I got the biscuits and gravy plate with eggs and potatoes. I upgraded to the million dollar potatoes.

The biscuits and gravy were not good at all. Biscuits are extremely extremely dry with no flavor. The amount of gravy received was about half of what ot should be. The gravy itself was very bland with hardly any meat. My eggs were over medium and cooked fine but I'm not going to get points to a breakfast place for getting eggs right. The million dollar potatoes had good flavor but the potatoes are supposed to be crispy. Instead several pieces were still a bit hard in the middle and clearly undercooked.

Great food and service. Pick 2 menu way better than competition. Had half ham sandwich and Pecan salad and it was stellar! Bacon and glazed pecans with fresh greens and chicken. One word, Yum!
Wife had veggie sandwich and kale salad both also amazing.
Come here for lunch or brunch.

Haven't been here in awhile, there were 3 adults and one child on this visit. My daughter's Denver omelet had way too many onions; they literally drowned out all other flavors. As a person who has eaten a lot of breakfast sandwiches in my life, the one I had today was by far and away the best I have ever had! It was one of their fall specials, the Maple Bacon Croissant with the aforementioned mentioned bacon and the necessary egg, but also a thick sausage patty, jalapeño peppers, and an amazing jam. The BEST Cobb Salad I've ever had. I do a few modifications with little issue. Ordered it twice, both times absolutely incredible! Avocados are green and ripe, no brown. Lettuce is great, bacon is crisp and hard boiled eggs are fresh. I was so impressed I decided to write a review. It is very hard to find a really good salad and I'm telling you this is the place! Even on Doordash!

Went to first watch for the first time today for carryout. Ordered breakfast for a group and the food smelt great, the host at the front was extra nice, and it seemed like a good place to sit and dine.
But when I got home, the potatoes for everyone who ordered them in our group were very burnt. My biscuit was also hard.
Otherwise, food was great.
Just a bit disappointed for what we paid for.

I took my two year old son here today, the first time for both of us, as a special mom date before leaving on a business trip. The service was unmatched. Our server was attentive, respectful, completely immune to feral toddler boy behavior, and so so so helpful to a pregnant mama of a feral toddler boy. 1/2025: A return visit today:
We visited late morning on a Wednesday and while it was not packed, it was surely busy. We were greeted and seated immediately and our server arrived quickly. I had the original Eggs Benedict with potatoes, and my friend had the Trifecta, both of which were delicious. I mentioned I would be using my birthday gift of a BOGO (for giving them my info) and they also brought a delish Blueberry Muffin with whipped cream. The presentation was darling!
But the most impressive part of our visit was the kindness and generosity of the GM, Jesse A., who donated me a gift card for an upcoming fundraising event at the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. The kindness he showed was honest and greatly appreciated. He is a wonderful representative of First Watch and his response alone tells me this place should be honored and supported with our business. Thank you so much, Jesse.
This location is fully accessible and the parking is easy. In the warmer weather, the outdoor seating will be wonderful. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the sound level makes for easy conversations.

The new location here in Pewaukee does not disappoint. The atmosphere is beautiful and we got a table as soon as we walked in (Tuesday at 9:30am). We both had the Eggs Benedict and the taste was fresh and wonderful. Our server was prompt, friendly and even remembered we mentioned briefly that we had a time limit. She was very good.
Can't wait for the weather to warm a bit so we can sit outside. This place is absolutele on our to-go list. It should be on yours too.

The culinary offerings at this establishment are delectable and meticulously crafted. The presentation of the dishes is reminiscent of a five-star Michelin restaurant. The ambiance is conducive to relaxation and the establishment is well-maintained.

However, there are a few areas for improvement. The seating arrangement tends to be cramped, which facilitates the waiters' tasks but compromises the privacy of conversations. So very excited to try this location as I had been to other locations in the area. The menu was very appealing. Our bacon was delicious and my mother's meal was excellent. In contrast, I selected the pick two. In the menu it states that you can pick two from a group of selections. In the past, I HAVE ordered two sandwiches of different styles at the Brookfield, WI location. Our server, Ariel, stated this was not allowed. Instead, I received the tomato basil soup. It was HORRIFIC. Tasted like metal. Had two spoonfuls. I immediately informed our server. He returned to the table and stated that the soup is stored in a metal container which is why it tasted this way. He offered to replace it with fruit. This was not an option. Additonally, our beverages were not refilled and sat empty. The restaurant had a total of 7 tables in the entire place so there wasnt a sense of urgency. We received our bill. No manager or lead came to the table. Our bill had my items listed without a discount. I am greatly disappointed by the lack of customer service from the management as well as the poor quality of soup.

I first came to a first watch in Florida, and loved it. Once I realized it was a chain and we had it here in Wisconsin, I was super excited. I come to this location frequently and it’s always good. I always get the AM Superfood Bowl and a side of medium poached eggs. Today my eggs were pretty undercooked for my liking (medium poached). I called to order another side of them and mentioned the issue, but still offered to pay. They gave me new poached eggs as well as another side of toast free of charge. I also received a coupon in my to-go bag. Their customer service was great AND the new medium poached eggs were absolutely PERFECT. Probably the best cooked poached eggs I’ve ever had. I wasn’t asked to leave a review either, they just genuinely were the best poached eggs ever. 100% redeemed from the first undercooked ones. All around really good food and their juices are great as well.
