We took my parents here for their 52nd anniversary. We all had such an amazing time. The food was great and the portions were big. Great appetizers, soups, and salads. Our server was the real winner. The receipt said Audra so I hope it was accurate. She was sooooo great. My mother has been a waitress for 4 decades and she expects the best. Audra lived up to it all. Friendly, funny, and attentive. Thank you for making our night a special one!

Have been driving by Eddie’s for over 30 years and finally stopped. Wow! Wonderful service, great salad and dressing options, soup was a little gravy-like but tasty, and the entrees were eye-opening visually and delicious. Ribs are yum-yummy! Chicken wings and sides very tasty. Great food experience!

The ribs had so much red barbecue sauce on top of them you couldn't see the ribs! I've never seen so much sauce thrown on top of barbecue ribs. Once we got to the rib meat it wasn't that tender. If you need to cover ribs in so much sauce that's a red flag that the meat isn't that great. If Eddie's is known for their ribs then highlight the ribs and bring them out alone and let the patrons decide what if Amy sauce they want on them. Also, the broccoli was way overcooked.

Was there a few days ago and by far the worst meal I’ve had at Eddies. My steak was overdone, au gratin potatoes were mushy and the mushrooms were so salty I couldn’t finish them. The waitress said they may have been marinated in the au jus. The salad was good. My wife was happy with her shrimp dinner and the service was fine though not one person working there looked to be enjoying their work. I will give Eddies another go because of all the good meals I’ve had there in the past but I’m in no hurry to go back. We go out to eat expecting to experience a better meal than can be made at home and that’s what we all pay our money for…not the case this time.

Food was okay. The only really great food there is ribs. We made a reservation for 5:30pm and got there at 5:30pm. We didn’t order our food until 6:15pm. Then waited an hour and a half for food to even come out. Our group were at the restaurant for nearly 3 hours and all bc we were waiting on food. Do not recommend Eddies if you don’t want to wait!!!

"Eddie's" was on our list to try for a long time and were excited to get reservations for Valentine's dinner - many other area restaurants were already booked a week prior.

Our server, although seemingly busy, appeared very distracted throughout the evening. We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, brought us water and offered something else to drink. We received our beverages, ordered our meals then waited another 15+ minutes before our dinner salads and bread basket was delivered.

Our main entrees were brought out by our server - she immediately acknowledged that the steak my husband ordered was probably not medium-rare like he ordered (strange, why even serve it to him?!). Sure enough, he cut into it, leathery, dry and over cooked. We finally flagged her down and asked that the steak portion of his meal be made right. At least 20 minutes later, she delivered a medium-rare steak. Our broiled shrimp was dry and overcooked, the au gratin potatoes pasty and some burnt (thinking my portion was the final scrapings from the pan).

The dining room was loud, difficult to hold a conversation across the table. It didn't help that there was an annoying, very loud radio station blaring country music, Menard's commercials and all, etc. - not the quiet, relaxing traditional Wisconsin Supper Club evening we were counting on. Unfortunately, we were seated near the main entry so each time guests would leave or enter, holding the door, cold air blasted us at our table.

Ben, the owner, was constantly racing back and forth past our table (as were the many servers all evening), and yet, not once did he stop by to welcome or ask how our food and evening was going. It would've been a nice gesture and a valued incentive for guests to one day return?

Sadly, we left very disappointed and will not be looking to go back anytime soon.

Always a dependable classic dinner at Eddie's: A quarter rack of their terrific ribs and a couple pieces of crispy fried chicken. I love sitting at the bar, having a brandy and some snappy conversation and a sturdy meal. It's a bit out of the way for me, but never disappoints. Eddie's will always be a prime stop for me on my way to Minnesota's North Shore.

I was blown away by how good every item we had was. Taste and quantity totally justified the price. My only critique is our server just needed to stop by a little more frequently to refill drinks, and clean off the table of any dishes we were no longer needing. I am still giving 5 stars, though, because they were pretty busy for a Sunday evening, and the food was sooo amazing. I will definitely be bringing my partner here again for date night.

Our reservation was lost and we were sat at a table in the bar that was high traffic area. I, in error, believed the bartender walking toward us was our server and asked her for a martini. Server got an attitude when this was discovered and set the tone for the whole experience. The websites show prices per person are $20-30 when in reality it should state 30-40. Food was good and we enjoyed it. I would suggest that an Espresso Martini be added to the specialty cocktails as it is the most popular everywhere at this time

Our server was really great tonight. It was very busy when we were there and she was kicking BUTT! I kept thinking how glad I was It wasn't me serving tonight (as I used to at another job) because I wouldn't have been able to handle it. She's a champ, and we had a great time there. I think her name was Audrya. The food was also fantastic, the steak was cooked wonderfully (rare in restaurants, right?!).

