I'll never come back to Fiddleheads again. I give it two stars because it isn't terrible and the coffee shop itself is a nice place to work or hang with friends, but the coffee and food is less than mid and I'd much rather go to other competitors / chain coffee in the area.

My mom ordered a latte and the coffee itself has a sour taste which I've heard from others too! It was a $7 latte and she ended up tossing it. All of their flavored syrups are the Monin brand so nothing homemade and very artificial tasting.

I ordered a bagel and it was $5, and it came with a Jif PB packet and Smuckers jelly. I wish they would at least have homemade jam or a peanut butter that doesn't have terrible fillers and oil in its product. I then asked for cream cheese and it also came in a packet. The bagel ended up being hard after 20 minutes and I had to toss. The prices are so overpriced for the quality.

I’ve been to several of the other Fiddleheads. I find them to be well-designed, offering quality products, and staffed with great people. My first visit to this location was consistent with my past experiences.

This location is large, with multiple areas for seating — tables inside several rooms and an outdoor patio. Lots of windows bring in natural light. It was busy, yet the noise level allowed for easy conversation.

Got a super friendly greeting from the barista (who was doing a great job of taking and making orders). Ordered my London Fog (tea latte with a little vanilla, a little lavender, and extra foam) with a Lavender Blueberry Scone. The latte was good, and the scone was decent (but its texture was more cake-like than I prefer).

A very good experience. Would be glad to stop by again.

That's my biggest wish for this to work out better, even if I only get a soda when I'm here. But otherwise, like too many places today the young people working here rarely know the price of things meets not displayed well enough. And some people's dollar still matters. And the price of the sandwiches is way higher than is really correct for a sandwich, even in today's market, which doesn't help a remote worker nor is in the department of conveniences about here.

I got a hot white mocha that tasted like cardboard and a bacon egg & cheese croissant ($3 upcharge for a croissant btw) that was tough, chewy in a deeply upsetting way, and the "croissant" was clearly the kind you get in a grocery store 12-pack. $20 for just those two deeply disappointing items.

Staff was friendly, shop is cute, no hate to them! Just overpriced and bad quality food.

Fiddleheads is my go-to coffee shop on weekends (there nothing better than supporting a local shop)!
My friend and I typically pair it with a 3 mile walk with Fiddleheads being the reward! Alicia and the team are some of the most thoughtful and welcoming teams around! There is nothing better than walking in and being greeted with a smile and them asking "The usual today?" They ask how you are and how your week is - they truly care about their guests.
The seasonal menu is always a must try with fun new drinks! Trying one of the new drinks and you are not a fan? If you let them know they are always happy to make your usual as a replacement. Also - HIGHLY recommend the Turkey + Gouda Croissant sandwich!

I absolutely LOVE Fiddleheads!!! They customize my Latte, it is known as "The Mona Drink"! All the Baristas know how to make it. I love that I walk in, they know me by name and I don't even have to tell them my order, they already know! AMAZINGLY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Mona Drink consists of the following: Medium Carmel Latte, Skim Milk, 130°, Extra Carmel Flavor, Whip Cream, and White Mocha Drizzle on top! It's the friendly customer service that comes along with the coffee. Their cookies are absolutely amazing- and I'm obsessed with the little cardamom scone type things. I'm not gluten free, but I've had their GF products before and I couldn't even tell they were GF- they weren't dry at all and tasted so great! All of their bakery is heaven on earth. This is one of my favorite coffee shops. It’s a little on the expensive side when it comes to their food (hence the one less star) but they do have really well made sandwiches and bakery. They almost always have gluten and dairy free options available and unless they are busy, you don’t have to wait too long. When there is a big influx of customers though, the wait can become quite long so that’s why I did one less star for service.
I love their coffee, lattes (though I do wish they would get coconut milk), matcha lattes, tea, and chai tea! It’s all so delicious!

Turkey was not layered and simply glooped together in the center, Gouda cheese was thrown to one side and a dallop of honey mustard couldn’t even have been spread throughout. If you're looking for a great cafe to spend some time at, you should definitely check out this spot. The bakery items are delicious and made from scratch, and the coffee is top quality. But what really stood out to me was the atmosphere - it was just so inviting and comfortable.

I spent about three hours here and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was great - friendly and attentive without being intrusive. And the blueberry green lemonade was really refreshing and hit the spot.

For breakfast, I ordered the sandwich and it was fantastic - the sauce was amazing, and I could tell everything was freshly made. I also tried the new seasonal bakery items, including a scone, and they were both really good.

Overall, I highly recommend this cafe. I'm definitely going to check out their other 6 locations and see if they're just as good. So if you're in the area, be sure to stop by and give it a try!

Too many people in the seating areas are just working on their laptops, so there's nowhere for other people. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome overall.
