We are new to the Watertown area. We decided to have dinner at Fiesta Las Margaritas because our daughter highly recommended it. She was right! This is probably the worst Mexican food I've ever had. We had the buffet. It had very minimal options. The price was not advertised and when we got the bill, it was almost $20 a plate. The service was so fast I couldn't ask for anything. We were eating chips and salsa. As the chips got to the bottom. I was eating the small bits n licking all the yummy salt. The chip lady noticed me. She came over with more chips and salsa. I didn't even have to ask! The waiter was on his game also. He notice I was getting low on my soda. Food was blah and lacked flavor. Even the refried beans seemed to be watered down and a weird flavorless smear. The salsa was plain jarred, nothing special. The dishes were very plain, could not sense any sort of authentic Mexican seasoning. It was like they used a packet of taco seasoning meant for a pound of meat - but used it on several pounds instead. The service was horribly lacking. Considering the fact that the place was nearly empty, it was unimaginable how we had to wait close to a half hour just for water, and then we were left with the check but no one bothered to come back and get it. I’m giving it 2 stars because it was clean and the iceburg lettuce that was everywhere was fresh. I just think that they put little effort into flavor and service.

This was our first time trying this place. We ordered food for delivery. The food got to us on time and looked ok, but it didn't taste as good as we hoped. The queso fundido was nothing like we've had from other Mexican restaurants. It was firm stringy cheese instead of soft and easy to dip chips in. We also got salsas with our orders but no chips. The refried beans were watery, and the hot wings had an off taste to them. Our meals were $14 each, and the fundido was $13. This place is extremely overpriced and doesn't give portions worth the price or quality of the food. We will definitely not be going back and will stick to local places instead.

Seems to be family owned. It is definitely family oriented. Waitress was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had about items on the menu. She had very friendly service. The food came out very quickly and we ordered three different meals. More chips and salsa were offered to us, even though we didn't wait very long. I have literally never left a bad review of anything before. But unfortunately I can't give a good review because we never received any service! Was traveling through Watertown and saw the great reviews of this place and decided to stop. Got there at 7:15, got promptly seated, given menus and chips and salsa. Then, nothing else ever happened. There were only 4 other tables there, after about 10 minutes we saw the whole staff come out and sing happy birthday to a table, we figured ohh the big table must have them backed up, no big deal. A few minutes after that we noticed quite a few of the staff standing by the bar area talking, and a female staff member sitting up front on her phone. They were not delivering food/drinks to other tables or otherwise busy, we have both worked years in the restaurant business and would have had SO much patience if they would have been busy. Finally at 745 (after 30 minutes in the restaurant and still not even having a drink order taken) we decided to leave. I'm still so confused by the whole situation, why would you just ignore customers?

I have no complaints about this gem of a restaurant. Hands down the best steak fajitas I've had in Wisconsin. I try to get a new entree most visits and everything has been delicious. The staff is always diligent and polite, specifically, Juanita is great. The closest I can even think to get to a complaint is the portion sizes can be fairly large, but that just makes for awesome leftover lunches. 5/5 across the board, love these guys!

This is our first time going on a Sunday buffet we arrived at 11:50 didn’t get seated till 1 mind you buffet ends at 2 waited over an hour to be seated and there food was alright probably better when everything is HOT! The second our group of 4 sat down, we received two types of salsas(spicy and mild) and a basket of fresh warm chips! Fiesta Las Margaritas is by far the best and most authentically flavored mexican food I have had in a very long time! I wish you had a location close to Madison because nothing there compares to you guys! I got a chicken torta and rainbow margarita which were both amazing! The beans and rice were my favorite part of my meal which tasted very authentic and fresh compared to other restaurants I have been too. I am a connoisseur of sorts of mole sauce and always on the hunt for a really great dish made with it, and I definitely found it at Fiesta Las Margaritas! It is homemade and the awesome waiter we had Miguel was kind enough to get us a sample before I ordered and I’m so glad I did! Wow! I haven’t had mole this tasty since our last trip to Mexico!

We were seated immediately and greeted with chips and salsa. We ordered lime margaritas on the rocks which were not that great. Drinks aside, we each got the taco dinner (al pastor, avocado, ground beef, and chicken). Our tacos were super good! My friend and I decided to go eat at Fiesta Las Margaritas at the recommendation of a co-worker. We were immediately seated and very promptly given chips salsa and water. After that we waited for a half hour before we were even asked what we wanted to drink and then had to wait to order food. The restaurant had many staff and many open tables. One of the tables had a group of staff hanging out at it. There was a family that came in and was seated at the next table over about the same time they let us order drinks. That family had their food before we did! We got to the restaurant an hour and a half before we had to be somewhere else but had to rush to eat because our service was so slow. The food was okay. Definitely will not be returning or recommending.

I had the Pork Chimichanga, and they were extremely dry, just short of chewing on a stick. The pork bits that were in there were about as dried out as a piece of bacon, seriously. Beans tasted metallic, like they had came out of a can. Rice was nothing special either. Picture how a Chimichanga would taste if McDonald's served them - that is how this tasted. That is how the whole meal tasted.

The waitress came back and checked on us once, and that was just a passing "How is everything?". When I needed a refill on the beverage, due to the dry food, we had to watch for her to flag her down.

Service was bad as far as the waitress end, we felt abandoned. It is not like the place was busy either, there were maybe 4 other tables that had patrons at them. The food came out of the kitchen superfast, which is explainable, if it was fresh out of the freezer.

Chips were served warm, doubt if they were made in-house. Salsa had an odd taste to it. Did not taste home-made.

Would not recommend this for anyone. There are other Mexican food restaurants that I would go to before this one, one just down the street as a matter of fact......

Went with some friends today and had a great experience! Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. The food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I truly hope people give this place a try (knowing it's new). I noticed that there weren't many patrons😔

Excellent food and service! Several members of the wait staff approached our table and everyone was warm, welcoming, and very nice. The restaurant was very clean. Check out their margaritas and drink menu- they're immense!

Very good burrito dinner plate. Based on what I found on their menu, I see this restaurant to give a more authentic look at Mexican cuisine. I will definitely go back and try their traditional offerings

Brought our family out. Great atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the specialty ice cream drinks. Great steak quesadilla, rice and beans. My husband enjoyed the seafood enchiladas, very authentic. Definitely coming back for margaritas soon!
