Been there twice. Food is really good. Be prepared for a wait time of 40 minutes regardless of what you order or how crowded it is. Both time I had to go back because my order was incomplete. They have always been nice and apologetic about it.

Just learned about this place and stopped in this morning to check it out. I had their cold brew which I enjoyed. Also decided to try out their breakfast burrito and a pork taco. Both tasted fresh and packed lots of flavor, were priced very fairly especially given the generous portions, and my food was brought out quickly after I put in my order.
My coffee alone was worth the visit, but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food options offered here. Another bonus is their entire food menu is available at open. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in around 10am on a Saturday. People in my group didn’t get their iced coffees for 40 minutes. There was a large speaker playing music very loudly for the small space. Coffee shops have enough of a noise level without a large speaker. It was hard to have a conversation.

I ordered a hot chai with a shot of espresso and a sweet pastry, and I was genuinely impressed. The drink was surprisingly generous in size—definitely a bang for your buck. The flavor was rich, warm, and comforting, exactly what I was craving. I can’t remember the name of the pastry, but it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back for both!

I wanted to love this place since there aren't many lunch options near my workplace. I ordered online through Doordash for pickup and was given a pickup time of 1:05-1:15. I arrived at 1:15 and didn't get my food until 1:45. I asked twice how much longer it would be and Mario told me about 3 minutes. 10 minutes passed and I asked again. He said 1:45. It was already past 1:30 and my lunch break was nearly over. I got no apology, no offer for a free soda or coffee or anything. The food was good when I finally got it, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service.

We have been here a few times and have virtually tried everything on the menu and can't pick favorites because it's so good! What a great find rather hidden away off of the main roads. You can sit down and enjoy a great cup of coffee along with some of the best tacos you'll find around the area. (They also have other food options) The atmosphere is also very welcoming and becoming of their theme, as well as the customer service! All around, they have created a special place with food and coffee options that you normally wouldn't find in the same establishment.

First time here. Waited 40 minutes for a burrito and had to remind them about the drink I ordered because they forgot. They were not busy when I went around 9:30am, which made me question how this business does during prime breakfast hours. Steak was tough and fatty, but the other food was good. Atmosphere was a nice set up with beautiful decorations from their culture.

First time visiting and will be my last. So disappointed. Order was taken quickly but I had to wait over 20 minutes for it. I watched at least 5other customers come and go with their orders. What did I get? A Mocha and cappuccino. Also a Salvadorian quesadilla. Nothing was ever said to me about waiting for that, although I think a customer after me got one before I did. The quesadilla was different but good though.

I got a bean and cheese pupusa, it was delicious. The Salvadoran quesadilla is to die for! They messed up my coffee, but they were busy and happy to remake it for me. Update, last time I went, I waited 40 minutes for three pupusas. They also made my coffee wrong the last time I was there.

I had a coworker suggest this place for lunch. While normally I pack lunch because there isn't much on South Rimrock for food, today I forgot to pack lunch. So I made a short trip to Finca Coffee. The food is well priced and the staff is nice and well mannered. The inside is well kept and welcoming. They have an outdoor patio seating area as well. I could see this being a frequent stop for lunch for me when I'm craving latin American food for lunch.

Good food, mid coffee. Be prepared to wait a LONG time for anything. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like this place! But 45 minutes for a burrito when the place isn’t that busy is kinda crazy. I’ve given this place a few chances and it’s unfortunately the same thing every time.

Tried your coffee shop today. Stopped in for a quick coffee, and was enticed into ordering a quesadilla to share with my wife. Ordered our drinks, a hot tea, and a drip coffee. 15 min passed before our drinks arrived. Still patient. It was then that I realized that people who had arrived after us, were eating and leaving. I mentioned to the barista that we had yet to get our quesadillas, and he said it is getting a bit busy back there. Another 15 min elapses and I held up my order number and made eye contact with the barista. When we finally got the food, we found it to be quite good. Painfully late. The atmosphere seemed quite loud, I couldn't imagine going there for quiet. We had whittled away almost an hour. Pretty sure that was my first and last visit there. Sorry!!

