When I want Italian food, this is my go-to place. A fast-food vibe, but with a some of the features of a higher-class restaurant: a pager, real plates, silverware, and a wait while they actually cook your food. The service is good, including bread sticks being randomly brought to the table.

My Experience at the lacrosse Fazoli‘s was very pleasant. I saw three staff working there and they all seem to be busy. I mainly worked with Becca and another gentleman. They were thorough asked if we needed anything. They greeted us and atmosphere was very nice. Everything was clean and orderly. All the food tasted wonderful. We were offered extra breadsticks if we wanted them our group of friends hitting up into a Fazoli’s and quite some One in our town closed. As we were excited to try Restaurant out again everyone was really nice. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Becca did an excellent job with making sure all of our food was out in a timely manner and that our food orders were all accurate and that they tasted great. She was very sweet and kind and helped us in anyway that we needed. I would definitely go back to this restaurant as it was a very fun place to be.

There isn't a fazoils where I live so I do stop and eat at one when I can. They have good food for a fast food " Italian" place. When you dine in you get unlimited bread sticks for free since first opening the have definitely grown the menu. Pizza is ok but I enjoy the classic 3 bake. That is baked spaghetti baked lasagna and Alfredo. The restaurant is normally very clean and workers are friendly. I will continue to stop here every so often. No to expensive either

I was greeted immediately. Iyanu was cleaning tables and asked if I was eating in. I told her I had an order for pick up. She excused herself to wash her hands quickly before bringing me our food. Later when she asked again, I politely declined but stated that it was nice, because up in Eau Claire they don't come around to your tables, they make you come up to the counter and ask for them. Used to love Fazoli's, but ours closed about 10 years ago, so I definitely had to stop when I saw this one in Lacrosse WI. But I'm a little sad, sure skimpy on the sauce. Got half my noodles left and no more sauce. Looked like it was a very small scoop. I hoped it just ran through the noodles, but nope, just not much there. Something is a little off with the taste too. Just not what it used to be i guess. Probably won't crave it anymore.

In a world where customer service seems to be a dying art, this is some of the best service I've received in a long time. Nancy began by greeting us right off the bat. Then she proceeded to share with us all the specials, saving us a bunch of money. She immediately came out and told our children there was a coloring contest, brought out breadsticks, and asked if there was anything she could get us while we were waiting. Nancy checked in several times, and then brought us out a bag for our leftovers... as well as a few more breadsticks to take home with us. The 6 of us in our party shared our gratitude and thanked Nancy, as well as another gentleman for their impeccable service. Nancy cleared our table and then as we were waking away, she said "just one more thing I have to give you..." and she gave my wife a hug. I think that the world needs more Nancy's in the world.