We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary at Eddies. My wife had broccoli cheese soup and an 8oz top sirloin with sautéed mushrooms and sweet potato fries. He steak was a perfect medium rare just the way she likes it. The mushrooms were nicely seasoned and slightly smokey. I had the split pea with ham soup and a 8oz top sirloin with broiled shrimp and sweet potato fries. My steak was also a perfect medium rare. The shrimp were nicely seasoned and were on a bed of wild rice. The wild rice had a rissottoesque creaminess and texture. Our sweet potato fries were very crispy and delicious. We shared a piece of maple walnut cheesecake for dessert. It was recommended by our server. It was a tasty treat to finish our meal.

We hadn't eaten here in years, but with my folks in town, we wanted to try something different. Eddie's it is! We were pleasantly surprised and so glad we made reservations on Friday Night as it was packed! Along with the flurry of activity, the staff was super attentive and kept things flowing nicely. The food came out and the star of the show were the Duck Wontons. Do not leave without them! Loved everything here and so did my teenage son, wife, and parents. Definitely will be back!

We had a family gathering at Eddies tonight. The food and atmosphere were fantastic! Many delicious, made from scratch options were offered using local, fresh ingredients. The blueberry cheesecake we had was sooooo goood! I recommend taking some time to check out many items displaying the history of Eddies hanging throughout the restaurant including their first menu from 1940.

Again and again, Eddies never fails to deliver! Best ribs in town hands down! Every time I come here I am met with solid service, delicious food and a nice cozy atmosphere! Granted, it can get a little stuffy when it's packed but well worth it! It's a nice little quaint spot off the main highway. I have never had a bad experience here, never. The best thing about the place was the water.It tasted amazing.
The salad was a spring mix of about ten or so greens and it was on a small square plate. My country style ribs had a lot of bones in them and my chicken wings were well overfry but also it was a great outing and Wisconsin might must be one of their better supper clubs.It's a reservations and it's by the rail yard.

Josh was our chef & his skill at the grill with our prime rib and ribeye was worth finding this unassuming yet splendid restaurant!

If you haven't eaten at Eddie's, you haven't had steak in the Duluth/ Superior area. Make this stop a priority the next time you're around. Will definitely be going back! Gluten-free sides and salad available. No reactions and I'm ceiliac. Had prime rib, side salad, baked potato and a coke. What makes this an important review, besides safety for gluten free is that my prime rib was ordered well done. It came out juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. Our server was Janie - kind & knowledgeable. Stop in and get an epic prime rib! Hubbies ribeye was "on par with the finest steakhouses I've eaten at."

We went to Eddies for our anniversary at the suggestion of friends. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was good and then it went downhill from there. I ordered a medium cooked steak, it came to be well past well done. I asked to have it redone. It still came back to me well done. The augratin potatoes were nothing more than cheddar cheesey hash browns. The grilled shrimp were over seasoned. My husband had ribs and chicken wings. The ribs were ok at most. The chicken wings were almost crunchy. They were covered in plain, no taste bbq sauce. The service was ok. For the anticipation of a “supper club”atmosphere, it’s not. I was very disappointed in my visit. And the price of the food is “way out of proportion”. I will not recommend this place to anyone and we will not be back. There are other places in Superior with far more tasteful food at reasonable prices.

I live near by Eddie s supper club. Will never order from them. I get harassed by their young cook's. They are not chef's by any means. And with that beware of the young service. No respect for a neighborhood. No respect for anyone. If you have eaten there and in couple days you don't feel good. Inspect what you are eating. Dark blubber little pieces. Then young have had disrespected you and are laughing. Also flies are coming back. Eddie's supper club has disrespectful wait staff and their young family members. The new owners don't care about who they have just want money. Wow! Yes! I don't have family. Does their staff have right to spit or put bugs in my fish fry! Just cause I am alone in the world? It's not my fault my mom left me at 25 yrs and my dad not long after.
Sorry Eddie's young cook's treat difference with disrespect. Hopefully they don't have a bad day. Cause y'all will get added protein to your diet that night. And it will not be chocolate covered ants or grasshopper. It will be flies added to the sauce.

