The food was mediocre as the food didn't have much flavor and was lukewarm. We had the fish fry and cheese curds. The salad bar was sad looking. The waitress forgot to put in our cheese curd order so it came late.

I rented the party shed for my daughter's graduation party. Such a nice place for a party! Indoor and outdoor seating, a small bar in the shed, plenty of coolers for food and beverages all at a great price! Will was so easy to work with and very helpful in planning all of the needs for a successful party! Highly recommend the party shed!!

I had a terrible experience several months ago and went months not having some of the greatest food in Sparta. I decided let's go back and see if things are different. This is now the 3rd time since and I DEFINITELY had a random bad experience. Food is still best in Sparta, service is amazing, friendly, and happy. Deleted my old review cause that did not represent dubs, was just a bad day. Definitely will continue to keep this on my short short list.

Terrible service when I tried to call in for an order pick up. Put the phone down for almost 5 minutes and I could hear them talking about almost nothing. When I called back after finally hanging up the server gave me an attitude when I said I was waiting for 5 minutes and said "well sorry I had customers so I wasn't just doing nothing." Won't be ordering from there ever. Heard it's new owners which would make sense. This occurred 10/28 @11:30am. The waitress sat the phone down after saying can I hold, which she either forgot to push the hold button or you don't have it. Either way I was happy that I was able to hear her discuss width of cheese slices and laughing in the background while I sat on the phone for 5 minutes. I 100% get being short staffed and hate to leave bad reviews, but when she answered after I finally hung up with a response that was both false and a lie I told her "nevermind" instead of wasting more time on the phone. Appreciate the new owners responding to the issue.

Stopped by for Fish-fry on Friday and it was delicious. There was a 15-20 minute wait to be seated because it was busy. We sat at the bar and had a couple drinks until our table was ready. The bar seats over 20 people easily and the bar tender was a sweetheart. The fish-fry was Delicious along with the loaded potato and salad bar. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the long wait, but it was worth it.

We walked in at just before 6pm & was seated immediately. 10 mins later our waitress came over and asked if our drink order was ever taken. She then took our drink & food order and again we waited awhile to receive a tea, lemonade and a Dr pepper. We never got our food. We asked the waitress about our food about 6:45 & told her we had a play to get to starting at 7:30. She never came back to our table. At 7:15 we walked out after leaving a $10 on the table for the drinks. The place was not busy at all. In fact, us and the table behind us was the only tables for quite sometime in that area. This was a 1st and last time I will be there.

The worst philly steak sandwich ever. Fries were cold in the center. Took forever to get waited on and then very long time to get our food. No silverware or napkins brought with food, had to call waitress back for that. waitress never came back to ask how everything was. After we left I called and complained, they said I should have told my waitress and had it fixed which I would have done if she would have ever came back!! Had to go to the bar to pay our bill, once again because she never came back.

This used to be Foxhole Pub. We were planning to go there and hadn’t realized they changed owners. The place is smallish, it has a bar, as well as booths and tables. The food was wonderful! I had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, soooo good. Hubby had French dip sandwich and wants to go back next weekend. One of my party had a salad with grilled chicken and the chicken was so moist!

We seated ourselves per the sign. We waited a good 5 minutes before anyone came for our drink orders.
Our waitress seemed ok upon first impressions, however when we ordered coffee she said theres none made, we're like can you make some. the coffee was very nasty, probably just the brand, we should have got something else but just had wayer. milk for our son he said it didn't taste good, and my husband tasted it and said it was gross, too. We told our waitress and she looked very unhappy said snobbish well we just opened it and took the glass started to walk off, we caught her and asked for something else.
She should have said I'm sorry about that can I get you something else instead.
Fish dinner was good. However the Childs meal didn't come with fries, drink or salad bar. When we got our check we were charged for 3 cups of coffee which were mot even drank. We told the bar tender and she took it off.

I would not recommend dubs pub which used to be foxhole restaurant on highway 21 just outside Sparta Wisconsin my girlfriend and I went there on March 6th we received our drinks in a some what decent time when it came time to place our order we were pass by 2 separate tables that came in after us when we would contact the waitress she would hold a finger up letting us know to wait we waited for a half hour and decided to leave that is when she decided to try to take our order we told her that we are not waiting any longer and also instead of doing her job she was making jokes and kidding around like a kid I will never go back and I would not recommend it to anyone
