Great place to go for a quick meal. Went back a couple of times while on vacation with the family. Lots of food options. Prices are extremely fair for the amount and quality of the food. Lots of meet on the subs and on the pizza's. Sub breads are high quality and do not get soggy. Partial to the Parmesan Herb. Smaller place with just a few tables but clean and orderly. Steady foot traffic coming and going so you know people like the establishment. We are definitely going back on our next visit to Door County.

This place used to be very good years ago, but just not so good anymore. Got a grilled chicken fillet sub, and the chicken fillet was maybe an eighth of an inch thick. The sun was basically just all bread. Also got the garlic bread with cheese and there was hardly any cheese. It was basically just a loaf of Italian bread. for the amount of money I spent I’d rather go to Jimmy John’s hands-down.

This food brings back a wave of nostalgia from all of the times I've visited the Two Rivers location. While this was my first visit at the Sturgeon Bay location, it certainly won't be my last. The food was fresh and appetizing. The dining room was clean and updated. I especially enjoyed chatting with the owner, who was friendly, compassionate, and hospitable. The place is small and not too many seats, so it can get crowded if there is a rush of any kind.

The subs/wraps at Fatzo’s are out of this world. And they have THE best gluten free pizza I’ve had anywhere. We live in Milwaukee and come to Door County about five weeks per year and every visit I take a pizza home with me to tide me over until our next visit. My wife and I stop at Fatsos every visit in door county. Our trip this time was a little disappointing. My club sub was made with old bread. It was wrapped with the top broke in three places. The sub they cut in half every time wasn't cut because the bread was so dry. The meat and veggies was great. The positive was that we fed the birds all the broken bread. The service was great. We'll be back and hopefully it will be better.

We usually go to the Fatzos in Two Rivers so we thought this one would be similar. The sandwiches we got from the Sturgeon Bay location had way less meat and condiments than the one at Two Rivers. This was a to go order, so when we got home, we had to put additional toppings on from the fridge. Not sure if this was an off day for the cook, but this was disappointing.

This is my go to place for a good sub when traveling through the area. I always call ahead and my sandwich is waiting for me. They are very generous with the fillings. I love a good amount of veggies which they don’t skimp on. It’s primarily a takeout place with just a few small tables to sit at. Highly recommend.

My husband and I tried Fatzo's for the first time and liked it! There are so many menu options to choose from that we haven't seen anywhere else like a Taco Hot Sub or Reuben Pizza. Yum! We tried the BBQ Chicken Hot Sub and the Chicken Cordon Bleu Hot Sub. Their rye bread is absolutely delicious! The portions are absolutely huge! Each of our subs made it into two meals plus a late night snack. It can get a little pricey ($43) for two subs, two bottles beverages and tip but was worth the visit!

I order my late afternoon- early dinner meals from Fatzo's everyday. I love their soups! They change daily so you always have something delicious. Friendly staff, super great! And such a large variety to choose from, including their sub of the month listing. Check that out, my fave is the Hawaiian cheese steak in wrap form.
Prices are rather reasonable too. And you can choose what you would like to put on your sub or wrap, it doesn't have to be exactly how it is listed. Example: I ask for honey mustard in place of the stingin' garlic sauce on my Hawaiian cheese steak wrap.

Stopped today on our way home from a drive in Door County. Last time we were there was pre-covid & extremely pleased. The sandwiches were packed full of meat & other items. Today we were very disappointed. My wife's sandwich had 2 paper thin slices of meat with a small amount of lettuce, etc. And mine was a small amount of seafood salad, lettuce, etc. There was more bread then the meats, etc.

This is my first time in the area and like many other Midwestern towns people are super friendly, except for this place. The poor and unprofessional attitudes started the moment we entered. The only reason is perhaps my forgetting to wear a mask. The cashier, who was wearing one and standing behind plexy glass, copped an extream attitude asking me to put one on which I complied. We ordered our food at which time we were ordered to wait in our vehicle. Again we complied without saying anything. Another employee came out and literally threw the bag of subs into the vehicle. I did ask if if they were having a bad day, at which time the employee marched over to the our vehicle looking for a confrontation. She was told to stop and move back, that did not happen. A few choice words were used by me to prevent further movment by her towards our vehicle. There is and was absolutely no reason for either of these two employees to behave in this manner. I will not rate the subs as the foul taste left in my mouth by this experience far outweighed any pleasure I might have experienced enjoying the meal.