Went to Eddie's with my husband and teenagers. Well - first off I always have ribs when I go to Eddie's but for some reason the fish fry sounded good - bad move for me. Got the fish and couldn't even cut through it with my butter knife. Took a bite out of it and it was like rubber. Tried the other piece and it was fine. The wait person stated that has happened a few times. Since this isn't a single incident ya should prob figure out what's going on with the fish. My wife's hash browns came out burnt and you could pick it up like it was a cookie. Suggestion to the owner - maybe you already do this -have a table somewhere were you can put all the food that is sent back to the kitchen and look at it at the end of the evening and address the issues. The wait person did take off 10%.

I ordered potato skins and BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. While the burger was delicious and and the server was good, the potato skins are a complete JOKE! The potato skins that I know would be hollowed out and stuffed with cheese & bacon along with topping of chives & sour cream. That's definitely NOT the case with these. They cut about 4 whole potatoes up into quarters, put nothing on top, and burn them to HELL, then serve them with a BBQ sauce that's not even BBQ sauce AT ALL, and call it an appetizer. Way too much for an appetizer. Please make the potato skins the correct way.

Absolutely wonderful. Great food. Cute fresh new restaurant. Even has good service. The steak was the best I’ve ever had. It was a sirloin with garlic compound butter cooked perfectly medium with a Caesar side salad no dressing, and home fries which were perfection with the steak juice. 10/10. I went in with no expectations but left Eddie’s with a smile & a full stomach. The ribs were good, the chowder was good, the bacon wrapped scallops were awesome. The shrimp were cooked to perfection. The desserts were absolutely amazing (crème brûlée and toffee cheesecake.

We travel a lot and eat out a lot. So we have had our fair share of experiences with restaurants and foods.
We tried eddys about a week ago and let me tell you, our waitress was PHENOMENAL. We never had an empty glass, empty belly, or had to wait for basically anything. My husband even said "I wish all waitresses were like this!"
Okay.. enough bragging about her. Let's go to the food.
They had an all you can eat fish fry which the hubs got and he got a side of ribs. The only complaint he had was the ribs were overly sauced but he loved that they fell off the bone. He always says "nothing can come close to the ribs in Tennessee" but these ones came close if they weren't so sauced and actually smoked. Still delicious though.
I ordered the chicken and dumpling soup and Mac and cheese bites.. best Mac and cheese bites I have ever had. I eat like a bird and I ate them all! I didn't care for the soup much. It tasted like it may have been bagged or canned at 1 point but no biggie. I was filled with the Mac and cheese bites.
Also their lemonade is so good lol. We typically order it at every restaurant we go to and have never had lemonade like eddys. We wanted to get to go cups with just the lemonade lol. So good! Will definitely be in our normal rotation!

Most tables were empty, but they seated us right next to another couple (tables so close I couldn't walk between them) made for a very awkward dinner, steak was cooked to perfect but sear on outside was of burnt bitter char, (wife got ceaser salad) Roman was wilted and over dressed

We stopped in for dinner with friends and it was the first time we were there. We ordered 2 prime rib orders, a rack of ribs and the fish on special . What a wonderful find! We were in Duluth for the weekend and wanted a place for my husband to have fish fry. I was hoping for a more supper club-like experience. We found Eddie’s online and decided to try it out. First of all, it is such a warm, welcoming place. We felt it right when we walked in! There was a wait for a table so we opted to eat at the bar. Amy was our bartender and she was fantastic!! She had drinks coming in from the dining room and the bar and just handled it all, no problem, while still being so gracious and very knowledgeable! We had the fish fry and the prime rib. They were both yummy, but the prime was off the charts!! So, so good! I usually like a horseradish sauce instead of just straight horseradish, but this was so good it would have been a shame to cover it up! The bleu cheese dressing on the salad was delicious as were the au gratin potatoes. We were so thrilled with this place, we will absolutely be back next time we are in town!

The waitress Makala was very good except she didn't tell us the creamy cheese potatoes had just came out of the microwave and my daughter burned her fingers. She didn't tell us we could get more rolls but said she was only suppose to serve one roll each. The rolls were mediocre. The cheesy potatoes are a small order and looked like this got a picture.
The full order of ribs was very sweet tasting and meaty but dry tasting meat. The filet special for $28.00 was
good tasty. Salad was fresh and tasty. You need more servers. The interior decor is dark but night club
like. The creme brulee was awful.
Not sure if I will come back. Check it out yourself.

This was a special celebration dinner and it was perfect in every way. Went with 2 of my brothers and our wives. Had a reservation but it didnt do us much good. Ended up in the bar anyhow. Food was very average. Service was friendly but not great (our waitress disappeared for almost 20 minutes, also brought and charged me for an unsolicited drink which I gave away). We used to really enjoy Eddie's but this time it wasn't worth the price or the trip. Sorry I couldn't give you a great review but honestly it wasn't due.
