Asked for extra toast heavy on butter, at first she forgot the extra order and all of it was dry...not any butter on the toast then only got 5 tiny plastic things of butter. Today was an ordeal to get breakfast. Tried another place that had advertised Sunday brunch that was some of the worst food I have ever had. Made me question why we didn’t just go straight to Egg Yolk. I miss the larger eggs Benedict menu but more crepe options are a welcome addition. The location is bright and friendly if a little cramped and I don’t love the parking lot set up, but you work with what you have and they have done a lot with the space. Honestly can’t even tell this used to be an Arby’s. The staff is wonderful (our server brightened our day) and the coffee options are delicious. This should be a go to for breakfast for anyone! They still have the maple bacon eggs Benedict thankfully and it was just what I needed.

Food was good. Service was way too slow. And coffee was watered down. Waited 30 minutes to get eggs, toast, and french toast. Coffee is definitely cheap drip coffee that's been reused couple of times (please invest in a little better coffee). Food tastes good and if in no rush definitely worth the wait. Fix your service and coffee and your business will double.

I am not sure what happened. But my god was that a drop in food quality. We (co-worker and I) LOVED the Phillies and the Eggs Benedicts. Apparently the Phillies are no longer an option(?? not on the menu) and the Benedicts... Oh I am bummed with how poorly made it was. This is not just me being critical either. My co-worker 100% agrees. Waitress was good and efficient so still great service but the food was not okay....

The worst experience ever, first and last time we are going to buy something from there. The apple juice for my kids was way too expensive for just a cup filled from an apple juice bottle from pick and save. They took like 10 minutes before even they asked for our order. One of the guys was grabbing money and without washing his hands he put some of the food into the to go container.

Couldn't wait to go to Manitowoc Balloon glow just to order food from Phillys and York food truck as I have always raved about it. So disappointed!!!! Meat was only cooked through but no browning, no flavor. Onions were not cooked enough to go with the cheese steak vibe, they still crunched. The amount of cheese on both items was minimal. I will start with the food actually tasted really good. Service was just okay. It was slow and not personable. Mostly clean although we didn’t use the bathrooms and could see the cooler was a little dirty. Tried to order coffee and was told the barista was not in. Also didn’t have any orange juice. The table next to us ordered tomato juice which we saw her pour right out of a can that she didn’t wash the top of which was icky. Also no background music was playing so it was very quiet and you could hear everything going on. Not sure if we would eat there again.

It was a meh experience today. We're from out of town so we have no way of knowing if the service we had today was the usual or they were having an off day.

We were seated pretty promptly, but then no one came to take our drink order. After waiting about 10 minutes, I inquired on how we were to order as there were some registers at the front with a menu board. I was informed we'd order at the table.

The gal that came to take our drink order was less then pleasant. Our waitress was fine, but she didn't check on us or our beverages during our meal or bring our check in a timely fashion. The portions were not equal either as more than one of us had hash browns and it was blatantly obvious who had more. When we were ready to leave, I had to track down the waitress to pay our bill.

We're visiting for several days and I can honestly say that we will not be coming back.

My mouth was watering from the time I saw them making it-for good reason too! I planned to take a pic of the whole sandwich because it’s a beautifully presented, well filled, freshly made sandwich but I just had to have a small taste. That taste turned out to be about a third of the sandwich. It’s sooo good!!!
Update:
I took my daughter to have what I thought would be the same delicious Philly cheesesteak sandwich I had gotten every previous time before. Unfortunately, that wasn’t how things went. I had my usual sandwich with cheese curds and she had the gyro version. Both were so oily and greasy that even after the buns were soaked we still had oil and grease pooling in the bottoms of our baskets. When I mentioned it to the woman working she told me it was from the olive oil-no apology or anything else. Since I had never experienced the grease soaked, oil dripping down my hands, disappointment of a sandwich I was served I decided to take photos of the greasy pool. We took it home to refrigerate so that the extra grease could more readily be removed later. Hopefully the owner will read this and restore my favorite sandwich back to it’s original glory and deliciousness.

Well first of all there is no such thing as an original official genuine Philly cheesesteak with anything remotely resembling cheese whiz dumped on it. So make sure if you are going to order one tell them right off the bat you do not want that whatever that chemical squeezy orange Stuff squeezed on your sandwich. The reason why I stopped here is because I wanted to spend my money for a local business that was not a part of a chain. The sandwich was pretty good because I made sure to decline the orange goo. These were really good sandwiches really good beef, but it was not a Philly cheesesteak not like the one that I've gotten in philadelphia. But it was a good sandwich I also got a Patty melt. 1. Eggs were cooked to order, but were cold when served.
2. Bacon was plenty and meaty, but I think it would have been better if it would have cooked in a cooking device that drained away fatty grease.
3. Pancakes ,two, were large and tasted ok. However, they were served on an undersized square dish that rotated. I think the dish was meant for food that is meant to be shared and rotates to make it easy for friends and family to share, but it is not good for serving pancakes.
4.The hashbrowns were terrible! I think they were cooked in oil that had been overly used, so the the crispy parts had a funky taste, and rest of it was under cooked. I've had hashbrowns that were awesome and I've had hashbrowns that were BAD. These were closer to the BAD end of the scale.
5. The only reason I tried this place was because my daughter-in-law bought me a gift card. When I went to checkout they said something about they were changing over their systems and couldn't take as payment the gift card that they sold my daughter-in-law. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE GIFT CARD THEY SOLD. I ended up paying almost 1/4 of $100 for a substandard breakfast for one person.

1. My waitress was very nice. I wish her well.
2. I left full.
3. I didn't get sick.
I got feedback on my review. They tried to state that they accepted their gift card. They DID NOT ACCEPT THERE OWN GIFT CARD. I had to use a different card. I used a debit card. I CAN PRODUCE THE BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE IT.

I used to absolutely LOVE this place! I have my favorite server here too. Unfortunately, she was not here today and the place shows. My wife ordered the Philly's & York-Description:
Come with onion peppers. Mushrooms, and drizzle cheese sauce. Nowhere in the description is there mention of bologna. My wife's sandwich had chunks of bologna in it. She has a severe allergy to nitrites as well as MSG, which is in a lot of sausages. Hopefully she doesn't have a reaction and she took enough meds to prevent anything.

The salsa is perfect, the pork was tender, eggs were done well, toast was the perfect texture with just the right amount of butter, portions were great. Hashbrowns and coffee were both very good. My only complaint is the chips, which were good and of good quality, I just really prefer softer corn tortillas that are either mostly stale or freshly, lightly fried. Servers were friendly enough. Food took forever, had to ask for drinks. The sauce on my dish was 'broken and separated' and my friend asked for no onions on her skillet and it had onion. First time here not overly impressed but may possibly try again another time.

I didn't try Philly & York . I tried the breakfast spot Egg Yolk Cafe. Food was okay. Typical breakfast food. I ordered the big monster breakfast. One with hash browns and the other with American fries. They had it ready within the time frame the lady gave me once I placed the order so that was good.
