checked on us regularly. We will definitely be back for more!

Been here multiple times over the last 9 months, and definitely enjoy the food every time. We always get the Don Ramon Fajitas for 2, and we can barely eat all of it! Pricing is very reasonable for that as well. Sometimes wish the hostesses would be a little more attentive to the tables, but that's the only area of improvement that I can think of.

This plate consisted of melted cheese, grilled bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, squash, and tomatoes.
Protein options were steak, chicken, or both.
The chips to topping ratio was balanced.
The serving size was enough for 1 adult.
The pricing was worth serving.
Overall, this plate was delicious. I really liked grilled vegetables and cuts of meat were a good size.
I would order this plate again.
I would also like to try the other nachos options.

I've always been a fan of Don Ramons in West Bend and even planned to go there for my 50th birthday dinner. Wednesday night so not so busy. Asked for extra chips twice, never got them. My wife got the wrong order and no one even bothered to check with us so she just ate it. My kids all needed refills and I had to go up and ask for a refill. Overall the food was good but not great. I was disappointed. I'll go back to the one in Mayville but likely not in West Bend.

Great place just wish the waiters and waitresses were a little bit more attentive I spent about 20 minutes waiting on somebody to come and check on me the first time I went it took a while for them to even come get my order. Second time I went with my parents and the waitress completely avoided eye contact and answers to questions where mumbled barely was able to hear the woman food was the bomb though wish I could've lent my help in customer support. That's the only bad part about the restaurant but everything I mean everything else was perfect. I leave tips based on the service I receive and the first time I went alone I only tipped 5 to be nice cause I usually tip big to good waiters and waitresses. The send time my parents flipped the bill out was 100 bucks so my parents tipped 15 even though the second time the waitress was way worse. She at times was no where to be found and the male waiters twice had to track her down and service us themselves.

First, the chips and salsa , the salsa actually had flavor and a little zing , I had the choripollo , chicken breast covered in chorizo , cheese and jalapenos , along with rice and beans , very good . My wife had the chicken mole , which is chicken breast cut into strips and covered in a mole sauce (which was a favorite for me as a youngster when my Mom made it) also with rice and beans . Maybe I'm spoiled, but I've been going to Don Ramon in Mayville for quite some time, so when I was in West Bend, hungry and saw a Don Ramon I didn't hesitate to go there. Never again. The food was nothing like Mayville. It's not as good and with smaller portions. The staff acted as if they had to be there. The Mayville staff is always, no matter how busy, friendly, and fun. Like they enjoy being there to bring you excellent food. Never again in West Bend.

The food is fresh and fast - it was actually impressive how fast the food came out! It was all very tasty. We had a fiesta burrito and steak alambre. The guacamole is also really good - the small serving is perfect for 2 people. The servers were speedy and wonderful, and the bussers were on their A game. The restaurant is very clean too. My only complaint is their table set up in the center is a little weird, the table that's on the corner feels like it's a bit in the way. Beyond that, we will definitely come back.

I have ordered food for delivery, and it is seriously sensational. Fresh, just the right amount of seasoning, generous portions, tasty salsa. And honestly the best chips i’ve ever had, and i’ve had a lot of chips!! Not at all salty, which allows just the delicious, divine fresh chip flavor to shine. So so so yummy. Wow! And the guacamole is also the best I’ve had. I’ve eaten here at least a couple dozen times, and friends and family are always impressed with the food as well.

Since the owner past away and new management took over this place has gone down in service and quality. Food is ok at best now and wait staff will delay putting in drinks if it is close to drink specials ending. We also order margaritas and got the wrong ones, actually was the table next to us. We told our wait staff that they were not ours and then charged us for the wrong ones and then charged for the ones we ordered. When asked about this as the wrong drinks we taken off the table the wait staff and manager just blew us off.

Nice place, an old Wendy's based on the skylight seating on the side. Great happy hour drink specials like 32 oz drafts for $4.99 and cheaper domestic beers too! Original chimi was excellent, chicken dish with chipotle sauce was amazing, choripollo incredible, and seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, chicken) also fantastic.
