I haven't been to Fazolis in a long time. Probably won't for a while again. Food was hot but not very budget friendly and pretty "meh" quality at best. I'm not being mean when I say this, being honest, but my highschool cafeteria spaghetti and pizza from 25 years ago was way better than this. Probably still is. $25 for two small slices of pizza and bowl of spaghetti.... Gonna pass on Fazolis next time I think. The new pizza crust.... hard pass too. Lacking crunch, texture and salt. The slices were itsy bitsy and had zero flavor. Sauce was bland. Spaghetti sauce was salty and the noodles under cooked. Missed on all accounts.

I guess the staff was friendly but didn't have any real interaction with them other than the person who took our order (and asked for a tip) and the person who handed us our food at the counter.

Again, not trying to rip on them but I remember Fazolis being fun and tasty. Now, they just feel tired and bland. Bring back the old Fazolis.

Absolutely amazing fast food Italian! The pricing is phenomenal, and the unlimited breadsticks when you dine in are such a treat. I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like — the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate the kid-friendly touches like the area for coloring and reading. The fact that they let kids hang up their artwork is such a big deal as a parent — my kid loves seeing their art on display. Fazoli’s is hands down one of my favorite places to stop in Eau Claire!

All I have to say is it was gross as soon as I got to the front door. I’ve never dined in before and never will eat there again. The front door was absolutely filthy greasy. Then after we ordered the tray they put my salad on was dirty greasy and stuff stuck on it. Then when we got to fill our drinks i didn’t realize that the silverware is grab yourself so their sitting there and every one had food on it or looked greasy. The containers that hold the silverware were slimy. There were crumpled up dirty napkins in one of them. Absolutely gross. I ended up going back up tot the counter and canceling my order. Completely ruined my appetite. I understand that places get handprints on doors and things but I’m telling you this was gross the door was my first red flag. I should have took a picture of it.

We placed a carryout order today. Unfortunately there was no notice as to when the order would be ready. I went to pick up the order and when I arrived they stated they had just received the order. I waited almost half an hour then went and asked again and they stated they were waiting on breadsticks to come out of the oven. It took several more minutes and when they brought the food they apologized for the delay stating they were cooking fresh chicken for the salads. Everything in the order was correct and the food was good but we did not appreciate the lack of information about when the food would be done and then the wait with no explanation.

Worst Fazoli's I have visited. Water was dripping from the ceiling at the register counter. Meal came and looked nothing like the baked spaghetti I have in the past. Great stop for families! Whisper was great in taking our order and making recommendations. We have a picky toddler and she recommended plain noodles with red sauce on the side and an extra alfredo sauce on the side. It was a great recommendation and my kid ate her whole dinner!

The kids' area was spectacular, with high chairs, bibs, a kids table, coloring sheets, and books. It was a great place to take a break when driving between Minneapolis and Chicago.

Sky made sure I knew what was on the tortellini bake and that there were multiple options of sauces to choose from. Justice made sure i had been helped while i was waiting for my food and checked on the dining room as well for Rouge dishes! I had a really busy week this past week, so I resorted to drive thru dinner. I personally love fazollis spaghetti, so much that I got it 3 different times this past week. We stop here every few months on our way through town to see our family - it is 2 hours from home so the timing doesn't always for for us to get a meal here.
