If I could give 10 stars I would. Today I decided to brave a lunch out with the kiddos. Just so you know, I have three kids under the age of five. I have never felt more welcomed and taken care of. From helping pack up my meal to helping me to my car and also finding the missing nuk for the baby! Mary and Carmel were the best employees and truly made a lunch out with my kiddos possible. My significant other and I came here for his first time and upon pulling up to the drive thru, I had asked for a minute so we could figure out what to eat. About a minute later the worker (Mary) comes back on the headset in a rude manner and asks if we just wanna do a sampler like we were taking too long. i said I’m ready to order now and we order our food. Coming up the to window I see the worker hanging out the window waving her hand at me to move faster. Not once did I receive a warm welcome or a smile, if anything it was all rudeness and annoyance. We were asked to pull forward. A few minutes later she comes back out and hands us our food and immediately after we have our food in the car and put the car in drive she pulls out and hits an electronic cigarette. The food was great and it was very fast but my partner and I both felt rushed and like a burden to a lady who is making money to serve us food and give a friendly smile. We are disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

My mom and I stopped by for lunch today and Fazoli’s did not disappoint! Gail was excellent, she was so welcoming and very kind. The dining area, front counter and bathrooms were all clean.

We are visiting from IL and we used to have a local Fazoli’s nearby but it closed back in the early 2000’s, so this brought back a ton of warm memories for us! It was my favorite restaurant as a kid and I’m happy to say that at 30 years old it’s still just as good.

We’ll definitely come back to dine again! Thanks to Gail and the crew you guys rock!

If I want pasta, Fazoli's is a safe bet! AND they are open late (10), relative to other places in Point (many of whom close at 9). Consistently good, regardless of location. Steven's Point location was Tasty. Hot. Fast. Drive thru optiom is awesome. Baked Ziti is my go to. The chicken Alfredo is good, too. Breadsticks are flavorful and soft. Salad is fresh. Portions are large. I never finish a serving on my own, and leftovers are just as good (if not better) the next day.

A generic response with no accountability is exactly why we will never return. You ‘appreciate’ the feedback, but what are you doing to actually fix the problem? You forgot a $70 order, left me waiting almost an hour extra, gave me the wrong food, and the best you could do was some coupons we won’t even use. A real apology would include taking responsibility and making it right, not just copy-pasting a standard response. This experience was completely unacceptable.

My family and I ordered $70 worth of food online at 5:30 PM, with a scheduled pickup time of 6:00 PM. When I arrived at 5:57 the employee told me it would be a few more minutes because they were busy and asked me to park. No problem, I get it! I've worked in the food industry.

But then… 40 minutes passed. I was stuck waiting while my starving, teething toddler was back at the hotel with her grandparents. My dad called twice before anyone even answered. When he finally got through, they admitted they had forgotten my order. The employee apologized but just kept saying they were "soooo busy."

At 6:48 PM—nearly an hour and 20 minutes after ordering—I finally got my food. I rushed back to the hotel, only to find out they didn’t even make our order correctly. They completely forgot my toddler’s chicken alfredo (which we ordered an adult size of for leftovers), gave my dad the wrong breadsticks (he ordered Pepperoni) my food was cold, wrong noodles, tasted off, and they didn’t even include red pepper flakes which is the least of my worries.

At that point, we were so frustrated we didn’t even bother calling to complain. How does a restaurant completely forget a $70 order, take almost an extra hour, and still get it wrong? Absolutely unacceptable. The employee gave us coupons for the wait, but we will never go back, so they’re just wasted. After the ridiculous wait and a completely incorrect meal, we deserve a refund.

Fazoli’s has been a guilty pleasure of mine ever since my parents used to treat me to it as a kid. The Stevens Point Fazoli’s continues to live up to and exceed my childhood expectations! Carmel did a wonderful job serving us today, and has previously.

The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, and the service is fast and friendly.

In short, I tell friends that Fazoli’s is what you want if you want food that’s almost as good as Olive Garden for half the price. Highly recommend!

I was greeted enthusiastically the second that I had walked in. The most kind woman checked up on my friend and I several times throughout our meal to ask about bread refills, if we needed a to-go box, if we were enjoying our food, etc. The worker was so pleasant to talk to and seemed happy to be working there (I wish I would have gotten her name).

Upon entering the restaurant we were promptly greeted by the cashier (Carmel) and asked if we were ready to order or if we needed some time to look over the menu. After we ordered our food and got our salads, drink cups, and first round of breadsticks she carried our tray to the table for us as my wife and I each were carrying one of our daughters. Once the food was ready and our pager went off she even brought it to our table for us. The food was hot and delicious.
