Around a week ago, I accidentally ordered here instead of the Beloit one. I called the place hoping to cancel the order and refund. All they told me was that they wouldn’t make the order but refused to refund the money. The next day, we tried calling again, and they picked up but weren’t able to talk to the owner or a manager. After a couple of calls, they started ignoring us and haven’t picked up. Never ordering here again!

This place basically stole my son's money. Last Saturday, my 17yrs son mistakenly placed an ordered online on the Janesville location instead of the Beloit location. Two minutes later when he noticed, he called the restaurant and explained it to the employee, the employee agreed to cancel the order and refund the money but they never did. My husband called the restaurant on Monday but he couldn't talk to the owner, it seems like he is hiding and doesn't want to talk to us. We're beyond disappointed and of course we won't be back.

This place is amazing. If you want some real Mexican food come here. I got cow tongue and my hubby got half a chicken special. Both so amazing and filling. They gave me a great amount of meat cilantro and onion for my tacos. His half a chicken was a real half of chicken with bones and all. Their rice bring me back to my childhood. Atmosphere and service..

Great spot. Graffiti tacos on door and windows was different. Once inside I feel I was immersed into a Mexican town. With hip spanish music playing and videos on screen. Then with Mexican style streamers on ceiling. Store was was very clean. Once inside I was immediately greeted. My server was very friendly, nice, and helpful, and patient.

Now the food...

I ordered Gordita, campechano (steak and chorizo) taco, and a quesa birria. Got hibiscus Aguas Frescas. Came with chips n salsa.

My personal favorite of everything was the Campechano taco. But every was very fresh and good. Flavors really blended together very well. I personally not fan of salsa but thats due to me personally not being a fan of cube tomatoes. But they was big enough to push aside. Hibiscus Agua Fresca was great and delicious. Overall very satisfied and would definitely come back!

I rarely post reviews, but this felt like my civic duty. Ordered online. Showed up, and still waited 15 minutes and the place was empty. Al Pastor was dry and looked more like colored ground beef. My friend and I wanted to try a place we had never been to before. So, we stopped by here on the way home. Our host was very nice. She explained very well how the food was prepared. I ordered a taco with pork and a Gordita with chicken minus the beans. My friend ordered beans and rice. We also had chips and salsa. The chips tasted fresh like they were just made. My friend really liked her beans. My taco was delicious and stuffed with plenty of meat. The pineapple strips on top were a great addition. My gordita was very good, the cilantro tasted very fresh. My friend and I were both very happy with the food, but also our host was very gracious, friendly and helpful. Some of the reviews I have read mention a high price for the food. $3.50 for a taco may seem a bit high, but the taco had three times the meat that you would get from other taco places. Also, all of the food tasted like it was freshly prepared and very filling. Definitely will come back here again!

The place wasn’t bad. I thinks it’s ok. We ordered steak tacos, chicken taco, steak torta, a side of rice and a Jamaica drink. The guy at the front was nice and gave a good vibe. We ordered and only took 15 min. The price was pretty high not going to lie. The torta was small for $12 was expecting the torta to be on the bigger side, but it’s more like a sub torta. The sauce was also kinda watered down needs a little more salt. I would t mind trying other stuff on the menu just wouldn’t come often for the price. The food for the most part was good.

Use to be a good place to eat. I ordered from their website 45 min in advance during a slower time in the day, and after arriving I was told it would be another 20 minutes minimum. I orded 2 burrito meals and 2 Three taco meals which in the past would take about 15 minutes max to walk in give my name, pay, be handed my bag, and leave. But after ordering online with adequate time to prep and serve and when I arrived there were zero people waiting for food or to order and personnel there had no idea of an online order. I will not be ordering from them again because of their lack of awareness and has made me question their abilities to service and/or prep food for consumption.

The service is declining. They hired some new lady and everytime she’s working I call to place my order and they pick up and hang up right away, multiple times. Honestly, I have not ordered food at this exact location. I usually order in Beloit. But I accidentally put an online order through to the Janesville location, and I could not cancel it on the website. So I called the Janesville store and ask them to cancel it for me so that I could re-put in my order to the Beloit location. They told me that since it was already paid for, they wouldn't cancel it and they would call the Beloit store themselves to have them make it for me to pick up there. That type of service has never been done for me. I appreciated it so much because it's less I have to do. And it was incredibly sweet and helpful.

Honestly impressed! First time ordering from here. (went through DoorDash) I'm pretty picky as far as authentic steak tacos go.. but they're VERY good. Fresh and hot with the perfect amount of everything. Came with limes, salsa Verde, and hot sauce. Would definitely order again 😁

Very clean and neat, the cashier/waitress was polite and friendly. The food was very good and the guacamole was excellent. Prices reasonable for the amount of food you get. We will be going back!

Stopped in for a quick bite and I have to say our food was delicious! We had the quesobirria and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. There was no music and not much ambiance, but I would absolutely recommend this place based on the food! 9/10

Today was my 1st time picking up lunch here and I will definitely be coming back!!
Absolutely delicious!! Friendly and fast service. The restaurant was clean and pleasant looking. One of the best darn burritos that I've had in a long time!! The queso and other side condiments really made this meal perfect!!

Just had dinner and I’m disappointed in my experience. The food was bland, the service was garbage. We asked politely to turn the music down because it was hard to have a conversation with friends. The waitress rolled her eyes and didn’t turn the music down. She never came back to check on our drinks or ask how the food was. I could have had better food at Taco Bell. I’m all about supporting local business, but I will never be returning this this establishment again.

Small cozy restaurant. They are following mask orders. Went to this place cause I had viewed the menu online for $1.50 tacos, but that must of been an old photo or from their other location. The steak tacos i got were 2.75$ each, well WORTH the price though. Ive tried tacos from many restaurants in this area. I will definitely come back here for more. During my visit they didnt accept credit cards which prevented me from ordering more to go. Please let me know when that changes :) also maybe add carnitas to the taco options
