I don't know why so many Fazoli's have disappeared, but it's too bad. For the price the food is very good. The staff at this location is extremely friendly. For fast food, it's a very inviting and warm atmosphere. Finally, my daughter, who is a very finicky vegetarian, has many items to choose from and, amazingly, loves the food.

The food here is so delicious!!
I recommend the classic sampler. Fettuccine Alfredo, Lasagna and it comes with spaghetti and meatballs, but I recommend substituting it out for the Ravioli with meat sauce.
They're unlimited breadsticks are insanely yummy!!! Love Fazolio's!!!

Review is based solely on my dish The rest of my family was good enough. I got the spicy baked ziti with chicken. Whoever made it put at least a pound of crushed red pepper in it. It was inedible. Chicken tastes like it was reheated In the microwave. My other family members got chicken Alfredo and loaded chicken alfredo. The loaded chicken alfredo tasted like the chicken was also microwaved. This was my first time eating here. First impressions, that it was fast food, but to my surprise it was a nice site down reaturant. If you dine in, the food is served on plates. And you can also make to go orders.
The food was just ok. The spaghetti noodles were overcooked and still watery. And the meat sauce wasn't as meaty as you would think. The fresh and warm breadsticks were the best part of the meal. If you dine in, I believe they serve it with the meal.
I would go back to this restaurant

Best food we’ve had in a long time. My husband and I were passing through on our way home when found this place. My husband is not a fan of Alfredo sauce and can not have spaghetti sauce but he could not stop talking about how good the Alfredo sauce was on the dinner he ordered. We ordered catering from the West Allis location for the Boys Swim Team in Muskego. Pick up was easy and quick. When we got back to Muskego, we realized we did not get the desserts that were ordered. The manager was apologetic and personally drove the desserts to us very quickly. The extra kindness was much appreciated! The food was tasty and hot!

Similar to another review I saw, I'm from Machesney Park, Illinois and used to visit the Fazolis in Janesville. I was pretty bummed when they closed. My friend and I decided to drive to West Allis today for some Fazolis goodness and this restaurant did not disappoint. Incredibly clean, friendly staff, food was terrific (i ordered the lunch special and mozzarella appetizer-$13). Definitely worth the drive! Thank you!!

I really like the Fazoli’s experience when you are looking for some quick Italian food. It isn’t the best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life, but it is good and I do come here often when looking for some quick good food. The service here is awesome with caring employees. The spaghetti and meatballs is a personal favorite and the breadsticks are always great with the garlic butter that they use. I also recommend signing up for the Fazoli’s rewards program as you can get some free stuff for things you are already buying. The Fazoli’s rewards program also gets a shout out in the review because they even let you scan the bar code of the receipt if you forget to give it to them when you order. Not all places do this so kudos to Fazoli’s for allowing you to do so.

Ordered baked ziti on doordash. Food came cold, the pasta was soggy, unsalted, and not covered by sauce. Said sauce had a nauseating smell. The cheese was only on the top, not mixed throughout. They gave me 4 breadsticks instead of 2, which i was excited for until I tasted how salty they were and couldn't have more than one bite. Nikolas was very very polite about everything. He asked me how my day was and just talking about life made the wait for the food very fast. We ate there yesterday afternoon and it had been a while. It'll be the last time though. The classic samplers and kids meal portions were SO SMALL. Like we had to go up for more food. Breadsticks were pretty much burnt in many areas. Pizza was over cooked because the crust was burnt and hard. I will never eat here again. I feel like I threw my $50 in the garbage can.

It’s been years I have been on this side of town to enjoy what use to be one of my favorite restaurants as a kid. I brought my kids in late night for a meal. Nicholas and Jorge were amazing! The restaurant was so clean and their bathrooms were clean and presentable! The food did not disappoint and my kids said forget Olive Garden, we want to come here!
