With all the local bad hipe about F.G. I decided to say hell with them and give F.G. a try.

It's a delicate balance of choosing the right combination of burger toppings without it falling apart in your hands by the third bite. If you get jalapenos, ask to get them grilled or they will serve them raw. Fries are usually hot and crispy but occasionally can be lukewarm and more on the limp side.

Everything was good, I even ordered my cheeseburger without the bun, he asked me if I wanted it in a bowl, I said yes, and asked for mustard and pickles with it and they put the pickles on the side and gave me a to go sauce cup for my mustard! My husband got the full order for the cheeseburger. We shared a large fry, there were a few fries extra in the bag…lol and they had malt vinegar for me and ketchup for him. Yum! Here's a tip unless you are truly hungry, order a small burger and small fries. The regular burger is monstrous as are the regular fries. Great burger at a premium price. Over all just an average experience. The last time I was in town, I really wanted one of their burgers, but, the cashier had some other things he had to deal with rather than the line of customers that was 10 plus long, so, I left.

I decided to give them a go when I was staying across the street again, because I could see the lot was empty. it took almost 20 minutes from the time I placed my order til I got it, and there was only one other group of people waiting for their food.

with that, the burger was bland at best, and the fries were way over salted. I've been to several other Five Guys, but it seems this location just can't get it right.

As a huge and loyal fan of FIVE GUYS, this place, on 2 occasions, gave me the lamest burgers and fries.
The burgers were dry, dull, and with almost no toppings. I ordered extra mayo, extra hot sauce, extra A-1, and extra barbecue sauce. It was dry, with only a few drops of each. Pickles? A pickle on 1, 3 on the second. The Cajun fries were bland. That seasoning was so sparse that it was clearly decorative. And the volume of fries….the 2 orders combined, would only equal 3/4 of the fries I’m eating right now….in St Paul, MN.
Easily the worst FIVE GUYS I’ve eaten at in 15 years, across several states.

We walked in on a Tuesday night (11/14) and the employee was helping another customer. Instead of taking our order next he went back to cleaning and as soon as we walked out he went back to the cash register and assisted the person behind us. WOW, can you say bias customer service and no customer service at the same time! Glad we had another option as our options in town are limited. The fries were greasy limp and cold. Granted they did load the bag up but I'd rather had a regular amount of hot crispy flavorful fries like Rallys. When I pull this up in Google maps, it says fast food $10 to $20. How can you eat here for $20? I had a small cheeseburger, a small fry and a drink and it was over $20 and then they have the temerity to ask for a tip on the credit card keypad. A tip for what? Not worth the price. The fries were terribly oversalted to the extent of being inedible. The customer can always add salt if desired, but you can't remove any salt.

The burger was okay, but I regularly get better burgers and fries (of a similar size and quantity) at my local diner for half the price.

All in all I will probably give them a second chance, but unless the quality improves dramatically that will be my last visit.
