I stopped here while traveling in the area. I always enjoy a good burger. Once again that is what I got. Something to note if you have never been here. The regular burger on the menu is actually 2 patties. They kind of get you because how can you go and order a junior burger (1 burger patty) especially if you are hungry.

Stopped in a few weeks ago - took the person behind the counter 10 minutes to take my order, and just couldn’t get it right (even though there were 4 other employees just standing around.). Another employee eventually came over to help, and just made things worse. Long story short, after 15 minutes of trying to order a burger, I just cancelled everything and left. I come to this establishment frequently but was VERY disappointed today. If you know anything about 5 Guys you know the Large fry is huge, normally overflowing container and all over the bag which makes sense since it's $8 but today it was just the cup full when I pointed this out to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. They added maybe 5-10 more fries and gave the bag back. No apologies or we changed policy or explanation. Overall not a great experience.

My fries were refried. I ran a bar and grill for years I know what refried ff are. It is gross. There potato take the extra time to put out decent food. The burger should have had cheese on them but didn't, they should have had lettuce and only one did. Do better! IF You CAN'T handle the job or DON'T care then move on and get a different one. I had ordered a BLT sandwich and a Bacon Cheeseburger for pick up. Everything was good when I picked up my order and they weren't very busy. When I got home and opened the Bacon Cheeseburger, they had completely missed putting the meat patty on the burger. 🤦‍♀️ All of the condiments and sides were on the bun, except the patty. This is my 2nd time visiting this location while traveling for work. My 1st experience was great service ,good food. This time however on 5/22/24 @ 6:28 pm I had a horrible experienced with an employee by the name Michael V per receipt. I placed my order along with a milkshake. When I received my milkshake which was done before I could even sit down from placing my order it was a cup of milk. I asked why was it so watery. Michael comes over already being aggressive what is the problem this is how our shakes are!! I explained to him that this was my second time at this location and my milkshake wasn't like a glass of milk. I requested a fountain drink in place of the milkshake which is cheaper but at this point I'm not even asking for a refund. He continues to yell while other customers are in the restaurant as well. I'm going to refund you your meal I then ask for clarification are you refusing to serve me my meal because I ask for a fountain drink instead. He continues to be irrational and continues on to tell me yeah I remember you. You have done this before so now he is trying to make his customers think it's me instead of taking ownership and apologizing and replacing my shake with a fountain drink. I explained to the worker again how my 1 st time there the milkshake was an actual milkshake not a cup of milk! So that was a lie! I'm telling him at this point we don't need to have anymore words because I will be writing a review, calling cooperate as well as sending an email because this behavior is unacceptable! Michael and all of the other workers should have hair nets and gloves on while preparing food. Also turn the AC on so that Michael does not have sweat dripping onto customers food!

First time here and probably the last. We walked in and started to look at the menu when two employees started asking, " How many patties?" louder and louder. I told them it's our first time here, and no explanations were offered. If it wasn't for a customer explaining what they meant, we would have walked out.
Burger had no flavor. It's just bland.
Fries were pretty good, like that they have malt vinegar.
Overall, it looks good, but the tables and floor were dirty. This was at 7 P.M. not busy at all.
Peanuts were a nice touch.
Can't say much for the value. I might give them a second chance, it depends on my son.

Great place and staff friendly came in and there was a line of a few people but everyone was patient as the crew was working with 3 people doing the best that they could. Even after we ordered more people came in and the line was to the door but didn't hear anyone complain about having to wait to have their orders taken which was a relief as the staff was quickly working to get the previous orders taken care of first. Also spoke to one gentleman who said all he came in for was the fries since they are the best and there were 4 other customers in front of him and he said no matter how long it took he was staying for the fries and patiently as well. I have eaten here twice, both times I ordered the burger with extra mayo, extra A1, extra barbecue sauce and extra hot sauce. The cheeseburger was phenomenal… And it was a glorious liquid mess! Visited this location on October 24th. Placed my takeout order for for a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Got back home, opened my burger, and discovered that there were no burger patties on the burger. Called the restaurant and they offered to remake the burger or give me a refund. I opted for the refund. I got to the store and was only offered a refund for the burger, but not the fries getting cold or the drink with melting ice that were ruined at this point. I demanded a full refund but was refused. Terrible customer service. I believe that one of the cooks purposely did this to my order. The girl helping me claimed that nobody would purposely mess with my food and that mistakes happen during a "rush" (there were two other customers in the restaurant at the time). Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible excuse. I refuse to believe anyone working there is too incompetent to put the burger patties on the made-to-order burger.

The burgers are fresh made and decent, nothing special. Taste is okay, could use more seasoning. Everyone will experience this differently as we all have different taste preferences.

The free peanuts are a neat twist, and pretty good. They sit in open boxes in the middle of the store and are high enough to keep most young children out. People passing by coughing, sneezing, and more however, well not so much.

My son and I were car and window shopping and we stopped at 5 guys for dinner, my son had never been to one before.
The customer service here was warm, friendly and welcoming. The employees were all working good together, the atmosphere was peaceful and calm.
The food was amazing, and we were given everything on our order, everything was served hot and fresh and very flavorful. The hamburgers were juicy, they weren't over seasoned or greasy and they didn't shrink up at all. The buns were soft and moist, all the condiments were crisp, and fresh. full and the pop dispenser was working fine. The pop was crisp and carbonated, not syrupy. The self serve condiments, straws and napkins were fully stocked. Of course the peanuts were ready available for self serving.
The amount of food we got was more than enough and we ended up taking some home with us. The French fries we were given was more then enough for us to share and bring some home. Surprisingly, The prices are not sky rocketing and were very affordable and the food is well worth every cent.
The establishment was extremely clean. All counter tops, tables and chairs were clean, all lights were lit up, the glass doors, windows and separators were clean and without smudges or finger prints. Even the ladies rest room was exceptionally clean.
There is outside seating available, we ate our dinner at an outside table. The weather was nice enough we could sit outside and eat, chat a little and relax. There is no better place to stop to eat when you're wanting a hot dog, hamburger and French Fries. The food at 5 Guys is phenomenal.
