Having Celiac Disease makes it difficult to eat out. However, the server was helpful and respectful. She asked the chef to speak to me about my dietary needs. He also was respectful and assured me that my meal would be prepared with great care so there would be no cross contamination. The food was delicious!

Growing up I was never a bar person. However, when I met Chuck and Terri back in 2011 they started taking me to bars for lunches. Fat Boyz has been my go to place ever since. We live all the way out in Orfordville (a few miles west of Janesville) but it's worth the 38 miles drive ONE WAY.
The owners (past and present) are fantastic people with a great sense of humor. The cooks are NOT just short order cooks because they can prepare all kinds of delicious meals even in the tiniest kitchen I have even seen in a business.
One cook (maybe I should call him a chef) who goes by the nickname of DA [hey good initials bud!] that is not only fantastic at what he does in the kitchen but funny when he can remember the jokes - including the punch line! LOL

Actually, they have specials most of the time but no matter what you order you will never be disappointment.
I actually run a restaurant critic review for places the better half and myself have visited and I am still very impressed with ALL the employees and their talents at Fat Boyz.

Been here several times and everything was fine until last Saturday. Three of us ordered steaks and one, a rack of ribs. Food took a while but when we got our food the steaks were almost raw and the ribs were cold in the center. We all sent our food back. When food was returned our order went from raw to well done. Ribs were taken home and recooked so they could be eaten...all in all, service was ok, but the food was

nasty... 120$ and no apologies for anything..we will not be back.

We came into Fat Boyz for breakfast. We had an amazing experience. The food was outstanding and we all finished our plates. The chef and the server were both really friendly. What an amazing bar & restaurant. My wife and I were invited for a Friday fish fry with another couple. I had codd and blue gill with some garlic mashed potatoes from heaven! Becky was our server and she is the best! Great attitude, attention to detail and beautiful personality. Very high recommendation for a visit.

Moved to town in February and just found this place. I got nothing but good to say. Under New Management! We did a luncheon and dinner here back to back days while in town! From my understanding they serve breakfast on the weekends! We live 2 hours away and will come back as a destination location! Garlic Mashed Potatoes! Amazing! Ruben! Amazing! Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap! Amazing! Chicken Tenders fresh and fabulous!
The pours of whiskey are amazing and the beer selection is fantastic! We met two of the owners and their daughter they were some of the most personable people I've ever met. They were totally hands-on owners!
They HAVE a HIDDEN GEM upstairs! It's a Whiskey bar tasting room with a patio! The bar area has lounge chairs and a fireplace! The patio is open through a sliding glass door, possibly for cigars?

2 -1/2 lb delicious patties. The burger was very very very good. I will definitely recommend the fat daddy’s burger. The bun was good. Meat flavor was very full and juicy. Not a lot of seasonings. Which is what I like.

It must have been shift change. There was a lot of the employees just hanging out behind the bar.
The only thing I could recommend as a previous hospitality manager. Pay attention to the dusting and such on higher surfaces. That’s just what I noticed sitting there.

The all you can eat wings are fantastic. I have 2 critiques of Fat Boyz: a penalty fee of 3.5% for using a credit card is a joke. You do not get a “cash discount”, you get a credit fine. Also, charging $.50 for an extra tablespoon of ranch (or any condiment other than ketchup) is borderline theft.

I’ve heard as a restaurant the food is good, never experienced, however as a bar, this is where the scummiest of men come to prowl. I don’t think I’ve ever been out with my friends and not have men from here try to kidnap, harass, assault or bully them. They just let people run wild in this bar without regard for the laws, and allow underage drinking all the time as long as they “forget” to ask for an ID, especially if ur a pretty girl. This place needs to be shut down.

They have one well taken care of pool table. We missed the all you can eat wings for $6 but the order of wings and fries were only $6 and they gave me about 15 wings and a good amount of fries. The food was delicious, the drinks were affordable. Not too busy at 8pm on a Thursday.

We’ve been Going to Fatboyz for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the food has been steadily going downhill and gotten so bad we found another hangout. From bone dry baked fish to chewy prime rib, overcooked burgers and everything deep fried dripping in grease. We are done. No excuse for serving poor quality food. Time to get cooks who know how to cook. The owner says he can’t get food from suppliers. Really? Everywhere I eat has quality product. No more excuses. Get good cooks, order quality, raise your prices if you have too, and change the menu already.

Went to fat boyz 8/29/22 had a blonde server who was extremely rude and provided us with terrible service. Asked us what we wanted to drink before we sat down at the table, put in our appetizers before 8:00 and it was nearly 8:30 by the time they came out and we got to order our food, then when we ordered she ordered me the wrong thing which was a 26$ Full rack of ribs. I didn’t touch them and when I kindly told her that I didn’t order them she told me I was wrong and said “we can sit here and argue all day but you didn’t order them. do you want a box to take them home”
