The staff found out we were having a bad day with one of our dogs being in emergency surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure it meal was great, crystal and Trinity took time to talk to my wife and I and it gave us some comfort during a hard time. We told them our other puppy was in the truck and hasn't eaten yet tonight.... They made up some plain breadsticks for her even! Then proceeded to buy us desert and followed it up with a hug! We had dinner at Fazoli’s this evening, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Our 10-year-old son has several food allergies, including sesame, which wasn’t listed on Fazoli’s online allergen menu. The team on duty, led by manager Danny, went above and beyond to ensure our son could eat safely.

Danny and his team took the time to find individual food labels so we could review the ingredients ourselves and feel confident in our choices. Every staff member we interacted with followed their training to a T—and then went the extra mile.

Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive dining experience. We felt well taken care of from start to finish.

A big thank you to Danny and his outstanding team for their compassion and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back!
