I usually am very please with this restaurant, however, today was a different story. Partner and I ordered at 6:57 PM. then, at 7:10PM our server, Anna D, came and informed us that they did not have one of the items we had ordered. We reordered expecting to use the money from our refund to pay for the meal. We did not receive refund at this time. We paid out of pocket again. At 7:45 came the food from the second order we had placed, Us still waiting on the only thing on the first order. Mind you, there were six other families in the restaurant, all ordering after us and eating before us. Now, at 7:49 we have finally received our food. No word on refund after was told she was getting it for us. Will be going to counter to get refund.

We decided to have dinner at Fazoli's last night. This was in OshKosh, Wisconsin. during the EAA Adventure Show. There was one young lady taking orders, delivering food, stocking silverware, and cleaning tables by herself. It took us nearly an hour to receive our meal. I understand that things happen from time to time, but this is the single busiest week of the year, when over 100000 visitors flock to OshKosh. That restaurant should have been at least double staffed for the influx of visitors. Instead, more visitors than not got tired of waiting and left to find dinner elsewhere.
The young lady named Summer did a tremendous job under a lot of pressure. I asked several times to speak to the manager, but the manager apparently was not interested in speaking with me. I worked in customer service for 35 years. So I know that when a customer wants to speak with the manager, there's usually a very good reason for it. I guess the manager did not have time to speak with me. Instead, I decidedI would let corporate know. I have eaten at this location several years in a row, and it's usually fine. Yesterday was a disaster that should have never happened. Someone needs to have a conversation with that manager and explain that when you were expecting 100000 out of town visitors, you probably should add your staff. Unless the management had planned for full staffing and everybody called out sick, there is no reasonable excuse for what happened. I also would have really appreciated it if the manager had taken the time to listen to me. Instead, I hope that you will listen to me. If I choose to eat at Fazolis next year. I hope the service will be considerably better.

Went through the drive thru ordered, paid, asked to pull forward then waited approximately 10-15 mins until I finally reversed back to the window to see no one in the kitchen making the food. Waited another couple mins for the employees to come out of the back and panic and finally START making our food. I knew it wasn't going to be good when I pulled in and saw 2 employees about to walk out for a break roll their eyes and walk back in agitated. There was no one else in the drive thru or restaurant. Our server greeted us as soon as we came in she seemed like she was actually interested in the food that we were going to choose and what exactly we wanted. She was kind enough to offer some suggestions on additional items and everything was done with a smile. Came back to our table and asked if there was anything else we needed and how our food was. I was very disappointed. This was my first time at this location but I’ve gone many times to the location in Grand Chute off of College Ave and I’ve always loved the service and food. Tried this location and the guy that took my order was very short with me. Maybe it was because we took a little longer to place an order in the drive thru with kids who couldn’t make up their mind. But I asked questions and he was very short with me. You could hear the anger in his voice. With every meal that was ordered he sounded upset and kept rushing us to finish by the tone of his voice. Once we finished our order, he rushed us to pull forward to the window as if he was relieved we were finally done. My wife and I looked at each other like “what the heck was that about?” Got to the window and the reaction was the same. Short and stern. My thought was ‘this kid shouldn’t be in customer service’. We received our food and got home to hopefully enjoy our meal. I got the Spicy Baked Ziti with chicken. A dish that I’ve gotten 50 times before. The only thing I ever get from Fazolis. This meal was not what I had the previous 49 times. It had a stale flavor. The texture of the cheese and sauce was not consistent with what I had before. It tasted like I mixed chef Boyarde and stale water and called it “special sauce”. The chickens flavor tasted old and stale as well. Overall, I am a very unsatisfied customer and will not be going to this location again.

I am posting this review after not (1) but now (2) terrible experiences at this particular location.
First visit was Wednesday evening our service from the SAME employee was awful I chalked Wednesday up to hey everyone has a bad day!
I am currently still waiting in the drive through on my second visit as I type this! Employee ID per both receipts DTOT is absolutely disrespectful and has absolutely no skills in customer service!
No eye contact, can hardly hear/understand him as when he is talking he is talking away from you.
We waited 20min just for him to take our order in drive through then tells us to pull to window which yes to pay get that then I wait another 10min just to take payment then asked to pull forward for now another 20min wait!
Typically our service is great here so this does make me upset that we have now had these experiences. I hope this is a learning curve for this young man.

You should really fire your drive thru guy. Most unwelcoming voice and personality in the history of drive thrus. This will be my last time here. It was a mediocre run but it's over now. Stopped in on a quiet Saturday night. Anna was wonderful, kind, attentive, and kept herself quite busy. The place was clean and I would bet that Anna made sure it stays that way!
Food was pretty good — only “issue” was that the pizza was so salty that my husband couldn’t eat it. My alfredo was great (thanks for accommodating my request to not have bacon!).
My husband felt as though he “was a bother to the back of the house staff” when he went up for more breadsticks & no one was at the counter. But all in all, we appreciated them being available for a late evening meal while traveling.