This was a great little find when looking for coffee. Having lived in Central America, seeing the Salvadoran background and the menu, we knew we had to go. We were not disappointed! The pour over we had was the best cup of coffee we've had in a long time. And having a pupusa after such a long time was a special treat and brought back memories of our time in Central America. We had a great conversation with La Dueña and learned a little more of the history of the shop. Highly recommended if you have a but if time to relax and try a great cup of coffee.

Breakfast burrito was good and pretty inexpensive! Honestly great value and was tasty. However, the Mocha I’m pretty sure was just milk and Hershey’s chocolate syrup ☹️ Not sure if there was any espresso in there either… Would not recommend it.
Service was not good, I waited 45 minutes for my breakfast burrito and the place was only moderately busy. I think they lost my order or something, so I eventually went up to the front to ask. 10 mins later they brought it out, but didn’t remember who it was for, so they brought it back again to the kitchen.

I recently dined at Finca for the first time and wanted to share my experience. The food was exceptional and truly enjoyable; however, I encountered significant issues with the service.
A staff member who served us was quite rude. After she brought our order, she attempted to deliver additional items that were not ours. When I politely informed her of the mix-up, she reacted inappropriately by throwing a coffee cup on the table and snatching the receipt from my hands.
This experience prompted me to speak with the owner, who was very kind. While I appreciate the lovely atmosphere and great food, I believe improvements in staff training on customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

This place is fantastic!
I had no idea it existed near Summit Credit Union practically at the BP on Rimrock Rd, just past the Alliant Energy Center, until I started working at that venue full time.
They have El Salvadoran quesadillas (which are absolutely nothing like Mexican quesadillas). They're perfect for dunking in their coffee that is as good or better than you'll get anywhere.
I had their 10" burrito with pork today for lunch. Last time I did the full 12" steak. Both were fantastic, and shaped like burritos not like softballs... They always provide salsa, a verde sauce and some house made (I think) tortillas. Very fair price.
I sound like some paid reviewer or an owner or something I know, but, I just really hope they do well as it's a GREAT option in an area that has few. I can make it there in my half hour lunch break and get back with time to eat, which speaks to their speed. I go in an obvious uniform so I think they pick up that I'm on my lunch break and they actually seem to rush for me. They make me feel very welcome and appreciated.
It's really a unique place and absolutely delicious. I absolutely recommend it.

I wanted to love this place but we waited for a long time for our coffee. My husband went up and asked, and they said we needed to wait. After 15 minutes, I went back again, and they were totally confused. Turns out they thought we ordered food, which we hadn't. After a half hour wait for 2 coffees, they took 5 minutes to make. The coffee was good but not that good.

We just moved to Wisconsin 3 weeks ago. My husband is Salvadorian, so I have an unfair advantage. Back home, his mom made pupusas almost every other weekend for me, and I love them. And we traveled to El Salvador last year, so I may be comparing unfairly.
This place is good.
We got 4 pupusas; 2 beans and cheese, 2 pork and cheese. 30 dollars. It seemed high to us. We found it odd that they did not have lorocco. But when asked, the gentleman cooking said we can't get it fresh enough here so we don't use it. Those were his favorites, too. That's fair. The curtido, which is a pickled slaw, had too much onion for my liking. Also, they only gave 1 little container of the salsa roja for 2 pupusas. You need at least 3 containers for 1 😆
I got a cafe latte added sugar, and I enjoyed it. It's not typical of me to get coffee out, so I don't know if $4.50 is a fair price or not. A regular black coffee was also $4.50. That seemed high to me, too.
Inside, which I did not get photos of was a cute, small, trendy place. It's located on the bottom floor of an apartment complex, I believe, with a few other places also on the bottom floor. Not much seating inside, which was OK. They had 3 tables outside. We sat outside. It was a beautiful day.
Overall. I'd eat here again. My husband agrees. Not like home. But close enough for Wisconsin.
There was other stuff on the menu, tacos, burritos, Salvadorian pastries, we didn't try that stuff, but nice to know they have them.

Finca Cafe consistently fails to impress me every time I visit. The long wait times for both a table and food are incredibly frustrating, and the rude customer service only adds to the negative experience. It seems like no matter when I come, I am left waiting far longer than necessary for my meal. The lack of efficiency in the kitchen is evident, and it's disappointing to see such a lack of organization in a restaurant. Overall, I have been consistently let down by Finca Cafe and would not recommend it to others looking for a pleasant dining experience.
Also pupusas for 4$ each is CRAZY go to an authentic Salvadoran restraunt and you’ll be 6$ for a plate of 4-6 pupusas !

