This is the first time I was disappointed in the service at first watch. The server seemed disinterested and in attentive. We had to wait a long time before I could get her attention to bring a container for our leftovers. In addition, the water bottle was not clean. There were bits of food or something on the inside of the bottle in three different places. Overall, not a great experience today. I brought a guest with me who asked about having something sweet after lunch. By the time our waitress came, neither one of us wanted anything.

We have ordered via doordash for delivery twice. The food is excellent. However, both times we ordered the waffle which is supposed to come with the berry capote, powdered cinnamon sugar, and whipped cream and each time they have forgotten these ingredients. I have also ordered the avocado on the side and each time this was left out as well. It's disappointing, especially because I called the first time this happened. Its not the dashers fault.

I called this past time, our second time ordering to inform them.
Unfortunately, we will not order delivery from them anymore. But will visit in person if we are near the area. The food is good but the packaging for the to go orders needs to be improved.

I'm so glad they stopped blasting the horrible music track they used to play here! The food is amazing. Our server, young man named Victor, was amazing!!! Attentive but not overbearing and accommodated our service animals without blinking! It's so nice to not be challenged all the time. It was excellent! The waıtress and other staff were very frıendly. It took us a lıttle whıle to be seated and to get our food, but ıt was packed to the brım as busy as ıt could get so totally justıfıed! The pancakes were fluffy and delıcıous, bıscuıts and gravy were crısp on outsıde and fluffy moıst ınsıde❤️ the bacon was just perfect! I came ın starvıng and ate my entıre plate and was completely full!
However, I am sorry I have to say thıs, the eggs were not that good :/ I asked for over medıum and my frıend asked for over easy and they both came out nearly overhard. I understand eggs can be easy to mess up so ıt's not a bıg deal, just thought ıt mıght help out. Went here with my dad for brunch a few days ago, and it was AWESOME. I've been looking for a place that can do customized omelets. I got a ridiculously customized omelet, added and removed a bunch of things (of course, I asked if it was okay to do this) and they were like, "Yeah, we got this." Like not even 10 minutes later, they arrive with this absolutely beautiful, egg white only omelet with the exact customizations I asked for and a side of pico de Gallo (I know, I'm weird.) They also have the coolest rustic/industrial decor and the vibe is just chill. This spot is seriously underrated, and I'm 100% coming back!

I frequently have brunch at First Watch, and it never disappoints! Their juice cocktails are always fresh and delicious, and the Farmhouse Skillet is my absolute favorite. The coffee could be better, but the food quality makes up for it.

They really need to change the way a customer pays. You have to take your bill up to the front and wait in line sometimes 10 or 15 or more minutes because they only have one cash register, it's really ridiculous. SUGGESTION....LIKE MOST OTHER RESTAURANTS THESE DAYS, HAVE THE SERVERS USE THE HANDHELD DEVICES FOR ORDERS AND PAYMENT...THEY CAN TAKE PAYMENT IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS, SAVING THE CUSTOMER 10 OR 15 MINUTES OF STANDING IN LINE BY THE DOOR. Mid size place. Staff is good. Stretched thin most times. Menu is weird. It's a healthy menu to an extreme!! They go to far!! The menu made me nauseous just reading it. I just had grits. They had to much butter in them. They were good. Other friend had a breakfast bowl and the eggs weren't done right. Other friend had the tacos. Which were good but very messy!! Ordered biscuits and gravy with turkey sausage. I have had it before and it was great. But now there was less than 1/2 sausage maybe in the gravy and it cost $12! Before there was at least one whole sausage if not two in the gravy. Pick one - either jack up the price or cut down the protein. Doing both is a complete rip off of the customer. Very disappointed that this great restaurant chose this route. Also be careful because their suggested tip %’s are based on the total that includes the sale tax! You don’t tip on the tax. At this point it is just fraud.

I have never been so satisfied with a brunch spot! If I wasn’t recovering from a wedding party hangover I would have indulged in their fresh juice cocktails, however I stuck to coffee which absolutely hit the spot. Added bonus is the carafe of hot coffee left behind on the table. The food was outstanding. Ricotta lemon pancakes melted in my mouth, while cheesy shrimp grits (Yes! Shrimp for breakfast!) played with spices across the tastebuds. The service was thorough, fast, and so friendly. Elaina catered to the fact that we had not been here before and was sure to give us honest reviews on her favorite pics. The only disappointment is that I live so far away and will have to fight to get back down here to eat at First Watch again.

Mothers day out for breakfast, what could be better…. Well anything but first watch would have been better. After waiting to be seated we waited 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge our existence, but we werent in a hurry and thought ok. We ordered our food. And 2 min later it arrived… the food was all burnt and ice cold. It seemed like it was made earlier in the day then they attempted to reheat. We had burnt bacon, burnt toast, burnt american fries, ive never received a burnt ice cold breakfast in my life before. We got the check pushed on us mid meal, if just was not a good experience. We chose not to say anything as i didnt want to ruin my wifes mothers day brunch. the only highlight. And why ambiance gets 3* was 2 other customers came by our table and shared there awful experience and had a laugh w us. Next brunch we will go somewhere else

Terrible food. Rude server. The only thing that was edible and not cold today was my pancake. The eggs, the sausage, and the potatoes were all ice cold and I left them on my plate, uneaten. Next time, we will be smarter and avoid dining here. I love the Florida locations and the Oak Creek location is usually ok, but I will always avoid the Mequon location moving from now on. We have eaten there often for years, new management/ ownership. My salad came with a half of the normal chicken,
No dressing and the bread stick tasted totally different than old one used to. My wife's sandwich came with new bread, seemed like consistency of wonder bread, her walnut salad had few walnuts. We have eaten here at least 50 times in the past unfortunate changes.

I try not to be negative when posting. However, my experience here was less than acceptable. I am a waitress, so I am speaking from experience, I had a less than acceptable experience with my breakfast here this morning. The only thing warm was my coffee, my plate of food was 'ice cold'. I ordered eggs over easy, and one was gard cooked, bacon crispy * which it was very limp. My toast and pancakes, the butter never melted on either. I ate in frozen dismay! Granted, they were busy, but that did not make it okay to serve ice cold breakfast foods. Our waitress only stopped by before I discovered just how cold my food was, then we never caught her walking by. I did eat most of it because I was starving and needed food with my medicine, I had to take! At the restaurant I work at, we have to serve our food immediately when it comes off the grill or stove, so our customers never get any food that has sat out for even a minute or two. When we got the bill, our waitress then took a second to listen to me. Although she seemed annoyed with listening to me, she said "sorry" and took the plates and walked away. I walked out feeling like I got punched in the stomach. Was not a good experience at all.
