Very disappointed..took a half hour to get our food..turns out they skipped our order and did the family of 5 order first( they ordered 20 minutes after us)..only found that out cause I went and asked.. would've been nice if they would've come and told us but instead I had to question why the family was served first. At that point we took ours to go. The woman working the counter just set it down..no I'm sorry or thank you's spoken! It'll be a long time before we try that place again as the last time we were there they were extremely slow in getting our meals out to us!

I like Fazoli's. I love Italian food, and I'm a frugal person, and I like to eat. Fazoli's gives me all three. It's good Italian food. It's not expensive, and it's a lot of food for the money. It's not great Italian food, but that's ok with me.

My wife and I just had a wonderful late lunch at this Fazoli's in Fond du Lac. The service by Teresa was exemplary; she was very kind, helpful, informative, and considerate. Teresa provided the kind of service you long for from the past but that you seldom find anymore. A huge thank you to her! Also, the food cooked by Rode was just amazing. Super rich, delicious, and best of all fresh. Much better service and quality than Olive Garden. And the restuarant was very clean. My wife and I felt like royalty. Thank you Teresa and Rode for the amazing service and delicious meal. This Fazoli's location sets the bar real high as a gold standard. My only regret is that Google won't allow me to give a rating of Seven Stars, it stops at Five. Thank you again Teresa, Rode, and Fazoli's!! :)

I have not sat in a restaurant since covid began back in April. But because my car was at the dealership getting repaired, I saw that Fazoli's had their lounge open to 25% capacity.

The had booths blocked off and limited seating to 6+feet, I was very happy with the service that Teresa provided. She was kind, helpful as well as very curtious. I still will not do much dine-in during the near future. But I do recommend to anyone who has covid-19 concerns, that this should be a safe place to eat.

My fiance and I come in at least once a week and we always leave with a smile the food is great and the cashier is the best. Teresa is a good soul she means well and she always makes sure we are doing very well and we have everything we need. Even if we are having a bad day she is there to make us smile. On behalf of my wife, her words...

It was lunch time and I had three of my grandchildren (2, 4, and 14), dropping them off to spend the weekend with their “favorite aunt”. I chose Fazoli’s, which was unfamiliar to them. After 45 minutes in the van I was frazzled and not looking forward to three kids and trying to get them to eat.

There was such a welcoming atmosphere when we went into the store. Mandy met us and changed my day. She helped me figure out the best food order to feed the children. When she came to the table to serve the food, Mandy talked to the kids as though they were real people, not just kids. She made them feel like royalty. Without any hesitation they started eating. She spoke with the fourteen-year-old and was genuinely interested in what he was talking about, which really made him happy.

They responded to Mandy’s attention and sat in their chairs and acted like little adults and ate everything. The kids LOVED breadsticks. The fourteen-year-old said, “This was a really good idea; I’m glad we came here.”

When it was time to leave, the four-year-old would not go without saying “Goodbye” to her “new friend”. At first, being four and characteristically shy, the four-year-old would hardly talk to Mandy.

Fazoli’s and Mandy was like finding an oasis in the desert. Here a week later, my impressions are still vivid. What a difference one person can make in a family’s day.

Horrible service. My sister, friend, a two year old and I were in my group. When I went to order, they were short. Told us we were only allowed 4 breadsticks, one for each person in the group. I had to remind them it was unlimited. They got crabby when I asked if they had a scissors to cut the toddlers straw and said it wasn't their job to take care of our toddlers needs. A simple no would have been fine. When I asked for cheese on my food, cause she didn't offer, she said 'really? You could have told us when you ordered.' And when we told her she was rude and needed to have a better attitude when working in the Foh, she threw a rag across the restaurant and said not to come back. I so will never come back.

Fazolis you have a lot of wonderful food that I really like, but the ultimate sampler is exceptionally delicious. In my book, I refer to it as the tour of Italy due to the variety of pastas and sauces on the plate. The garden house salads are especially out of this world because of all the vibrant veggies that give it appetizing colors that make good enough to eat. Good job Fazolis and keep up the good work.

Went with our kiddos for dinner on Tuesday kids night. I didn't catch the cashiers name but she did her job very well and was very pleasant!
A sweet older lady named Ruth came by our table multiple times to check on us and talked to our children. She was literally the sweetest.
