Usually, I do "take out", but the atmosphere was very welcoming and I decided to stay...good move! Stopped in after some shopping with the girls, wanted something different. We were not disappointed. Food was delish. Full of flavor & cooked perfectly. The staff were all fun to interact with. Alot of fun & great atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to see they carried Bakers Square pies. It took me back to when my dad & I used to go almost every Saturday to Bakers Square for pies, before he passed away. (If they had lemon meringue, I would've cried. Everyone hustling because it was understaffed, girl sat me at table, took order, helped other guests, and I think cooked part of my food...she did it with a smile and didn't miss a beat. But REALLY.... should your restaurant be understaffed like that, no other servers, no hostess, a bartender, a manager, one server, one cook...if they had had more than 4 tables and a couple pick ups like that hour and a quarter I was there my experienced service would have been much slower and poor...Ya got good people there, get them help, don't burn them out, or get them hurt because they have to rush...and that makes my experience worse too...it only reflects poorly on upper management and the owners.

Had the 3 meat trio with chicken, burnt ends and Jalepeňo cheddar sausage. It was delicious and all for a reasonable price. Nice staff.

I went back to take advantage of a great offer and got the baby back ribs with sweet Korean heat sauce, burnt ends, and pulled pork. Very delicious!

Delicious!! Their Traditional Wing Basket is SO GOOD!! Rib Fest is my favorite time of the year!! We got a 1/2 slab of the Saint Louis Style ribs with the special Korean Sweet Heat with the sides of Bannana Pudding and Wilber Beans, yummy😋. Our appetizer was overcooked - cold, brisket was terrible tasted funny , ribs, Mac n cheese tasted like it had been sitting a crockpot overcooked , clumpy and cold, French fries under cooked and cold, beef tips stringy touch and cold, French fries undercooked cold, beans tasted ok but cold, the only thing good about our meal was the beer tasted good and was cold as it should be. We were celebrating our anniversary and very disappointed in our meal . The service was good but she thought we were joking when mentioned how terrible our meal was.

I came in last Friday for lunch. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have very high expectations when I dine in with friends and family to celebrate special occasions. This day was my daughters birthday and I think she would never want to leave after the amazing greeting and service we got I was so impressed I had to tell all my friends that couldn't make it that day. Wow, what great food too! We ordered a Sampler to get started and that did not disappoint! Furthermore, the All-American Feast was so amazing. We left with full bellies and smiles! The birthday bread pudding was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend dining here!

Well I went to the back to use the health facilities and it was very very unkept. The kitchen you can tell had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom facility that I went to I don't know they must clean it every 3 or 4 days and the kitchen really look like it needed some help. The food was okay. It was I rated it four stars. The service was exceptional but I think the manager left that restaurant if he was the manager and that place really needed to be cleaned

We had a great experience here tonight. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving and that's saying taing a lot, if you have you ever been in this area trying to find a place to eat on a Saturday night, you know it's nearly impossible! Not only were we seated within 5 minutes of arriving our waitress was also very polite and got our drinks right away... she then proceeded to come back and asked if we would like refills several different times this doesn't happen very often... The food came out in a timely manner, it was an excellent meal!! We will definitely be back again sooner than later, thank you to the friendly staff we encountered tonight:)

Our experience was really great until we were going to pay our bill. I had forgotten to give them my gift card ($15) to apply BEFORE I started the payment process (putting my card in the machine) of our $100 something bill. Because of this, I was told the gift card couldn't be applied. Really!?!? I was told to come back so I could use it again! Hah! The only reason I went to your restaurant was because I had a gift card.
This was my first visit in over a year and it may take another year or two to forget this ordeal....

Be warned, staff don't understand how to do a simple process and can't void / re-ring the bill? I think the wait stuff just didn't know how to do this or just didn't give a flip. I really wanted to leave the gift card for the tip but I'm not that person, I tipped 20% .

Yum! We were excited to go to Famous Dave's as we don't have one near our house. It was a Friday night and around 6pm, we got a table within 15 minutes. It pains me to write a bad review of Dave's, they've been one of my favorite places for 25 years, in four different states. But ever since the pandemic, the La Crosse restaurant has had a steady decline in food quality.

First, favorite menu items disappeared. Then, I noticed a huge difference in the quality of the ribs: no more crispy crust on their fall-off-the-bone meat. The texture is more like a boiled rib that's finished on the grill, with none of that rendered flavor. The last few times I've had wings they were sawdust dry, with barely any sauce on them, so I've had to start asking for extra bleu cheese. Well, tonight, the bleu cheese was the consistency of milk. It was so thin, it wouldn't stay on the wings or celery, and had no flavor to it. Famous Dave's bleu cheese has always been far and away better than any other bleu cheese served at any other restaurant, and now it's just chunky milk.

We've had the same server at this store for 15 years, she's wonderful! So it kills me to think about not eating there anymore, but I just can't keep spending money on mediocre food. I get that sometimes cost cutting efforts have to be made to be more profitable, but sometimes cutting the wrong corners just loses customers.

I got the meat comb with baby back ribs, BBQ chicken, corn and loaded baked potato. Every bit of it was amazing both the meats were made to perfection the baked potato was huge and instead of getting regular corn like most restaurants they gave corn on the cob which I enjoy so much more but my kids stole them this time lol. My oldest son got BBQ chicken for a kids meal and I've never seen my boy eat so much so fast he even ordered another piece of chicken. My other 2 kids got the kids cheese burger with fries and were so full when they were done. I highly recommend it great food and great staff
