Absolutely delicious! 🤤 Went in today for the first time to try their Carne Asada tacos 🌮 corn tortillas, extra onions 🧅 , and 🌿 and lime🍋‍🟩 .
Asked if they had fresh tamales… 🤤
They had pork, chicken, and jalapeño. Got two of each!

For nearly two decades, my family and I have frequented this establishment, previously known as Supermercado. It was once a standout in the area, offering exceptional value—delicious food, generous portions, and attentive ownership that made dining here a pleasure.

While the quality of the prepared food has declined, with mushy textures and increased prices, the grocery section remains impressive. The store continues to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and the butchery offers a high-quality selection of meats. It’s reassuring to see some aspects of the business still thriving, but I hope the restaurant portion regains the excellence it once had.

Love this place. It's the perfect little store for all your Mexican food needs. The actual " to go" food isn't very good at all, but their inventory is great. I just ordered a chicken quesadilla for my girls, but it's terrible. I don't know if they're using no cheese or just very little cheese, but when I got it it was wet and impossible to eat w out a knife and fork. How can you screw up a quesadilla? It's literally 3 ingredients. Be careful what you order and you'll likely be fine.

Used to be best for miles around. Ordered gorditas with al pastor. Were tiny thin corn tortilla with NO Al Pastor, only beans and grilled green peppers. Burritos were 10.99 mostly rice, hardly any meat. Save your money. Place is a rip off. Went there 4 months ago for tamales. We're the size of toquitos with less than 2oz of meat. Also expensive.

The 1st time I went there I had a breaded chicken burrito that was a decent size but other times I ordered the same meal it was smaller in size. If it wasn't for the reduced size of that burrito I won't be returning also because it'd remind me of a chapter in my life that I want to forget. 1/4th stars if I could rate a silly ol wanna be Mexican restaurant. I got some Al pastor tacos and got home to open my taco box and the meat doesn’t even look like Al pastor it looked blended and rolled into balls with red food dye. The day after I felt sick, its going on 4 days now. Im sure all the beaners in the kitchen are undocumented. Worst food ever and also the worse Mexican store since the new owners took over. 1/5 stars for the new owners don’t waste your money and time waiting here, we waited 30 minutes for tacos just to make me sick. Tell the cooks in the kitchen that you can’t call yourself a Mexican if you can’t cook basic Mexican food

Update:
I have been going here for years… good food and reasonable prices. I’m not sure what happened… but I no longer will be going here after my last visit. I understand that prices are going up everywhere, but $27 and some change for ONE burrito and salsa for pickup is outrageous, and thats before they asked for a tip through the square register. Food was still good, but not $27 good. When I asked why almost double the cost, all the woman told me was “new prices”. They don’t have a menu online with prices, so if you order for pickup, who knows what they will charge you.

Ordered 7 steak tacos for I thought 2.99. She asked if I wanted regular or yellow tortillas and I said yellow NOT REALIZING THAT THEY CHARGE YOU A DOLLAR MORE PER TACO!!! Had she told me of the price difference I would have been ok. Just seems like a hidden cost because they don’t tell you and they don’t advertise it either. I’ll just go somewhere else.

Huge burritos, so delicious every single time. My only complaint is the price is never the same and I get the same burrito every time. So it's kind of frustrating when they charge you something different. Also, I get a vegetarian burrito with no meat and I asked for no cheese, I feel like they should add the vegetables that you ask for it with no extra charge. Like avocado. It's a vegetarian burrito. Put some vegetables in there. You can even see on the menu that it used to come with avocado but they crossed it out. If I don't have to pay for me, why do I have to pay a lot for tomatoes and lettuce? Those things aren't very expensive. But it tastes so good I keep coming back lol.

Carne Asada tacos were great I thought the meat was real good quality. I just wished the tacos were maybe fried more to give them that crispiness. This place used to be great, but things have taken a turn for the worse. The raw meat that I've gotten there has been spoiled the last two times I've gone there, and the last three takeout's (mainly the meat in the food) has been slightly to moderately spoiled. Now keep in mind that this is over the course of about a year, but still, this shouldn't be happening at all, especially for this long. Given that this is still happening, people more confrontational than me probably already have complained to them about this directly, which means that they're likely feigning ignorance. Truly sad if this is the case, but it happens.
Only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they're also a grocery store of sorts. The grocery part of it is still ok, but the food they make or the meat they sell is not trustworthy anymore, unfortunately.