We mainly came to Finca for their coffee and Pupusas.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte, which did not disappoint. I did notice the food took a bit to come out.
So keep that in mind, if you’re in a pinch for time.
I ordered a Pork and Cheese Pupusa and it was so good! I would say, it would be nice if they gave out reusable silverware. Trying to cut the pupusas with plastic utensils was pretty difficult. I ended up just grabbing it with my hands and eating it.
But it was very good!
The breakfast burrito was also good! There was a lot going on in it. Sausage, bacon, egg, bell peppers? It was delicious! Not sure what was all in it, it didn’t state in the menu. But it was pretty good!
I also tried the Salvadorian quesadilla and that was so sweet and delicious! Would pair perfectly with a cup of coffee!

Came into the cafe about 8AM. It's just me and one other customer. I order an iced latte with carmel and whip cream on top and a steak breakfest burrito. The other customer gets her stuff right away. 10 minutes pass, and I'm still waiting for my coffee. 3 separate customers walk in, order, and 2 receive their orders. 10 more minutes pass, and I'm starting to get upset. I wait 2 more minutes, then I finally go up and ask for my order, and she is just now starting on my iced latte. It took her 2 minutes to make my iced latte after I asked for my order.
Total wait time: 24 minutes
Carmel Iced latte reveiw: 4/10 Espresso tastes good, but the latte is too sweet. Got no whipped cream on my latte, could not taste carmel flavor.
Steak Breakfest Burrito reveiw: 3/10 Good flavor but very salty to a point where I could not finish the rest of the 2/3.

The food was delicious, but they messed up every single drink that we ordered (4 of them) and it was very chaotic/disorganized inside the cafe. I regularly make this my first stop in the city when taking the hour drive to run errands and have NEVER been disappointed with any part of my experience here in the handful of years I've been coming. A beautiful place to experience lovely kind service and amazing food! My favorite (so favorite I sometimes buy them by the half dozen a stop) are the El Salvador Quesadillas, they are a delicious sweet corn cake made without gluten. Stop in and see what Finca is all about if you have never been!

Excellent espresso and unique bakery. Outdoor seating but cozy inside. Barrista knows how to make smooth espresso drinks.

The best all-around. Food is always awesome. I love the pork and cheese pupusas. Espresso drinks are sometimes scalded, but that's really the only complaint I have. Great prices too.

Wow! I live up the block and had no clue this was available. I'm not a coffee drinker.. But need a quality breakfast that is unique and fulfilling before work on busy mornings! This is the spot! Very clean and welcoming.. Who doesn't want real tacos in the morning!? The chicken quesadilla is packed with rice, meat of choice, cheese and i think 2 different beans.. and some of the best guacamole I've tasted!! It just works! They make it from scratch so give yourself time to sit and relax on the comfy couch in the well lit beautifully meshed authentic design and layout! I'm so happy there's something so good in the neighborhood! Go support! We need this place to stick around long term!

Came in to try the food here. Got the pork and cheese papusas and the steak tacos. And he papusas were sooooo insanely good. Please try at least one! The steak was very tender in the tacos. Lattes were good. Went back up to try the quesadilla and since they were only 2.50, told me not to use my card and just gave us one to try! It was indescribably amazing. Great customer service. Completely unnecessary, but it’s the small things that made this place great.

Finca Coffee is an amazing Salvadorian coffee place! The coffee is excellent and I always have to get a pupusa or two when I visit. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, way better than the usual boring minimalist look of other shops.

Run by the sweetest man and family! You can tell they are very down to earth and kind. The place is so cute as well, perfect for meeting up with friends/family or a study sesh. We had their latte, mocha, and yummy desert! Definitely recommend! Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their food 🤍

Came here for coffee, but I see they have a vegan item on the menu (bean pupusas, shown in the photo I added), so I'll back for that!
It's a bit noisy at the moment for what I'm looking for in a coffee shop, but not so much that I can't read. Will be definitely coming back. I'll add updates.

Had a great latte. Nice setting with space and lots of light. Had the food before and it was very good. Had to wait a bit at the counter but that's expected when making drinks after ordering.
